We came to the hospital and met a calm and confident receptionist who helped us to the labor and delivery unit. A team of nurses walked us through delivery and the 12 days our little guy had to spend in the NICU afterward. We received excellent care and are grateful to the nurses in the labor and delivery and NICU units for saving our son's life.

The nurse looked at my eye several times and then googled on her laptop the entire office visit. She said she couldn't prescribe eye drops or do anything for me. She did look in my throat and ears. She had no idea how to treat me and said I needed to go to the ER. I told her I did not need to go to the ER and left. I then went to my eye doctor. It was nothing serious and my eye doctor prescribed me some drops. I was VERY SHOCKED to get a bill for $104 when the nurse did nothing but google conditions on her laptop. My implant was completely deflated and I had to have corrective surgery as a direct result of her negligence. She did not accept responsibility, did not follow -up regarding her initial procedure, her front desk staff ate breakfast at the front desk while I was checking in...(my first clue). I HAD TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE SHE CAUSED OUT OF MY OWN POCKET!!! She offered no apologies. I went to Dr. Carillo at Williamson Medical Group, a breast specialist, to correct a minor infection in my breast. She ruptured my implant before she was even close to finally finding the source of my infection. I would not recommend going near Dr. Carrillo or Williamson Medical Group with a ten foot pole! The week of Thanksgiving, I realized I was running low, so I called the office and spoke with Christopher, who said he would speak with Brenda--the provider I normally see--and that she would call me back. I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable.
