I enjoy cycling but was having problems with my knees and back as I increased my distances. I was hoping Pilates would help strengthen my legs and core as well as improve my flexibility. I rode my first century ride (103 miles) over the weekend and I wouldn't have been able to do this without Pilates as a key part of my weekly training program. Thanks Katie!

My old studio became a second home and Brooke, Katie, Cindy and Kendall become like family. So here I was in the wilds of Mt. Pleasant looking for a new family. I contacted about four studios mentioning my relocation, etc. and never could reach anybody or get a return call - so Mt. Pleasant Pilates was a winner by default admittedly. But when I met Kate and Charlotte and I knew that they were great instructors (and had great personalities). So far so good, I'm excited to get to know the group.
