Had a fridge delivered, I understand this is a scratch and dent outlet. My fridge came and no handles for the doors. Delivery guys were very polite and let me know they left them at the store, no big deal. I call the store and speak with two very rude managers. I guess it was my fault that I didn't go through all the sealed boxes that were inside the fridge to make sure all the screws and handles were inside in addition to all the other parts and pieces that were inside the boxes. Told me what did I expect when I was getting money off because of the outlet. Before I checked out at the store they had me do a dog and pony show where they had me look around the outside of the entire fridge for damage before signing off on it. Apparently missing door handles is a normal risk to run here but no one will mention it until after the delivery and then act like you are less of a consumer for purchasing from the "outlet". Customer service does not extend to the outlet stores in the Lowe's family, I had them come and pick the fridge back up and bought it at Home Depot instead brand new for $400 more than the outlet price. Lesson learned, never again. I won't shop at any Lowe's now moving forward but it won't matter since they are so big, they do not have to care. We needed a new stove/oven/range as our old one had failed. Found this place. They made a quick, attractive deal. This was a Thursday. This was all fine and if it had ended here, they would have gotten 4/5 stars. But I asked them to deliver it. $150 to deliver, $50 to take the old stove. Paid it. Booked the delivery for Tuesday. I sat around Monday waiting for a call; it never came. Tuesday, nothing. I call Wednesday and spoke with Jimmy, the manager, who said they had a big order and moved my order off the truck. He rescheduled the delivery for Friday. It never came. I call Friday later Friday and spoke with Jimmy again. He apologized and promised it would be delivered on Saturday and would refund my delivery charge ($150 remember). They delivered it Saturday mid-day. I watched my credit card bill...no refund. Called him the following week and he was 'just putting those through.' Several days later, I got a credit for $125. This guy out-and-out LIED TO ME three times. I would never do business with them again. If you need to, make sure you DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE. read more

Customer service is terrible. Spent half an hour on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone and was immediately placed on hold.

Terrible place. Bought 3 appliances here and very specifically asked if Lowe's covered them for parts and service (as they were open box items so susceptible to problems). I was assured Lowe would be responsible for any issues. Turns out - they do not. Two of the 3 appliances had issues. When I called for service, I was told to contact the manufacturer. I objected as 1) I had been assured the Lowes would be responsible, and 2) they were purchased at an outlet so the manufacturer won't cover them. Should have read the reviews beforehand, but never shopping here (or any Lowes) again. read more

So happy to have a discount appliance store closer to the city. I went today (February 20, 2021), and they had a large selection of almost new appliances. The not so great news is the discounts aren't what you'd call deep. They are basically the discount you'd get if Lowes had a big appliance sale. But seeing as they haven't had a real one of those in a while, this is definitely worth a look. Hopefully this helps people who can't find any other info about this place online. Maybe Lowe's will point people to it soon(?). read more

We purchased a washer dryer from the outlet, they said there was a 48 hour return policy, which i argued with them about. first off it had no cord and they have no way of checking it in the store. so unless you plan to bring right home and plug in within minutes, you are screwed. we were buying the items for a birthday for someone who lives an hour away. so they would not be delivered or installed immediately. I picked up the items myself. let me mention i own a company whos primary job is moving equipment. I own 5 trucks of various sizes and all the appropriate equipment to move items without damage. I picked up the item myself in a truck with a ramp. they insisted on putting them in the truck themselves. ok. no problem. I delivered it and installed it a week later. Well low and behold the dryer had issues, we contacted support they came out and replaced some parts, then said he would be back. after nothing we contacted support, they had the case as closed. the repair man claims in his report that THE ITEM WAS DROPPED BY THE CUSTOMER. they claim we dropped and damaged it and that nothing would be covered. although support says they cant verify this because the technician has not uploaded pictures of the damage. so Whirlpool wont help, Lowes Wont Help or return. the Next Step is Court. I will never Shop Lowes again, and I will never buy another Amana or Whirlpool product again, Customer support is terrible. Beware, I suggest no one ever Shops LOWES OUTLET, BEWARE read more

This place screwed me over, when asked if I measured the refrigerator properly, the supervisor said yes it sounds like you did. Upon delivery, they denied the delivery stating they don't want to take the risk of damaging the home. I went back to the store and asked for a full refund and they will not provide a full refund, keep in mind the supervisor stated that the measurement sounded good. read more

Terrible customer service. I purchased a fridge and it works for a very short time and then broke. I had to reach out to Frigidaire to have it repaired. Once it was repaired, it broke again almost instantly. Then I had to follow up numerous times to schedule a pick up to return the damaged fridge. Every time I called, I was told by the store manager that someone would contact me to schedule pick up. I then had to follow up again and again in order to finally get someone to schedule this. It took almost 2 weeks for them to actually send someone to pick up the fridge. I would never purchased from this Lowe's ever again. read more

BEWARE! We purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher from this store in April. The dishwasher was not a good buy. We have had issues with it since the first week. I have made several phone calls and even gone into the store. Have contacted GE and the protection plan I purchased. No one is able or willing to help solve the issue in a timely manner. To be with out an appliance for 11-12 weeks in just not acceptable. GE finally sent out a service person who tells me it was sold to Me with a faulty hose that should have been replaced. This hose is on back order and will not be available for almost 3 months. I stopped back in the store today to see if the manager may be of some help. Although he did offer his email to me and offered to follow up. The other employee was rude and very short. Talked over me as I was trying to speak with the manager and gave me total attitude. I had experienced this before on the visit into the store to get an additional copy of my receipt and also on the phone. I take leaving reviews very seriously as it can directly hinder a company's business but listing This as a warning. Do your homework. Look into the products purchased here and make sure they are not recalled or in need of repairs. I did not and now I am stuck with a bad appliance and also an establishment who is not willing to stand behind the products they sold. An appliance should last more than 4 months. read more

Might be a good store. I would not know because you can not see what they have in stock like other appliance s outlet stores. Lowes doesn't even put it on their web site. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING FOR THIER JOB! We last minute purchased a washer and dryer from here. We paid for the washer and dryer and set up shipping while the employee that sold it to us said the location was good to go. We got a call later tell us that we would have to pick up the washer and dryer due to them not shipping to our location. I get it, mistakes happen but I would think that locations that you ship to would be something that would be discussed before an employee sells a customer merchandise. Also dealt with another employee who had NO interest in helping us when all we wanted to know was if it was a scheduled drop off. Overall I think their employees need better training and oh the rude manager who dismissed my frustration with this issue could also use some customer service training.... read more

lousy delivery system. does not honour delivery window, store is not able to reach out to delivery truck, third party delivery. delivery due between 8am-12 noon window. Its 1:30 and did not get a call (to come 1/2 hr before delivery) for deivery yet. Lousy service for a $99 cost. Not even a call to say they are running late. Delivery finally came at 6 pm. Better go elsewhere, new items (no chance of defec) that can be delivered free and no haul away charge. read more
