Went into the store to purchase items for me and my special person and the item I was looking for was out of stock. I came in 3 times last week and they were still out of the product. Why sell items that cannot stay in stock? The girl that was helping me was pretty knowledgeable but there wasn't any date on when they would get the item in stock. GREAT STORE! I don't typically leave reviews unless I find it absolutely necessary. And in this case, I find it necessary. I read in a review posted on 1/12/22 about an employee named "Joe I think" and I would like to say that I have purchased many items from Joe. I prefer to go on the days he is working. He gives me space and allows me to shop but is available with just a little wave and he is at my assistance. He is very respectful, informative and the guy is hilarious; I thought I was going to pee my pants. My boyfriend is a very shy and conservative man but feels very comfortable talking with and purchasing from Joe; so he too chooses to only interact with Joe. My boyfriend and I have told our friends about Joe and they have also gone in and purchased items with Joe's assistance. They have had nothing but great experiences with him and they have easily spent between $200 -$600 with Joe. It's a great store to begin but Joe makes it an even more enjoyable experience. While the store itself is very clean and has a great selection, the 5 stars goes to Danielle. She is an absolute GEM to the establishment. When you know what you are talking about, it shows. She is very knowledgeable. From beginning to end, she treats her customers with respect and the absolute best service I've ever received in a retail store. Very personable. It's one thing to be knowledgeable, but it's another to share that knowledge and offer help to guests in a way that creates an inviting, comfortable manner. Once I found out Danielle transfered from the San Bernardino location, I've been making the drive to Riverside because I know I get the best customer service with her and her team.
