I don't understand the product at all and would never buy one for myself, but a friend did and he dragged me to the store so he could buy a second one (against my recommendation). The staff is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable and they have a good amount of product in the store to test out. The chair my friend bought was now on sale, and they agreed to refund the difference which was pretty good of them. The couches are beautiful and the modularity is really great - but I just can't wrap my head around the cost. I could just buy 3 sofas for the price of what they sell. read more

In looking for something to put in a room that will go through transitions over the coming years (or shorter) I thought the Sactional idea was great. As an engineer going to the store when the sales person asked me to try sitting on it and talking about the different possible configurations -- I said the first thing I want to see is how they come apart and go together. I was surprised by the overall flexibility of the pieces, the fact the cover fabric is both easy to replace or wash, and how well and strong the assembly is. Bottom line is they seem to have truly found a flexible but sound enough solution that, once it is configured, you can't really tell it comes apart. No easy task in my book. Delivery was via FedEx (which makes the whole experience easy as well) and though they talked about a white glove service to put it together as well we did not even entertain the details of that possibility. It took a bit longer to arrive than I would have expected (about a week) but when it came everything was pretty flawless going together without any real need for instruction -- this is NOT an Ikea type assembly by far! I am extremely happy with the comfort level of the final configuration and as far as pricing goes I can't say it is that much different from a high end fixed solution. Also, when you go down the fixed solution years later if you want a refresh getting things recovered are nearly as pricey as a new purchase whereas with the Sactionals buying new covers and changing everything around is almost too easy. Yes, there are the original Lovesacs too which I do own but have found comfort in when visiting someone who had one! read more

First off we're being a little nice with our rating but the reason me and my wife gave it a 3 is because the customer service was great all around and we talked to multiple employees. These people are nice, its the product and policies that make this a bad experience. Also the innovations that this company makes especially with their couches are amazing, but it doesn't make up for what I'm about to say. They need to get their act together. First thing you need to know is that you cant return anything without paying a 25% restocking fee. Thats at least 150 dollars. Watch out. Think long and hard about this. Especially after you smell it. Prob #1.) What happened here is that it took 3 weeks to get our Lovesac cover (it was one they had displayed in the store and was not a special order). Which is fine but annoying on top of that the return policy voids after two weeks. So we had to ask them to extend it which they did, but if they are anything like most other companies they won't keep their promise, they just put a note in the computer. Prob #2) To make things worst, since we took the Lovesac home without a cover, for the next three weeks coverless, it got ripped (since it had no cover to protect it.) This is not covered in their warranty. In my opinion they are responsible for any and all of this since we never actually took THE COMPLETE product home. If we had the full product it would have prevented the rip. Also the inside of the Sac seems durable and they even call it Khaki which I imaged would be tough Khaki material like on nice khaki shorts. It's very very thin. Prob #3) But it get's worst. The smell. If you ever tried to purchase a memory foam mattress topper, or if you have ever read reviews this is a huge problem. Well here it is again. This smelled worst than any memory foam mattress I have ever had and even after we aired it out for three weeks than put the cover on it still stank through the cover. Don't buy if you are sensitive to smells. Go for their couches instead !! #4) But wait it get's worst. They expect you to do work before you relax! The instructions tell you to constantly fluff your bag but when you want to relax and you sit down and realize you are uncomfortable it is a pain getting back up and picking up a huge bag and kicking it around (they say you can kick it) #5) And lastly we don't think we got enough foam in ours. They fill it with foam on site. They originally told us that once we get our cover it will make the bag smaller and the foam should be thicker (the inner bag is larger which is the next problem). Well its been a month, we have the cover and my butt keeps hitting the floor when I sit down, so now we have to take it back to get them to put more inside, if they will even do it. #6)The most recent problem I found is that the large cover inside the sac gets wrinkled up(since its bigger than the outer cover) and you can actually feel the wrinkles. it's like sitting on a crunched up blanket at times. Big downer on top of everything else. I would only ever buy from here again unless I was rich and it was for my kids or unless it was a couch and they promised no 25% return fee within the first week!!! read more

