The van started out at a local dealership and they did all right, until it came to a power window issue! I can tell you this, they wanted a small fortune to fix the issue. Thank goodness for Holly at Centennial! She was polite and professional right from our first phone call! Needless to say the problem was not what the dealership had thought! And it was fixed promptly and for a great price! Keep in mind that they could have told me the same thing as the dealership!! THANK YOU!

The insurance company for the other driver recommended Centennial Collision & Paint in Bismarck North Dakota. I contacted them so that I can try and help my son out and spoke to someone named Tara. I have spoken to her quite often on and off over the past month or so so I can try to get my son's vehicle in there. She has been so nice, she has been so patient and so understanding of the situation that we are in considering I am 1000 miles away in Arizona trying to help my son repair his car in North Dakota. She is literally one of the nicest people I have spoken to when it comes to Customer Service. she assured me that she would take care of my son, and that she would help him anyway that she can because she understands the situation that we are in. If I could give more than five stars I would, but unfortunately I can only give five. If anyone is reading this, and they need to get their vehicle repaired, I encourage you to go here and speak to Tara, ask for her and she'll help you out. Trust me

Back in October, my mother stopped in to get a new phone and through the process was told that…read moreshe'd get a tablet for free because of promotion that was going on. When she got home, she realized that she was actually charged for the table. She called and they said she'd get a check in the mail but what arrived was a gift card for the price of the tablet. She stopped back in the store twice when she was back in Bismarck but didn't have time to wait - so she left a note for someone to call her. The next day, Sheyenne (the owner of the store) called and was as gracious and helpful as could be. She had shared that she thought the problem had previously been resolved but was ensuring that a check was being cut today and that my mom could keep the tablet for her hassle. Sheyenne earned a repeat customer today and we are thankful for her great customer service.

I had a nasty and costly experience with CB Accounting. In 2025 I received a letter from the IRS…read morequestioning my 2023 tax return. Since I was not sure what the IRS was questioning, I hired CB Accounting to review the IRS's letter, my tax 2023 tax return and let me know what corrections if any were needed. They said there was a small error in my 2023 return, that the error did not really change anything, I did not owe any taxes and all that was needed was for them to file an amended return which they did. Well, this year I got another letter from the IRS disallowing the amended return CB Accounting had filed and it listed taxes owed with interest and penalties added. I took the IRS letter I received this year to CB accounting to find out what was going on and what I should do, the person who had filed my amended return last year was gone and the person I had my appointment with this year never got back to me. I made a new appointment with the manager who had no idea of what had been done last year, I felt like I was trying to get a straight forward answer from a politician and ended up in a fruitless nonsensical discussion of he said she said that got me nowhere. Basically, I have made five 120-mile round trips to CB Accountings office and paid them hundreds of dollars to end up supposedly owing more money to the IRS than I did a year ago...not a happy experience to say the least, beware.
