Just moved to Nashville and was looking for a quick care - apparently CareNow is all they got. Looked at the reviews and just about all of them were not that good. Decided to give this location a try. I was a walk in on a Monday and arrived around 11:30am and I was the only one in there. Filled out to form on my phone and they saw me immediately. Also, my insurance card says $20 copay for quick care and that's what I was charged. Anyway, took me back and did my vitals and then the provider saw me and squared me away! Idk if it was the time of day or my insurance or what but my experience was great! No insurance issues! No wait time! Would definitely come back! Hopefully it's the same for next time! read more

These people are thieves! They charged me twice when I was only responsible of a portion of the service received ( only 50%). Due to the emergency I was not carrying my health insurance. After providing my health insurance they have given me bullshit excuses for not refunding my credit. My health insurance requested valid codes and they haven't received anything since September. They will charge your credit card without your consent. It's November 16th and I am still waiting for my refund since September. I will never return to this place. These people are not professionals and don't honor their word. Horrible! read more

The Receptionist acts very Unprofessional & Disrespectful, have Y waiting in the Lobby for a hour then in the Exam Room. Holding Paperwork and process up for You as a patient to be seen. I walked in and received quick and very kind care. All the employees were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. My test results came back right away and I was given antibiotics on the spot. I even called with follow up questions and received a call back within 10 minutes from a care provider. Definitely recommend this location. read more

I recommended a friend visit CareNow today and was reminded that I haven't posted a review for their services before. I've visited this location many times throughout the years and truly would recommend it to anyone. I've always felt welcomed and cared for every time I've visited. Doctors offices can be overwhelming for some, and me included, but I always feel respected and taken care of here. I've seen Dr. Reg many times and he truly is the best of the best. Each visit has been quick and easy. I particularly remember when they offered me a Covid test that had been reserved. It's that level of care that really speaks volumes. read more

Office experience. The front desk person was rude and insisted that I didn't have active insurance. When I called my insurance company, she was also rude to them but they confirmed my coverage. She told me the negotiated rate was $216. I told her I would self pay. She said that the only way to do this was to re-enroll, i.e. fill out ALL OF THE PAPERWORK again. This is not correct but I paid the full $216 anyway. The provider was great. The front desk person was horrible. read more

Went to this urgent care 3 days ago with multiple symptoms and concerns. They just sent a strep test in and then sent me on my way saying it must be something "viral". Two days later went to another urgent care with the SAME symptoms and i tested positive for Mono. I even mentioned the white spots in my throat and they said they "didn't see anything" concerning. If they had listened to my concerns then i wouldn't have put several others at risk. read more

I went to Care Now on 07/15/2023. My visit was rushed, and as part of that the Dr gave an incorrect diagnosis. When my symptoms didn't line up with what the Dr said I called back to be seen again and get a second opinion, but they turned me away. The samples the Dr took were also done incorrectly. She rushed me out of the office without answering my follow-up questions. On the contrary, I went to Vanderbilt and got seen immediately, had tests done properly, and got a correct diagnosis so I could recover properly. The Dr at Vanderbilt was very patient and took time to answer all my questions. When I explained to the Dr at Vanderbilt about my Care Now visit they confirmed the tests were done incorrectly by them. Because of Vanderbilt I got a proper diagnosis, whereas I have nothing to show for my time and money at Care Now. If I would have received a correct diagnosis from the beginning as compared to days later I would have recovered faster, which resulted in me being out of work for two weeks. I was also told when I first came in that what I paid in the office would cover my entire visit and any tests that the Dr would order, if necessary. However I received another bill in the mail from Care Now asking for more money. Very disappointed with my experience at Care Now. Have been trying to get a refund but the process has been excessively long and frustrating. When I called to get a refund more than a month ago I spoke with their Clinic Manager Max, who said he would approve a refund, but it's been radio silence. I've called back and emailed every week since then and have still gotten no further. I also got in touch with their Practice Coordinator Tammy who has also not responded to any of my further inquiries. read more

Well, we are living in 2021 and everyone is a getting sick, so of course I did too. Luckily just a cold and not COVID. But, I wanted to be tested just to be sure! This location is truly something to write about. I am not a huge fan of Green Hills due to the craziness of Hillsboro Road, but it's so convenient and the staff here are truly the best. Wendy gets the ultimate shout out. Wendy's boss, if you are reading this, she is a gem, a hard worker, keeps it kind with the patients, and has phone manners like I've never known (I should know as I heard her answer the phone approximately 34 times in the hour I was there today). Please give this woman a raise and extra kudos -- well deserved. They work hard to be through but efficient, straightforward but kind. Jason. The doc I saw, was pretty great as well. Small parking lot but always easy to find a spot. You can make an appointment online ahead of time (highly recommend this, folks. Again, we are living in crazy times right now!). Least favorite urgent care I've ever been to. Painfully slow, I sat in the waiting room with 2 other people in silence for an hour, with no movement in patients leaving or anything like that. The tech also asked me bizarre intake questions that I've never been asked before, in a public hallway, and it just seemed unusual. Then I waited another hour & a half in the room. People were coming out of their rooms to ask what was going on. The front desk girl was very nice though. read more

