Came to exchange it and was told They couldn't do it , it was against policy. The item was not used it simply did not work and would think this store would honor and replace a defective item. My friend and I came in, mainly for her, to look for a new toy. We were the only two people in the store, and all the workers were hawks on top of us. One saleslady was really great and helped explain the differences between each one. BUT, then another lady came up to us holding a box saying in their inventory they should have 8 of a certain item, but only had 7. I knew instantly she accused us of stealing, and I asked if she wanted to look in my bag, since I absolutely did not steal and had no problems showing her the inside of my bag. She said no rudely and gave me a look saying, "you know what you've done". My friend then felt forced to buy something to prove we weren't stealing, and then we were told rudely there will be no returns (which I totally understand, gross). I've never been accused of stealing, and left in tears because it was incredibly degrading. It's easy to say I won't be returning and will tell others to not come to this location. read more
