They…read morecontinue to over book causing standard office visits to start 30 minutes after yout appt time along with another 10-15 minutes waiting before the physician comes in and most of the time they pawn you off to a PA instead of the actual Dr your expecting to see. Keep in mind you must also be there at least 15 minutes prior to your appt. If your late you not only have to reschedule but are also charged a $75 missed appt. Fee. Pray you don't need a referral or prior authorization for medicine/treatment as their new policy is they send it to a "central" office to complete which takes weeks to months (personally experienced 3 months on multiple referrals and 6-8 weeks before they started PAs)... this is in addition to calling and trying to expedite and find out what's going on while you suffer through your medical issues. Then if you have a billing issue your left to deal with an extremely rude 3rd party company who has hung up, yelled, or treated people rudely. This group used to care about their patients but has changed like many companies have and are more focused on making more money literally at your expense. I would definitely recommend seeking help elsewhere if possible or don't set your expectations to anything really besides disappointment.

The office staff is knowledgeable, the nursing staff are always friendly & professional. The wait is never untenable. As for Dr. Keller himself - he is consistently well prepared, compassionate & willing to engage your concerns. I appreciate this quality of care & recommend this practice over any other of the 'larger practices or Universities' available.
