I enjoyed the higher temperature setting for some classes and appreciated Carol Ann checking-in on me or seeing if there were any areas I needed work on. The thoughtful gifts like a sticker or stone with wise words at the end really made my day feel more at peace. There's many benefits with yoga and this studio is accepting and welcoming of all skill levels.

She instructed people who have been going for a long time but new people like me had no clue what was expected. I found this dangerous and frustrating. Like I signed up for a month. I called up to complain and get a refund but no one ever returns your call. I can't get augusts moneys back. I just got billed again. Once again I have called without any return calls. I have been away in NY for over three weeks. So I couldn't go to the center. I even contacted the corporate headquarters. I was told they are individually owned so they can't help me. Don't get involved with this place. It will become a nightmare. It isn't even a good workout. There is nothing cardio to it and they'll take your money.

They go out of their way to learn people's names and make you feel at home when you walk in the door. I like the open vibe and there's no judgement--everyone is here to have fun and workout! I'm pretty out of shape but I never felt self-conscious about my lack of balance or ability to hold a plank. The classes will whip you into shape! I went consistently for a month and noticed results very quickly. If you need to get into shape for a wedding or big event, go to barre classes everyday and you will notice that your muscles are toned. It's pretty remarkable how hard a workout can be using nothing but your body weight, and how great you feel after. The only reason why I stopped going here was even though I really enjoyed going to barre classes, I did want to try something new after months of nothing but barre. It's pretty pricey ($200 for unlimited monthly classes, they do run specials sometimes though) compared to the YMCA ($10 a month for a gym AND a wide variety of classes, not just barre). I like to mix-up my workouts. I know the business model is a nothing-but-barre studio, but variety is the spice of life!

I don't really like people watching me workout so it was going to be different for me. The people here are so nice! Not just the employees but the members too. The coaches make sure I understand everything we're doing in class before we start. The bathrooms are awesome! They have anything you'd need. They also have lockers to put your stuff and phone charging stations. I really had zero idea what OTF was before I stepped in the building. It's rotations between treadmill, rowing and weight room. You never do the same workout twice which is nice! The only setback which is preventing me from doing it more is it is pricey. Not as much as other types of classes but more than I can spend at this point so I'm doing 4 classes a month. Better than nothing! Highly recommended!

I think they have a good system of where they have stations split up and have modifiers for people who can't perform certain exercises. The class I took was fun, good coach and friendly staff. While I don't see myself spending that much money monthly for a gym like this, I do respect what they do and that the people who work their are genuine and create an environment that helps people feel comfortable and challenging. The classes are accommodating to all walks of life!
