You gotta love Love's As you can tell from my previous posts, Love's are my favorite travel centers when traveling along the interstate. Always good, well stocked with great staff. And the restrooms are always clean. This Love's had a McDonald's and a Chester's Chicken inside. Both restaurants have their own seating areas but share the restrooms with the Love's. read more

I must say your people have no compassion for anyone I was over there to fill my car up with gas and I ended up slipping on the ice no one came to me to see if they could help I could of gotten hurt I had to crawl on my hands and knees just to get up you people need more compassion than that clean up your act !!!! it's a typical truck travel stop. most of the time clean bathrooms and food bar. stocked shelves with good staff. fuel islands some what clean i mean their always busy so no time to stop fueling . shop personnel okay not all quick but for the most part knowledgeable. i will return read more

I generally trust busy places when I'm out of town. I like Chester's at King Soopers, but this was maybe the worst chicken and potato wedges I've ever had. At least there is a McDonald's and fast food bar. It's busy, so it's either the only place for miles or otherwise good. read more

Usually truck stops get very few stars if any. But I thought I'd review this one since it was the first time stopping there. Got fuel then hubby said we could shower if they were ready. Went to inquire about a shower. One left. We got it. Found a parking spot. Enjoyed a nice hot shower in a very clean bathroom! I appreciate when the showers have good water pressure, a lock in n the door & very clean! read more

Stop here to get gas because it is always the cheapest in the area. Easy in and out even with a travel trailer. McDonalds and Subway are connected but they have hotdogs etc and lots of convince store products. read more

I Love Loves!!! These are rare in Southern CA so I was pretty excited when I actually stopped here. The nearest one to me is about 2 hours away, in Barstow. I learned that Loves is a family owned business headquartered in Oklahoma & there's a little more than 300 locations. I stopped here on my road trip from Minnesota back down to Socal. I was VERY impressed when I walked in - BTW this isn't my first time in Colorado, I'm originally from Wyoming so Denver was a city I made frequent trips to growing up. Because of that I wasn't really looking into buying souvenirs - but this IS THE PLACE if you are looking for the like. There is a wide variety of goods: t shirts, magnets, keychains, shot glasses, etc. I ended up buying this adorable cowbell keychain - could't resist! The area is pretty busy too for being in the middle of no where - it gets congested because there's a big box store near & a ton of truckers stop here. I'm bummed there aren't more LOVES in SoCal (the closest one to me is in Barstow, near the Nevada border)- but this is more for truckers so I suppose it makes sense they are more in smaller towns. Who wouldn't love Loves? This is worth the stop! read more

Stopped here to get my trailer repaired and was told it would be a 3-4hr wait. They took my number and I went to my truck to wait it out. In 4hrs I called to see where I was in line and was told that the mechanic left and there wouldn't be another mechanic there until the next morning. No one even bothered to call me to give me this news! Since my issue is electrical I could have used the daylight hours to drive elsewhere with no trailer lights ...but here I am stuck at this piece of shit all night! They already take advantage of people traveling with overpriced fuel and now they're making sure that they're shitty to people in yet another area... read more

Chester's chicken well the only thing good about it was there wasn't a line. That should've told me something. The chicken itself really wasn't that bad. The okra was overcooked to the point I had to spit it out. The woman that waited on us hum. Maybe she had a bad day but what does that mean she has to take it out on me. Do you know the person that pulled into loves spent $80 on filling up my gas tank for my RV. Spent another $17 on her chicken and okra. Everyone knows that Truck Stops are the "Secret Gem" when traveling. This Love's is no exception. Well-Lit at night, clean, friendly, chatty staff, and... oh yeah, good coffee! I'm one of those people who is proud to admit that, sometimes, I LIKE that powdery-machine-pressa-button-get-cappuccino coffee! Most often, that's late at night on a long drive, and this Love's certainly fits the bill for that. Multiple flavors of "Insta-chino" suits me just fine. The store seemed well-stocked in goodies, drinks, sundries, beef jerkies, snacks, tourist grab-n-go-stuff, and more. All these reviews are from non truck drivers for a "truck stop" so let me give you a review from my perspective. Cold showers! Same food selections always, no variety. Were sick of all the junk food that's why half the drivers can't even get out of their trucks . You say you're "love's" and you love truck drivers so tell me why you cater to non professional drivers more than us? Were the ones on the road 24 hours a day and would like somewhere we can maybe walk around ,stretch ,relax in a lounge with other humans for interaction. We ain't out here for vacation were out here delivering to places and businesses so y'all get to rest more and relax more knowing your merchandise is being delivered safely to you. read more

Despite the requirement for face masks there was an employee repairing the coffee machine with his mask under a chin. While very nice, he was clearly showing his disdain for the safety of customers and fellow employees. Additionally, the requirement was not enforced. Got to love these places. Bathroom - that's a biggy. Gas - not too expensive and easy to fill up. Food - no gourmet, no local flavor but a variety of packaged or fast food to help get you to the next place. Essential stopping place for the Interstate traveler. read more

Pressure in my bladder, pain in my heart, and a tank running on fumes. I needed a place to stop. I pulled into the station, sliding the El Camino into an empty space alongside one of the pumps. I saw a man on the side of the building. He was in his early twenties, a chin full of wispy hair, taking long drags off of a cigarette. The thermometer was reading 86 but it felt hotter. The smell of the recently repaired asphalt wafted into my nostrils. It took me back to my old mill days outside of Pittsburgh. But those days were long gone and they were better left in the graveyard of the past. Along with all those forsaken loves. I was haunted by the memories of my youth. But I was on a mission and i couldn't afford to be bogged down in regret. I'm sure I'll have a whole batch of new regrets to savor. Right now, I needed to get back on the road. A cheap fill-up and a Monster Energy Drink would be companions for this next leg. Keep aiming for the horizon. --Jack read more

Friendly staff...they know us by name and always clean. Plus a McDonald's that serves breakfast starting at midnight. My only complaint would be to train the McDonald's staff better at making coffee drinks. read more

This Loves gas station and truck stop was clean. I didn't like the green flashing arrows on the pumps, as it's especially distracting at night. There's a Chester's chicken and McDonalds in the building. We were able to get in and out pretty quickly and the prices seemed to be typical for the area. read more

i didnt want to give this store any stars but since i can't post this review without a star i added one. so i been here since yesterday for a dot and a pm. drove my truck in the bay at 930am its now 150pm and i just had to show my bad side for the two technicians, austin and his partner, for lying. they have been bull crapping, doing everything except working on my truck. i almost missed my load because of this lengthy time they have kept my truck. went to the supervisor about it and he was able to get a move on the service. now 5 guys are working on one semi. so to all who waited for hrs just know you waited because nobody was working or doing their job. they were too busy smoking and laughing and joking about not working because of the coronavirus. signed a very pissed driver. read more
