My family and I cannot thank Loving Goodbyes (Dr. Amanda Dolian) enough for the compassion and care she showed us during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Saying goodbye to Bo, our Alaskan Malamute, broke our hearts, but being able to do it peacefully at home meant the world to us and to him. Dr. Dolian was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding--she answered every question with empathy and reassurance. She was also very accommodating; I initially scheduled an appointment for Monday, but she made herself available in case we needed her sooner. From the moment she arrived, she brought a calm and comforting presence that immediately put us and Bo at ease. She gently explained every step of the process and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Because we were at home, Bo was surrounded by his favorite rug, toys, snacks, and family. He passed peacefully and painlessly in the comfort of his home, and that brought us so much comfort. I'm deeply grateful to have found Dr. Dolian. I wholeheartedly recommend her and would absolutely trust her again in the future.

Highly recommend. I chose Dr Dorian for my pet's in-home euthanasia because of her online reviews and I'm so glad about my choice. During this heartbreaking time earlier this month, Dr Dorian was a gift. She patiently and calmly explained the process beforehand and during. She allowed us to take all the time we needed during the various stages of the procedure. At no point during the procedure was our sweet girl, Dallas, in any distress. This brought us so much comfort. We've had several pets over the years but this was our first in-home experience. Now I know there is no better way. If you have the option, give your beloved pet and yourself the gift to have Dr Dorian assist you. You will be so glad to you did. Thank you, Dr Dorian, for your professionalism, kindness, and patience. Thank you for the gift you give to grieving pet-parents. God bless you.

I highly recommend Loving Goodbyes and Dr Dolian. She was exceptionally kind & patient with our family as we navigated the most difficult decision ever facing us regarding our little Sammy. She helped guide us through the most horrible time in our lives with our littlest family member as we tried to decide whether it was time yet as his illness advanced. The decision for Sammy's last moments to be in our home with those who loved him rather than a vet's office was clear & Dr Dolian was there for us with support & kindness all the way. She's truly amazing.

Everyone seemed very friendly including the staff and the veterinarian. We came here since Sera my dog was struggling with walking specially on her back legs and experiencing some weakness. I really appreciated all the info, the kindness of the office staff, and really hoping the therapy will improve my dog's condition.

After trying a couple vets in Dallas, the urgent care vet referred me to Atlas for specialty support. We were there a lot and while we made progress, her bloodwork was still not great. And then her brother randomly got fluid in his belly. They were great about seeing me ASAP the week before a holiday and diagnosed him with FIP. They worked to get him medication that day from a local pharmacy on a weekend too. Unfortunately, FIP is still very fatal and he passed away a few days later. They were so kind when I told them. After his sister kept throwing up, we decided to treat her for FIP too. And she ended up doing so well! FIP only got an approved treatment last year, so many vets are not experienced with it. But Dr. (Daniel) Anthony was good about checking her progress and working with me on the most cost effective way to handle the many vet visits and lab work. I'm happy to share that she's officially cleared FIP treatment and observation protocol and she finally had normal bloodwork last month. She is super playful and loved to torment her big cat brother. We held off on her vaccines and spay because of everything, but she will be going to them next month for this too. I never have to wait long once I arrive and the front desk is always friendly. I'm not sure I'll be able to keep going for her regular visits since I live in South Dallas and the trek to Frisco is a lot, but their Saturday hours are a savior and if I lived closer, I'd stay a client forever.

Unfortunately, our experience at the new facility last night was completely different. We brought our 5-month-old Doberman to the emergency clinic around 10:00 PM after he suddenly showed weakness in his back legs. I carried him in. Despite this, about 20 minutes later staff walked him back to me in the waiting room and asked me to remove his ear post because the doctor said she was uncomfortable doing it herself. After another 30 minutes, the doctor entered and asked the exact same questions we had already answered twice. When I pointed that out, her demeanor noticeably changed. She immediately began discussing genetic conditions, CT scans, MRIs, and surgery--without first performing or even proposing basic diagnostics such as an X-ray. When I asked whether an X-ray had been done, she responded sharply that she hadn't obtained my approval, despite never mentioning or quoting one. At that point, I declined further services and carried our puppy out. Thankfully, he is fine today. We followed up with our regular veterinarian of nearly 20 years, who agreed that monitoring for additional symptoms was the appropriate next step. I fully understand concerns around backyard breeding and puppy mills. However, we purchased our dog from a well-established, reputable breeder, and the judgment we experienced for owning a cropped-ear Doberman was unprofessional and unwarranted--especially during an emergency visit. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering other local emergency clinics. In fact, we stopped by a newly opened ER in Prosper on our way home and were treated far more appropriately.

****** UPDATED REVIEW****** I've brought my cat here 3…read moretimes now. I like the convenient location of the clinic because I live across the street. First time was for new patient visit and vaccines, second for her teeth cleaning which was over 700$ and then third time to recheck an area at the base of her tail because she was missing hair- $200. I usually give my cat gabapentin for long visits or wellness visits where she gets shots like her vaccines and obviously for her dental visit. But for a random check up on a small itchy lesion on the base of her tail that had already been previously reviewed, I didn't think to give her the gabapentin. She just got weighed and she just got given antibiotics from her dental treatment and she's not showing any symptoms of disease or sickness. Well, the assistant got clearly annoyed with me when I told her I hadn't given Darla any gabapentin, then she grabbed my cat without asking and said they were going to have to take her to the back to review her, when I asked why, because I just needed a visual opinion from the doctor about her hair loss spot, she said "because you didn't give her her gabapentin and she's known to bite" ---- After posting this review the manager of the practice, Duke, who said he's been here 17 years, apologized and gave me a credit for the service that was rendered without consent. And apologized for the behavior and steps taken this day. Changing my review from 1-3 stars due to the kindness of Duke and his understanding of the situation. Thank you

The entire team is incredibly engaging, compassionate, and responsive. They take the time to answer questions, explain treatments, and genuinely make you feel like your pet is their top priority. During emergency situations, they acted quickly and kept us informed every step of the way, which brought so much comfort during stressful moments. Their grooming services are also fantastic -- our pets always come home looking and feeling great. It's rare to find a veterinary clinic that combines excellent medical care with such warm, personal service, but this team truly does it all. After five years of trusting them with our pets (we have 4 who see Dr. Tabor), I can confidently say they provide outstanding care and exceptional customer service. I called in December 2024 because I was visiting family and had forgotten my dog's prescription for incontinence "proin" and was worried about it. The staff was totally unhelpful and stated they would need to do a full annual exam for it. I told staff they can call her current vet to discuss the diagnosis of incontinence and see her full up to date vet records. The unhelpful lady stated this was against TX law. This is a lie as the law is "For Schedule II controlled substances, a written prescription must be issued on an official Texas prescription form or through an electronic prescription that meets all requirements." Proin is not a controlled substance, and staff was unhelpful and rude to simply get another annual visit in. I don't think most people lie about their dog's veterinary diagnosis. But I had up to date records to confirm that. There is no reason they could not have responded reasonably with an uncontrolled substance for a week. Staff/Owners, you're in a state where dog populations, abuse, and euthanasia rates are some of the worst in the country. Do better. The great news is, I skipped my dog's prion for a week and learned her current vet had diagnosed wrong and she's not incontinent and never took the pills again.
