The entire process was seamless and worry free knowing they would deliver to our venue. From the time their team dropped them up to the contactless pick-up the Monday after our wedding, it was great. The chairs were very sturdy, clean and totally transformed our space. It created the perfect aisle for me to walk down and made for some awesome photos that we will cherish for a lifetime. We got endless compliments from our guests on our decorations and how well the chairs looked. My wife was referred to this place to call for the baby shower planned for our daughter in law…read more Karen McIntyre was fantastic in taking the order and explained in detail about the options. She was very helpful to my wife so she could place the order. Karen emailed the order to make sure everything was right. On the scheduled day for set up, Dan and Kyle showed up on time. Set up the tent and delivered tables and chairs. Did not realize Dan was the owner. I am not into sports but others may be interested. Dan is an ex Cleveland Brown. He is so humble and caring and truly treats people well. Kyle worked with a smile. Our event went without a hitch. Edward and Chris came the day after and took the tent down and packed everything away. Both extremely great folks. Search for a place to help with tents and such for a party in the Cleveland area should end with this company.

I can't think of one reason not to like this place…read more Well, other than I think they might be part of a larger chain--BUT, it's a locally owned franchise, so there! *sticks tongue out* First off, they're cheap--like, really cheap. How is it possible that in my search for rentable stanchions, velvet rope and red carpet everyone else was going to charge me well over $20 more than ABC? I'm not sure, but I thought I'd give them a try. I currently rent tables and chairs from another source, but now I'm thinking twice. Methinks they might be getting my biz! Secondly, I was not disappointed with their quality of product or service. Trust me, I know all too well that often times you pay for what you get. It's not the case here. What they rented me looked like it was in pristine condition, and it was! I was almost scared to take it with me, in fear of ruining it! (Hey, I know I'm responsible but party accidents happen--especially when complimentary champagne is involved!) And their service was quick, efficient and really nice! In fact, I was supposed to return the party equipment the next day, but I couldn't make it. I called them, explained and they didn't charge me a late fee. Now that's what I call great customer service. They also don't sit there and look over what you rented right in front of you with a fine toothed comb. I was able to get assistance carrying everything in (and out), they printed me up my paper work and I left in less than 5 minutes. Based on service, product and prices, I know I'll be back for more party rentals. So, there!

Kellie is an absolute dream--organized, creative, and reliable. She created a baby shower for my…read moredaughter which had both virtual guests and in person guests simultaneously. She was amazing and added so much to the shower experience. Virtual guests received the most lovely boxes in the mail with small items to set out at shower time and help them feel like they were really included in the event. She added so many touching things to the shower format that were more than just fun games. People had time to offer advice and share there love for my daughter and husband. I have done a virtual shower by myself before and it was such a treat to have someone else manage the tech or virtual guests so that I could enjoy the shower myself. Sometimes, picking out a business online can make one nervous, and I felt a bit that way when I first contacted her, but once you meet her you will sense her reliability and creativity. Pricing was fair and there were no issues with payments. I whole heartedly endorse this business. You will not be diappointed. Thank you for all Kellie!!

Food was anywhere from warm to cool (no heaters on any of the dishes), they had a band that was playing the type of music you would expect at a wedding, none of the food was labeled and you couldn't tell most of it apart, children playing in the aisles between tables bumping into people and tables, coffee ($2.00) and pop ($3.00) were not included in the price of the tickets and had to be purchased seperately.
