Lynn Manheim is the cooking director here and she was a pleasure to work with. She responded very quickly and was very flexible in accommodating our needs. The party was a hit with around 30 guests. We were able to help cook our own dinners (with the guidance of 4 other chefs in the kitchen) and were given a mystery basket with various cooking ingredients. With the mystery baskets, we were split into 4 teams and had 30 minutes to come up with a dish using those ingredients. They also offer cooking classes, which I plan to try in the future.
