If I could give Dr McInerney 10 stars I would! She was referred to me by our vet when we knew it would soon be time for our Marlee to cross the rainbow bridge. She was one of the most caring and compassionate people that I've had the chance to meet and she made sure Marlee's passing was gentle and pain free. I can't stress enough how wonderful she was and we're so glad she was by our family's side to guide us through this heartbreaking moment. She also gave us a clipping of Marlee's fur in a cute little heart shaped container and was nice enough to make us two clay paw prints, one for me and one for my son and daughter in law. I know this is one of the hardest decisions to have to make but please don't hesitate on calling Dr Mack. She really helped make this so much easier.

The tech, Rashad, was extremely rude. My dog has dementia which is already stressful . He ran out…read moreof meds so I went in for a refill. He said they didn't have the notes of his previous script. Fine, so I showed him the picture of the bottle that said "Tucker (dog)". And I showed him the automated visit notes that you get emailed to a visit showing that he's on trazodone. Makes sense, right? But not for Rashad. He said by showing him this proof that my dog was in these medicines I was being extremely condescending? What am I supposed to do, accept the fact that they didn't have it? He then said we need a doctor visit with the dog. I said why? It's not like dementia gets better. He replies "sir, I'm a certified medical professional" or something? Okay? Just because he woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning doesn't have to make it any more stressful for someone dealing with a dementia dog. I waited an hour and never complained once. Marla (I think) was extremely nice at the receptionist and so was the doctor. This guy is one of those people that seems to take everything personal I guess. All I did was show the pill bottles and the visit summary!

He's exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to his patients. When our large dog suddenly became ill, Dr. Schwartz was out of town--yet he still made time to do a FaceTime exam during our very first call and was able to help stabilize our boy within hours. The day he returned, he came straight to our home for an in-person exam. His in-home visit fee is very reasonable, but what truly sets him apart is the level of care: he answers the phone, checks in personally, and follows up multiple times. In our experience, that kind of attentiveness is almost unheard of. Dr. Schwartz is a one-in-a-million veterinarian, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found him.

Then when you get from the back to the front desk, they try to stick you with a outrageous bill. I've asked them to call my babies' old vets to have them transfer their records, four years later and they still keep inaccurate records of their shots. And "Nicole" says she runs the place and refuses to let you speak to the real person in charge and who signs the checks. Run far away. I will be switching my dogs to Best Vet!

Boynton is very far from me but the long drive was worth it for an amazing vet! And one last thing, the prices are the best I have ever seen! At my old vet I had to pay $300 for just one round of puppy shots, but here, it was less than half the price of the old vet! I will definitely be taking my puppy here again!