I called 5 minutes prior to ask how the wait was she said less than 30 mins one persons a head of you and then I come in there's one person sitting in the lobby and she tells me to come back later and do a web check in what a joke. So incredibly disappointing. My 4.5 year old son who is on the autism spectrum and non-verbal needed to be tested for Covid. We did the telehealth appointment ahead of time so that all we would have to do is pull up, the nurse come out to the car and quickly swab him and be off. I've been sitting here for an hour now, watching patients come and go and they keep telling me to wait because they only have one nurse. That's fine, however, all she has to do is take 60 seconds to come out and quickly swab him and that's it. I explained to them (as he was screaming in the backseat) that he mentally and physically is not able to wait this long and they basically said "too bad, there's other people that have to get triaged". Those other people likely have the developmental ability to wait 60 seconds - it's now been OVER AN HOUR for us. The Dr. With CareNow That did our telehealth appointment even called concerned that she hadn't received his results yet. She couldn't believe it herself and tried to call in, but they wouldn't even answer for her. Y'all should be ashamed. If you want "Care Now" GO ELSEWHERE. read more

I wasn't going to write this but then I saw how many others had bad experiences with the front desk lady so I thought why not. Hopefully the management here will actually do something about this because she made the whole experience terrible. She has a bad attitude, clearly doesn't want to be there, and laughed in my face. She was extremely overbearing when I was asking questions about my health insurance. Not sure why I was even asking her now that I think about it because what the hell qualifications does she have to be answering that. I was diagnosed incorrectly and sent away with pneumonia. I suffered for another day before going to another practitioner. While the PA who saw me was nice enough, the woman at the front desk made fun of my name and the nurse who took me to my room shamed me and mocked me smugly when I told her about my allergy. read more

She probably spoke to me for a total of 30 seconds before prescribing medication but didn't diagnose anything or explain what she thought could be wrong. All she did was prescribe medication but didn't tell me why or how they would help. When I asked what medications she was prescribing and why she had the worst attitude, made me feel stupid then literally stormed out of the room like a child. I will never go back to this care now, all they do is waste your time and money. Very unprofessional and rude care givers here. 0/10 experience! They don't care about their patients here. read more

After i was told no the ladies behind the desk continued to laugh and talk about the face that I asked. The process of making an appointment online was lengthy and then you are greeted with yet another form to fill out before you are put on the list. There was no one in the office when we arrived but still took 30 minutes for them to see my partner. However, I recently called to get more information regarding their COVID-19 tests and talked to a representative who claimed she was a nurse. I highly disbelieve that she is a nurse in the facility from the highly disrespectful tone she used on the call as well as her inability to patiently hear me out and answer my questions. I would think that patience should be a quality that all nurses possess. On top of that, she rudely hung up the phone after telling me that if I didn't like her answers than I can go somewhere else. I came here to get sutures removed, the waiting room had myself and two other people and I still waited over an hour. I wasn't greeted when I arrived and the front desk receptionist was rude and unhelpful from the start. I am a 69-year-old woman and this was absolutely the worst experience. After 1.5 hours of waiting due to a front desk staff mistake I never saw a doctor. I arrived soon after they opened, and got the QR code to register, and submitted my registration. Turns out, the front desk person failed to call me up to fill out one more paper form about reason for visit. So after more than an hour of waiting, I asked why I wasn't being called to see a doctor. It was their mistake. I filled out the form and asked to go next. They must've put me to the back of the line because they called another person next. I was too sick and weak to stay any longer and still be able to drive home, so I said I was leaving and they didn't care. Unbelievable, lack of compassion. training and management . No apology given. I should have believed the previous negative reviews about the front desk Issues. Not a place to go if you are actually sick or a senior citizen. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was seen at Care One Bellevue One 37221. I registered online and was told I should be seen within 15 minutes of 3:54 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes. The Nurses had lots of time to chit chat with the receptionist when they could have been taking vital signs. When I finally got seen by a NP, no apology was ever offered for the wait way past the promised time. The NP told me I had a summer cold and offered me no medication. I went home and got sicker and sicker to the point that getting out of bed was difficult. I called back on Sunday and was told I would have to come in for another appointment. I had no energy to get out of bed, nor would I give them another penny to mis diagnose me. Luckily my PCP was able to get me in on Monday and gave me multiple antibiotics and medications to fight the worst respiratory infection of my life. Never again. read more

