I called left messages on refunding my credit card for inferior service causing me to require eye doctor help. I get answering machine . I disputed the charge which was denied by glamour threading . I liked how the lashes looked at first, so I posted the review as requested and received the coupon. Unfortunately, the next morning I woke up with one swollen eye. I tried calling the salon, but the number only rang twice and didn't allow me to leave a message. The technician later called back and I told her I wanted to have the lashes removed. When I arrived, she suggested it wasn't an allergic reaction and encouraged me to keep them on. I eventually called back, still wanting them removed, but was told she had an errand and left the salon and couldn't help until the next day. When I returned the following day, I was asked to wait an hour, even though I was told I could come right in. After waiting, I was presented with a form asking me not to leave a negative review, and I was told I wouldn't receive a refund and have the lashes removed unless I signed it. When I declined, I was asked to leave. I ended up seeing a doctor who prescribed a steroid for my eye. While the technician was initially kind, the overall experience was disappointing and concerning, especially with how it was handled afterward.
