All pick-up orders must be retrieved by 4 om on Friday for weekend rentals. You get a discount on will-call pick up items and since my order was small, I was able to fit it in my car and get the 10% off. The young lady at the front counter was super friendly. She processed my payment quickly and directed me to the loading area where my chairs were already cleaned and prepared. Although you are supposed to load will-call items items yourself, the gentleman at the dock was kind enough to help me get the chairs into my car. The loading was quick and I was on my way. I do also appreciate that Aable seems to be pretty affordable compared to other rental companies in the area.