Like so many have stated before, this facility is clean and new with excellent staff. My toddler and I both had illnesses that needed to be addressed, and being New Year'sDay with so many other clinics closed, we ended up at CareNow. They have my business for good. Wendy at the front desk, Kelly the nurse and Dr. Reg were all so kind and helpful and put my 2 year old at ease with treatment. Shots and all. As others have stated, healthcare can be such a drive-thru business these days, but the staff at the Green Hills CareNow makes you feel important and cared for. I kept thinking I was taking too much of their time, and they shushed me and continued to explain treatment and share advice. (The snacks and coffee weren't bad either!!) Visits are a bit more expensive, but I will gladly pay for this level of professionalism and care from an MD and not a bored Nurse Practitioner. :) CareNow has the business of this crazy family of 6! read more

Health care is the biggest industry in Nashville so it makes perfect sense that it should get love and attention on Yelp -- which connects people with great local businesses. Even better about CareNow, they acknowledge and care about their reviews and content they share online, making finding a provider easy and convenient, two things you want to focus on when in need of urgent care. I had a guest in town who had been complaining of back issues. She'd tried to soldier past the pain for a few days but it, eventually, got to be more than she could bear. Oh, and did I mention that we were in Columbia? Now I'm sure I could have found wonderful health care in Maury County but seeing the problem, my first instinct was to head back to Nashville and look for an urgent care clinic (not an ER). Thankfully, Yelp has an 'urgent care' category, so it was easy for me to search for the most positively-reviewed place, get the hours and have at it. CareNow popped up and we were on our way. The facility is conveniently located on Hillsboro in Green Hills. It's just past the Hill Center (heading south). It has plenty of parking in the rear so no worries about finding a place to land. Walking in, the space is bright, airy and wonderfully clean. It seems like a weird thing to mention but when going into any sort of medical facility, calm and clean are two 'c's' you want (you don't want chaos). We checked in, did the insurance thing and waited for the doctor. A nurse took us back, took the vitals, found out what was going on, and messaged the doctor. Before too long, the doctor came back, assessed the situation, made small talk, made real talk, made a diagnosis, and always had a smile and a great attitude. I haven't had many experiences in urgent care (thankfully) but I was impressed with CareNow from start to finish. If my experience was typical (and, by the reviews I'm guessing it was/is), this business (and location) should be a go-to for urgent, non-life threatening medical needs. I do not recommend this urgent care for anyone seeking quality treatment for their child. We arrived around 6:00pm with the hopes of getting our 3 year old's throat looked at - she had a frequent soft cough for a day or 2. This urgent care refused to see us or look at her throat and told us that we needed to go to the ER to be treated for Stridor or a foreign object lodged in her throat. Taking their word for it, we arrived at the ER, waited several hours, and got a strep test - they told us that the little cough was just from enlarged tonsils due to strep. I am very frustrated that we had to suffer through a 6 hour ER visit with our 3 year old just to be diagnosed with strep throat. If there were trained medical professionals on staff at this urgent care, they should have very easily been able to give us this simple diagnosis. read more

This place is wonderful--everything from the new offices and surroundings, but most especially the staff!! They are efficient, kind and so helpful!! I especially appreciate the online check in where you don't have to wait in the lobby with others who are sick--a call is placed when they are ready for you and you don't have to wait very long once you arrive! That is SO worth it!! I still have my regular GP but when I have a 'pop-up' sickness--this place is definitely my go-to!! read more

In order to make an appointment I would suggest staying up until midnight when the appointment resets to get that day. Otherwise you have to arrive before 8 AM when there is a line. The person at the front desk left a little to be desired. We got there a few minutes after it opened and the door was still locked. We filled out the online paperwork but then the person at the front desk had vanished. We waited for about 10 minutes before we noticed that her car was gone. Turns out she'd immediately gone back out to get Starbucks while we were waiting to get checked in. On the plus side, she brought back coffee for the rest of the staff and they were all delightful. I felt like the care was exceptional. They were able to detect an infection early on that would've been a big deal had it not been addressed. I really appreciated the thoroughness. Everyone who examined me was super friendly and kind. But considering we were the first people in and the staff in back seemed ready to see us, (one of them came out to check on us after we called to let them know we were in the waiting room, and there was no one at the desk) it was a little annoying to have to sit there for 30 plus minutes before we were checked in. read more

I broke my foot and my Dr immediately sent me there for an x ray. I checked in at 3:15. At 4:35 they came out and told me the x ray technician had just got off work and left at 4:30. You've got to be kidding me! I've waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes and the x ray person is so incredibly insensitive just to leave! Now I have to go the the actual ER and start all over, in horrible pain. I would think any person would have more human decency. read more
