Alma Vet Connection has completely changed the way I view veterinary care…read more My dog Mia is extremely timid and anxious, especially when separated from me. Alma's open-concept, fear-free environment allows me to stay with her for all services in any area of the hospital, which has made a huge difference in her comfort and trust. Dr. Steers always takes her time, never rushes appointments, and treats Mia with incredible patience and compassion. The entire team is experienced, gentle, and so thoughtful -- always offering treats and handling her with care. I always feel heard, respected, and supported by everyone there. My other dog, Ranger, had cancer, and Alma's integrative approach has been amazing for him. He receives monthly ozone treatments to support his immune system and help manage his allergies, and the improvement in his overall comfort and quality of life has been remarkable. Alma Vet Connection truly cares about both pets and their owners. The compassion, experience, and individualized care from Dr. Steers and the entire team are unmatched. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else.

Came to Alma Vet Connection for a second opinion on my little Yorkie, Puppy Quinn's, issues. Dr. Steer Spent so much time with us, not only examining puppy Quinn, but she read over a thousand pages of reports and notes from his other vet's! Really who does that! Dr. Steers does! The office is spotless, a bit tricky getting there but once you get there it's a welcoming environment.A very personal experience-you didn't feel like a number just waiting for your turn.. Natalie, one of her Vet techs, spent a-lot of time reviewing my concerns and taking notes. Being briefed on any updates Dr. Steers came in and immediately sat on the floor making my Puppy Quinn feel very comfortable and calming him down. I was amazed. She understood his complex history and began a thorough examination. Amazing ! Genuinely a caring and knowledgeable Veterinarian! Touching upon his many issues and health concerns she presented treatment options based on healthy priorities. A lot for us to discuss and consider how to proceed. Whatever we decide to do, the experience was comforting and reassuring. Within an hour of leaving, I received a follow up voicemail from the Doctor and a detailed email documenting her observations and opinions. I highly recommend Dr Steers and her amazing support staff! Thank you so much for caring!

I went there for the first time yesterday - great service. Dr. Nogeura was wonderful with my dog -(…read moreso was the entire staff ) and had answers after 3 other vets in this area- they all came up blank and stabbed in the dark. Will definitely go back -! Highly Recommend!

The tech, Rashad, was extremely rude. My dog has dementia which is already stressful . He ran out…read moreof meds so I went in for a refill. He said they didn't have the notes of his previous script. Fine, so I showed him the picture of the bottle that said "Tucker (dog)". And I showed him the automated visit notes that you get emailed to a visit showing that he's on trazodone. Makes sense, right? But not for Rashad. He said by showing him this proof that my dog was in these medicines I was being extremely condescending? What am I supposed to do, accept the fact that they didn't have it? He then said we need a doctor visit with the dog. I said why? It's not like dementia gets better. He replies "sir, I'm a certified medical professional" or something? Okay? Just because he woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning doesn't have to make it any more stressful for someone dealing with a dementia dog. I waited an hour and never complained once. Marla (I think) was extremely nice at the receptionist and so was the doctor. This guy is one of those people that seems to take everything personal I guess. All I did was show the pill bottles and the visit summary!
