This normally involves everything that is checked during a state safety inspection, but with additional checks on the functionality of the vehicle and its systems (electrical, cosmetics, etc). I requested an engine compression test, and was told it would involve more time, which was fine. What I received: 10 photos of the undercarriage and two lines about the seller being old and needing to sell. No start. No compression test. No other photos. No evidence anything else had been examined. Chris was polite and apologetic, and he did adjust the invoice, but I was left with no clear idea about the vehicle, despite paying for exactly that service.

The truck was un-drivable and the truck was towed to Zimmerman's. I called my regular repair shop and was told they couldn't get it in for 2 months. I started working with Keith at LZE. Keith assured me the shop did excellent work and promised to work with the insurance company to get OEM parts. He also understood I couldn't drive the truck and got it in the shop right away. About 3 weeks later I had my truck and it looks and drives like new. Really impressed with the service and workmanship!

Three days later I was able to pick up my car all fixed (Running beautifully). July 21st, another issue came up with my car. I called them first thing in the morning and had my car towed to them. They inspected my car found the issue resulting from the original issue and took care of it cost free. I already have my car back (What a Stress free Experience) The staff is great, from the owner, management, to leader technician, and all other staff they came in contact with during experiences. 10/10 recommend

Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter.
