On top of this- I filed the soonest I could so there was plenty of time to get this completed on their end. The following year- my fees were still in my IRS account and ended up being taken out of my next tax return. They promised they'd still continue to work on this with the IRS and get those late fees back since it was their fault to begin with. However, after this promise I was completely ghosted. I would recommend going anywhere else if you expect your taxes to get done on time and with proper communication. I've had much better luck using TurboTax!

My account was given to Alexis when my advisor retired…read more She's pushing for me to invest more, doesn't seem to understand that I just want my money to continue to ride the market, even though I have explained it to her. She asked me to close my account because I am no longer adding money to my investment. I've explained that I do not want to meet with her to review my account, yet she still pushes. It's ridiculous! Her customer service skills only align with her desire to make money for herself. If you aren't in line with HER wants, she will try to drop you.
