So although I used to work next to to this store for almost 3 years and I frequent surrounding businesses, for privacy and discretionary purposes I have previously preferred to shop for products of these nature online. However, today I decided to browse around the store and hands down igreat choice! The store itself has a very nice ambience & good variety along a higher-end boutique feel to it, and a nice selection! I must say though what made my 1st shopping trip here awesome was the fantastic customer service I received from Sandra and Magaly! Each girl made several recommendations which was cool because I felt overwhelmed at 1s by all choices After listening to my needs the girls helped me find just what i was looking for! Nope nope I love me a good sex store and I would honestly rate it higher because I shopped here before and it was great but Jeanette was the WORST. I don't know who trained this girl but she was super rude, we told her we wanted a replacement for a simple G spot toy with nothing for the clitoris and that's ALL SHE WOULD SHOW US! It's like nothing we said registered. Plus everywhere I went she would follow me like girl back off! I loved coming here when we came into town. I would recommend this place 100%. Lovers has a variety of options for him and her. This store helped spice up my marriage. To top it off an employee I couldn't pronounce her name but started with the letter "J" really gave me by far the best but I mean the best customer service I've ever experienced through any store I've been too. I TOTALLY agree that Touch of Romance is AWESOME, the store is classy & clean, and ALL the staff are WONDERFUL!!!!! I felt awkward walking in for the first time but Jackie greeted me and made me feel comfortable & relaxed.
