She is detail oriented, professional, personable, authentic and has a wonderful personality. People kept telling me before the wedding that things will go wrong on the day of your wedding but Megan was not going to let that happen for the ceremony. When I arrived at the venue Megan had pulled me aside with concerns around the ceremony stage as our flowers were placed with little room left for my wedding dress train. She took control, consulted a friend and already had a solution in place to moved the arrangements around *THIS is what going above and beyond looks like and it doesn't stop there. The florist was waiting for the rest of the wedding party to arrive so they could place the boutonnieres and hand out the corsages but Megan could sense the florist was a bit overwhelmed and jumped right in taking charge letting the florist know it would be no hassle at all for her to take the flowers and pass out/pin herself. During our family portraits Megan had found my husband and I to deliver us our specialty cocktails (which were much needed at this point haha). There are so many other small details I am missing from the phone meetings, vow review beforehand, handling our very loud wedding party during rehearsal and before the wedding ceremony. As for the most important part of the day... the ceremony. The words she read really hit home when you are standing up there ready to say I do and she spoke with such grace it was absolutely beautiful. We had our main wedding ceremony out of state but mistakenly realized that we needed our marriage license completed by an officiant registered in state, and the courthouse ceremony process is time consuming (requiring an in person appearance to even make the appt, and then only offering times that are during a typical workday to conduct these ceremonies). Megan was able to perform our ceremony very efficiently knowing that we did not want a lengthy process (and were already wedded). We completed the entire condensed ceremony and papers hassle-free and in one sitting. She charges a really competitive price as well (the best I found after inquiring multiple officiants on Yelp). This is a long review but we encourage you to read it…read more Overall, our "Lasting Impression" is that the company was unprofessional and did not deliver what we paid for. JP, the President, was incredibly rude and awful to work with. We rented a large tent (40'x120'), dance floor, chairs, tables, glassware, etc for our 200 person backyard wedding. They created a digital layout for us, showing exactly where the tent poles would land and where our dance floor and tables would be. They also visited the event site twice to make sure the tent would fit there. JP visited the site himself and told us it would work. A crew delivered and set up the tent. They left large holes in the yard which we had to repair to avoid injury to our guests. They also mistakenly put an extra anchor in the yard which we had to ask them to remove. Many of the poles were crooked and the tent had visible stains. When the crew came to install the dance floor, we were told they couldn't install it as previously diagrammed by Lasting Impressions and as agreed to/contracted/and paid for by us. The floor installer commented on how crooked the tent installation was and couldn't seem to figure out how to install the dance floor with the tent poles in place. My father had to spend several hours working with the floor installer, loaned him a tape measure (since he barely had any tools) and helped him figure out how to get most of the flooring installed. In the diagram, the tent poles were shown to go on top of the dance floor. However, when they showed up to install it, they told us that the pole would have to go on grass instead. So, we had a dance floor with a hole in the center, another trip hazard for our guests and not what we had agreed to or wanted. In addition, due to the pole placement, we had to forgo an entire row of our dance floor, which we had already paid for. As for pick up after the wedding, there was no communication. We were originally told Monday or Tuesday, and that they would follow up with an exact time. We emailed and called JP to see when everything was going to be picked up, but never got a response. Instead the truck showed up in our driveway in the afternoon. Thankfully we were home to receive them. Afterwards, we reached out to JP to ask for a refund for the dance floor that his team did not put down for us. Not only did he refuse to refund us, he accused us of making his team wait for us to remove lighting from the tent (they were not delayed) and he didn't even apologize for their error. After a mistake that big, that's the very least he could do. Additionally, when trying to rent everything for the wedding, JP would send us quotes with items missing and inconsistent prices. In the few weeks leading up, we had to follow up with him several times to make sure that we did, in fact, have everything reserved. We had never received a final agreement or notice for final payment so we reached out to them. JP blamed us, claiming he had asked us for the signed estimate many times but never received it. We forwarded him the email where we had sent the signed estimate several weeks earlier, but he never acknowledged it. When JP eventually sent the final agreement, the prices had been raised from the original quote. We asked about it and were told that we were supposed to be charged for an extra delivery charge, so really we were still saving money.  The final agreement was also missing several items from the original quote, including the propane oven that was going to be used to cook our guests' food. If we had not double and triple checked everything, it could have been a disaster. Lasting Impressions was disorganized, hostile, and made promises they couldn't keep. They put their customers in an impossible position because it's too late to make changes or hire anyone else. The bottom line is - don't trust Lasting Impressions with your event, especially something as important as a wedding.

I thought sure that's fine. They never told us they also gave us different size uprights than what we ordered. So, day of, we're setting up and uprights are way too big. We couldn't use a single piece of the equipment. I was very upset with how they handled it after. No phone call, just repetitive emails 2 days after I tried to contact them denying any mistake on their part. No following up unless I kept bothering them. They appear to be very disorganized and just downright don't seem to care about anything but getting their money. There are plenty of other rental business in the area that you can depend on but sorry, this is definitely not one of them.

My husband and I are not professional models, and so like most normal people, we can be awkward in front of the camera and don't know how to pose. Katrina was excellent at giving directions to make the pose look good but still feel natural as well as keeping us feeling comfortable and relaxed. Furthermore, my husband and I got married in Baltimore, Maryland so it was a destination wedding and a new location/venue for the team. Katrina and Mark went above and beyond our expectations and the day before our wedding went out and scouted beautiful places to capture photos on our wedding day. This helped things go smoothly the day of and helped put my mind at ease. Secondly, Love Is All You Need's DJ, Jake is the man you want playing at your wedding! Jake has high energy and is able to keep the party going all night long! He can read the room and seamlessly transition songs. In addition, Jake will help you through the wedding planning process. My husband and I felt lost at picking out music for our ceremony and reception, but Jake eased our minds and helped us pick out songs for all of our important moments and provide honest feedback based on his years of DJ experience. This was extremely helpful to have, and we greatly appreciate all of his guidance. Last but not least, Ryan on videography was fantastic! He worked flawlessly with Katrina and Mark, and they communicated openly and efficiently on the shots that they were getting. Their collaborative approach helped ensure that no shot was forgotten. Ryan also takes drone footage for videography and photography, which was so much fun to work with! Overall, the entire team consists of some of the most generous and kind individuals I have ever met. Not only are they all extremely professional, but also personable, which makes working with them an absolute pleasure and an honor. The team went above and beyond in making our day perfect, and I highly recommend hiring the entire crew for your wedding day!
