We adopted Ollie recently, and ever since bringing him home, we've been trying to get some really tight, matted knots out from behind his ears. Unfortunately, he would get extremely stressed and anxious whenever we tried, so we knew we needed someone patient and gentle to help him. I'm so happy to say that his groomer was able to successfully remove all those stubborn knots! She was so sweet and understanding, and it means so much to us knowing Ollie was in caring hands, especially since grooming is still a new and sometimes scary experience for him. He came home looking adorable, smelling amazing, and most importantly, feeling so much more comfortable! We're incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and care shown to our little guy. Thank you for helping make Ollie's first grooming experience such a positive one! We'll definitely be back!

Since the new owners took over, that level of care and customer service just hasn't been the same. I stayed loyal despite having my appointments canceled or rescheduled multiple times due to illness or scheduling conflicts. Each time, I was understanding because I know life happens. The one time I was running late, however, there was zero flexibility or willingness to accommodate me. It's disappointing when the understanding only goes one way. Loyalty should be a two-way street. Customer service isn't just about grooming dogs--it's about how you treat the people who support your business. Unfortunately, I no longer feel valued here and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the new owners realize that consistency, empathy, and appreciation for loyal customers are what keep people coming back.