I've got to say... the people at this store really went above and beyond to help me make this purchase. I came in probably 3-4 times to test things out and convince myself I wanted a Lovesac. The staff was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me one bit. Once I did decide to purchase, the staff was very helpful in keeping me updated on the order and tracking the shipments. I had been looking at LOVESAC funiture for over 10 years, thinking that it was a fad and that it would not be around for long- I was wrong. Something that looks so gimmicky does not seem like it is going to deliver in terms of what it is meant to offer- durability, practicality and flexibility- BUT IT ACTUALLY DOES!!!!! When I went in to look, I was impressed and I sent in the dimensions of the space where my furniture was going to go and the configurations that I was given to consider were much better than the ones I came up with on my own. LOVESAC furniture is expensive, but in my opinion the expense is justified because of the problems that it solves. How many times have you had to buy new furniture because you have moved? For me- many times. LOVESAC furniture can be reconfigured to fit a new space by moving the pieces around and that affords practicality unparalleled by any other furniture I have encountered before. I have also had to buy a new couch because it would not fit in the door of my apartment- because LOVESAC furniture comes apart, that is not an issue either. Moving it around your living space and moving it to a new living space is much easier because of the fundamental design. The thing that sold me was that I read an article about what kind of furniture should go into a rental property and LOVESAC was recommended because of its versatility but also because it allowed you to remove the covers and wash them- making cleaning up much easier than regular furniture. Also, one of my most thrifty friends has had LOVESAC furniture for 3 years and she said that it has been worth the money. We have had our furniture now for a month or so, and it is the most comfortable furniture we have ever had. We have a sofa in the deep side configuration, making it much more roomy than any other sofa available. The cushions seem to be keeping their shape, and I know if we don't like what we have going on, we can change it by adding more pieces or rearranging the ones we have at any time. If you have any problems with the furniture- and we had a minor problem with regard to the manufacturing of a few of the pieces- it is very important that you contact the store and go through them directly, I originally reached out to the company and had a back and forth with them that eventually ended in them telling me to contact the store- so just contact the store in the first place and that won't happen to you. Jay and Rob were very helpful with the design process and the purchasing and the resolution of the problem we had. Watch the videos before you put the stuff together, and if you are not a physically strong person, you will need to get someone to put it together for you (they offer this for a fee). If you are on the fence about this stuff, I highly recommend just going ahead and buying it. I wish I had bought it ten years ago when I first saw it. I would probably still have it!!!! read more

I bought a Moviesac for $900 and when I got it I was amazed at how big and how many pieces that came with it..well when you put it together its a pain in the butt....and you had to really work at it to really rip up the stuff...and its been 2 years now...and I have to say its a huge waste of money...should of never bought it...its so uncomfortable.... =( The ones at the store feel better. read more

Long time sac owner and happy customer. We've owned a Movie Sac for about 5 years and a Pillow Sac for another 3+ years. The family has just received our 5-base, 6 series sactional as the main couch in our home. The Bridgewater stores service was nothing short of exceptional. They assisted in creating a great 3 color design to bring together our sactional, squattoman and sacs. Beyond that they exchanged a base that received some very minor damage in the shipping process with no troubles at all. They also helped manage our issue with ordering the wrong sized cover for the movie sac. The only thing better than the modular design of a sactional is the great service, assistance and guidance we received from Sven, Cynthia and the rest of the team in the store. We are already planning some lovesac expansions in the rest of the house and we haven't even received the covers for these yet! Thanks for the great furniture and sales team Lovesac! I've never felt some comfortable laying on a naked sac. ;) read more

I have purchased several things from this store and am 100% satisfied and impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service I recieved from Sarah. She was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. I have Sactionals and a Pillowsac and I will say, besides being comfortable, that was the EASIEST couch I have ever moved with since its all individual pieces. I would highly reccommend visiting this store next time you are in the mall, even if you are not looking for furniture. My fiance is obsessed with their Footsac blankets! I will definitly be returning to add on to my sactionals and maybe get new covers too. read more
