Great gym for beginner to veteran boxers…read more I joined this gym in November after doing some online research and doing a drop in class. I highly recommend if you were on the fence on whether to join or not to use the drop in opportunity that this gym offers . I was looking for a great way to get a work out, meet people, and potentially train to spar and fight . What really blew me away is the attention that the coaches give you despite being in a group setting. Additionally, the culture in the gym is very supportive, everyone is looking to help each other to get better and gives you grace when just starting out to learn. Be aware that training sessions are only a few times a day, space is limited and you have to reserve your spot online. But this is not a huge burden and I always get the slot. I'm looking for.

Looks can be deceiving at first, unfortunately the gym matches the attitude of some of the…read more"employees" there. I first called and left a voicemail, wanting to set up a meeting with a coach (no response returned). I arrived the following day, and walk in and see the front desk are already working with people, so I start to walk around and take look at the gym. Only one coach was personable, and redirected me to the front. I get back and it's two guys flirting with the pretty girl. Ok, I waited a bit while they finished. They saw me sit on the bench and wait. Once the young lady they turned and left, the "employees" turned their back and continued to have their own conversation. So moral of the story is not everyone will be greeted equally, approached equally or otherwise serviced equally at this establishment. Keep looking for other gyms who are actively searching for potential performing boxers.

A good coach/leader leads by example and that's exactly what you see every day at the gym. The TFW team all have full-time jobs outside of the gym and they show up every single day giving their time to help people get better - that should tell you enough about how much they love it and the gyms culture. Coach L.A., Coach Mike, and Coach Parker have decades of martial arts experience and know exactly what they are talking about. They go out of their way to make everyone feel at home in their gym and they know how to create a fun environment that allows you to challenge yourself and learn every day. Regardless of whether you've trained your whole life or are just curious and want to get started, they make you feel welcome and encourage you to push yourself and get better every day. It's rare to find a gym that allows you to strength train (weight training and conditioning classes) and participate in a variety of martial arts classes, all at a reasonable price. Every person who works out or trains at T.F.W. is super friendly and welcoming, making newcomers feel at home on Day 1. Highly recommend Train Fight Win!

The instructors are all great, so it really just depends on your schedule. From day 1, coaches and students alike have been super welcoming, highly encouraging, and fun to get to know. It is a great community feel, and I wish I had more time for more classes. First class is free to checkout, and you'll need to buy wraps for $10 or bring your own. Instructors: Starting with Coach Jason, whose workouts against the bag, and also box & lift, introduced me to the basics of boxing and also sweating intensely. Early on, Jason took me through some 1-on-1 classes which were really worth it, and I feel definitely started me off right. His knowledge of other styles in the fighting arts, and his explanations for the 'how', 'what', and 'why' in boxing also helped me get away from some old TKD habits. Jason definitely wins the crack of dawn award, as well as the toughest ab workout award. Another great feature of Jason's classes is his brief and inspiring motivational speeches. I take Box & Lift classes with Coach Stacy whenever I can. The boxing workouts are still intense but slightly shorter to make time for the lifting part. Stacy's training background means she has a really deep knowledge in the mechanics of proper strength training. Her explanations have helped me a lot in working on proper form even when exhausted, and I feel I've definitely gotten stronger and have better form thanks to Stacy. I'm also a big fan of Coach EZ's Sunday morning boxing class. He really brings the energy and it totally fires up the entire class. I appreciate his technical pointers, and he was also really engaging and helpful when I brought my son a few times. Alex and Nick are great instructors too but I've just had less classes with them based on schedule. The main thing is that you just cannot beat everyone's passion and the quality of the workouts. My best decision in 2024 = Highly recommend.

My friend got targeted by a BOGO Instagram ad because working out is apparently all we ever do in Denver, so we decided to check out the location in Cherry Creek. I tried to be as prepared as possible, reading the FAQs on their website and purchasing my own boxing wraps from Amazon. Probably should have just gotten the glove wraps that are WAY easier to put on. Parking in this part of Cherry Creek is not too bad. Plenty of street spots a few blocks away. Rumble has boxing glove rentals for $3 and their front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. They're on top of trying to sell memberships to everyone! Classes are constantly full and upbeat. It's just too loud to hear what the instructors are actually telling me to do, and depending on where you're stationed in the room, it's nearly impossible to see the visuals on the screen. There's two sets of rotations between the boxing bag and weights. Good variety of movement and music to keep everyone engaged. Overall I'm super glad I tried Rumble Boxing. They do a great job trying to curate a specific experience. It's just not for me. The environment and type of workout is a little too chaotic, and it's hard to understand what's going on. They seem to be doing well as a business, and I totally support anyone whose regular thing this is!
