Sadly the arrangement didn't work. On a positive note the fries came is large portions and we're definitely the standout. The New York fries came covered in Cheese-wiz, sour cream, bacon and shallots, it was amazing and they were delicious. Besides them getting cold rather quickly, they were amazing and I would gladly order them take-away in the future. Sides that came with meals were not tasteful at the slightest unless you had peculiar tastes, and again were in extremely small portions. I feel harsh leaving such comments on a place with such high potential but I can only be honest. Roasties is an American BBQ restaurant with amazing potential and a great looking menu. We chose the cheese covered fries, though they weren't that great, we probably should have gone with the plain fries. To make things even better, they have live music every night from about 7.30pm, and serve free pretzels. Beers are about $8.50, cocktails range from $14-$16.
