Let me start with the service I once asked a teacher if I could get a drink of water and was refused what kind of service is this ? Nobody ever has a smile on their face in the cafeteria I was never asked in the 4 years I ate here how the food was and was never once ever offered a refill. Recently they have gotten rid of the soda machine that never has soda in it, just mostly juices but that was one of the main features I looked forward to every day. I will move forward to the decor this place looks like it was made in the 70's obviously no renovation. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms there are no mirrors in the men's bathroom and most kids transferring from first hour to second are Julling in there so it's hard to get to actually use the facilities. Next is food, the picture shows what I had for lunch today as soon as I grabbed my food I could tell that the tots were in the temperature danger zone cause they were cold and soggy the PB&j was okay and the strawberry milk was pretty good. I hope next time there will be more effort put into our meals. That is all .

We have an AWESOME admin team that is always eager to support and find reasonable solutions. The whole staff and faculty team at AMSF is kind, helpful, and supportive. It took no time to feel welcomed as a part of an awesome functioning team, and family. The way AMS has stepped up during this COVID-19 outbreak has been nothing short of incredible. Right away AMSF jumped into action continuing to serve breakfast and lunch to our students and their siblings, some of which do not even attend AMSF. Additionally, teachers were promptly trained in Google Classroom, and Chromebooks were distributed for families to continue education from home. For families who do not have internet access, teachers have been providing take home work packets. My daughter is in the ABLE program. I have to say the staff is amazing with her since day one. When we were dropping her off she ran up to a parent and hugged him and I apologized. He was so kind and I think it actually made his day. They all stopped what they were doing to sing baby shark to my 1 year old who was saying "Baby shark!" He froze with all the attention but smirked a bit. Some older kids came in and joined in the singing and added dancing. Just a great atmosphere for kids. The staff really enjoy children and trying to get them to smile. Everyone was kind and courteous. My brief visit was a nice one!

My daughter has graduated from middle school, and my son is currently in 6th grade. I also love how they keep parents engaged and involved in the school's activities.
