We were able to find one "In Stock" at each of the big box stores. We went the first store in Dedham and were in the process of filling out the order when we came to the big stumble block - Delivery. Per Big Box L, the $30.00 delivery fee constitutes a contract we would be making with their unknown delivery people. The big L store does not guarantee the delivery, does not know the delivery people and the delivery people do not remove any doors on the fridge or the house to complete the delivery. I live in an old Victorian. All doors have to come off to effect delivery of a 25 cu ft. fridge. We went to the other big box store and encountered the same issues with delivery. We checked the internet and found G. W. Toma. I telephoned and was happy to learn from Bryan that Toma actually has a relationship with their delivery people and of course they remove doors as needed. We went to G. W. Toma the next day and were able to order the fridge we wanted and were given an approximate delivery date. Michael Machado was super knowledgeable about the product, the delivery and totally honest about delivery during Covid. He and Bryan were a pleasure to do business with. They even loaded us a dorm fridge which came in very handy while we waited for our new fridge to arrive. I received a text from Toma on the date they said I would be notified to let me know the delivery date and time. On the date, on time their very nice delivery men Kebin and Josue arrived at my home. As we were exchanging pleasantries they both were measuring the doors to my home and had them removed in minutes. They move the old fridge out and the new one in. They explained the controls and to me. Kebin and Josue skilled, true professionals and very pleasant to work with. All in all this has been one of the best purchases we have ever made. G. W. Toma is a wonderful appliance store. Every step of the purchase and delivery was an effortless pleasure. In the end the price on the fridge was the same as the big box stores. Finally, I asked him to just tell me if he wanted to pass on the job and he did. Feel ripped off. None of the others who have looked at the job charged us.

He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.

I decided to call Sam's and fortunately they were able to schedule an appointment quicker and the trip charge cost a little less than the manufacturer's quote. The communication is great. Jon called us shortly before arrival and was very respectful from start to finish. He had a mask on the entire time and didn't leave any mess for our project. He was clearly experienced and answered our questions. He provided a quote for the repairs and said the quote would be valid for 30 days. He walked me through what was available in the stackable series they carry, and he found one I might like. His kindness and patience were commendable. I was a mess and would have hung up on me. What I should have done, if I were in better shape, was secure my measurements for the space. Well, here we go--the new washer/dryer was very tall, like the controls are built for a basketball player. Not good if you need a chair to dry the Bean Jeans. It's hard to find loyal and caring employees yet some are there but I have seen to many frustration among customers at this location. Unfortunately you can not satisfy each customer and not every customer is easy to deal with. But being visible and helpful and will go a long way. Personally if I need a project done, I compared Lowe's to Home Depot and find almost every time Lowe's wins out. But Home Depot can make a huge impact with more Managers around and known with name tags that say MANAGER. This will show customers that they will get the best direction and help. Seasonal employees I feel hurt business cause they are NOT FOR THE COMPANY AND JUST NEED A JOB.... advertising for Seasonal in a store should be removed and only hire a better representative for Home Depot. On line shopping seems to be the new direction and brick and mortar stores should downsize and have satellite locations with minimal delivery!

Customer service at curbside. There is no parking for curbside pickup. When you try to make sure that they are, they reply with "I heard you".I did not get her name because she is VERY SLOW ( took approx 15-20mins just for "curbside pickup"). Had to carry heavy items back to car when I specifically did curbside for this reason. The Employee that brought it out (another female) told me " if they can carry it, then I can" not even knowing my medical condition. Employees at this location need better training in every aspect of customer service.
