I was surprised by how much time they were willing to spend with me and how many things they allowed me to try on, and I was finally able to find bras that are comfortable and supportive. My size does not exist in department stores or on Amazon, and I was completely at a loss as to where to find bras, then someone from a local chain store referred me to Central Foundations. If you are like me, and you spent most of your life firmly believing that bras are torture devices invented by Satan himself, then come here. Let them fit you. I promise it's not as awkward as you think it's going to be. They're super sweet and professional. Communicate about what you like and don't like about each one, and I guarantee you that they will find something that works for you. Bras don't have to be painful. In fact, because of Central Foundations, I was able to find a garment that has helped to relieve some of my chronic pain by redistributing some of the weight that was crushing my rib cage.

I returned today after significant weight loss, excited to update my measurements and find new bras. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I waited about 7 minutes while the owner remained on the phone without acknowledgment or even a brief apology for the delay & that set the tone. When I shared my budget, I was told--rather abruptly--that there were no options available and that they don't provide measurements. The tone felt dismissive, and the information didn't align with my past experiences, as I've previously purchased items within that same price range. More than anything, it was the lack of basic courtesy that stood out. A simple "thank you for waiting" would have gone a long way. I value businesses that respect my time, my presence, and my dollar. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark, and I won't be returning ever !!!

GLORY HOLES COVERED UP AN POLICY IS ONE PERSON PER BOOTH, SEEMINGLY STRICTLY ENFORCED. OK, to be fair this is an above average adult shop if you are looking for basic adult video store no arcade. However, my review is really in regards to its video arcade. No glory holes, no buddy booths, and it seems owner is actively discouraging gay cruising activity, which from a business standpoint is financially foolish, especially considering they could easily charge ten to twenty dollars for arcade access and let consisting adults have adult fun, but instead there is only one person per booth, no glory holes, no buddy booths, and basically no fun, and signs read violators will be asked to leave. It seem to be a strict policy, which is odd considering this is an adult shop with an arcade. Actually, it seemed like they did have glory holes in the past and for some fiscally irresponsible reason they covered them up. Its a shame when adult shops can't be adult shops, its like taking a great porn muting it, censoring the nudity, and not showing the money shot. Honestly, the shop would do better using the space for something other than an arcade, maybe fantasy and fetish adult costumes or something, because the arcade is a big dud. But all is not lost there are plenty of other adult bookstores in IL that have open glory holes and are great for gay cruising such as Ram, Bare Assets, Star ship Video, and of course Steamworks to name few, just sucks to not be able to have one nearby.

The salespeople are nice, but more concerned about making a sale rather than getting a bra you feel comfortable with. The fitting sessions last about 20 minutes and since they don't use measuring tape, it's up to the associate to guess your size and bring you some bras she feels are right for you. Whatever size the associate feels is for you, you have to stick with it. My associate brought me back a bra that was so tight that I felt my top was going to separate from my bottom. The associate insisted "that was how the bras were supposed to feel" and "that I would have to get used to it." I played along with the whole "wow, what an amazing bra" thing until I could get outta there. Bras start at $80 and they don't have any plain bras (all colors or lace).

I told her if I could get it for the price it was tagged since it was marked at $9.98 and she said no, I asked her to ask a manager and she didn't want to.. i don't understand if the only price tag said it was less than $10 why did she want to sell it to me for $25? anyways she was rude, nasty attitude and so I decided to not buy anything at all.. if she would have been nice and helpful I probably would have purchased the items however they seem to always have an attitude problem... aside from this, when I initially asked her if they had full slips she said no, then the other girl working there told her : yes we do.. then she went to go look.. why are you there if you don't like your job? anyways I doubt I will go back and I don't recommend this place, very rude!
