Note to self, never get your nails done again here! I got dip and a pedicure with the only male. I told him upfront what I wanted, a dip full set and French tip regular pedicure. I usually do my own pedicures so all I really needed was for them to be polished. He tried to upgrade me to a shellac luxury pedicure and full set of shellac nails, I told him no. Not once but twice, he then huffed and puffed about it to his coworkers the entire time. He then proceed to make me bleed during my manicure and told me it was my fault not his for not letting my nails grow out enough. Well not even 24 hours later and the the dip on two nails cracked. I came to get them fixed and he tried to get someone else to do it, which I was fine with because he clearly didn't do a good job in the first place. He then pushed her away and said he wanted to finish the fixed and left me with this, a hair in my dip. I showed him and Jenny and they said well you shouldn't have cracked the dip in the first place. I will never come to this place again and make sure my friends and family don't either. It had been 2 hours at this point so I said no and just had them do the whole nail so I could get out of there. And then they made me pay $60 for my set. My nails didn't turn out great but my friends were horrible, she asked for coffin like mine and her nails are super bumpy and not coffin at all!! Hers are the yellow set and mine the nude. They didn't even take time to push back or trim our cuticles and the acrylic doesn't go all the way down so my nails already look grown out!! I have gotten pedicures here before and they've been amazing always have done a good job but this is my first nail set from here and I am not going back!! In fact, I'm redoing them myself. I also got a full set. The color is uneven, tech didn't get rid of excess acrylic under my nails, she cut me TWICE with no apology. We had an appointment but we're made to wait 40 minutes, all while they accepted walk ins to work on while making us wait. At the register, the lady literally reached in my wallet for my bank card!! GTFO with that! Abysmal service, poor attitudes from staff, messy salon, totally unhygienic tools/files. They should be reported to the health department. I went to get a pedicure and sit in the spa chair. It was lovely and much-needed. Ben did a very good job on my feet and he is very kind and funny. I was so glad I saw the sign as I was driving by because I went to another place, VTech and I really did not like the atmosphere or smell of incense there. I have never been in a such bad place to get a manicures and pedicures, the employees are very rude, I had an appointment at 3:00pm and they attended me an hour later they only asked me to hold on because they were very busy, they worked very fast on my nails and they are no attentive in details the person who served me cut several of my fingers with the polishingin machine, when a choose the color this person didn't like it and asked me several times to change it. When paying the price was very high compared to other nails shop. We were 5 people that day to do our nails and none of us liked the way they treat costumer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! There is a male in this shop that started to put the acrylics on my friend and when the lady came back from her break she had to take them all off and restart. Another customer walked into the salon and he started on her nails when she asked for Rose ( one of the nail ladies) and when the customer had a concern he snapped at her and said "do you know how to do, do yourself" Not only did he go against her wishes about having Rose but he snapped at her when she was unhappy. I have been to quite a few nail places to get pedicures. I am a disabled veteran with combat injuries. I am unable to properly take care of my feet and toenails. This place was terrible from the get go. Let alone was I there a good while past my appointment time. Then they called me back and I sat with my feet in cold water for an hour without anyone starting on me. I got mad when I saw employees on their phones and goofing off in the back room. I told them to give me a towel so I could dry my feet and get out of there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. "0" stars!! read more

Our heels were not soft and my calluses on my toes were barely scrubbed. We paid for the $37 pedicure but it definitely wasn't worth $37. The massage is supposed to be 8 minutes. Sunday- the only day we were both available, and they were the only salon open. No waiting, free drink and a great experience. Sometimes it can be awkward, but it was pleasant. We get there and it's about 5, don't even get in until 5:30/5:45. We had one guy do both of our nails and just switch on and off. One of us had acrylics on and asked for dip over the acrylics and she told her to put her hands in water. Yet the acrylic was taken off without permission and they had charged extra for that without asking. We had somewhere to be at 7 thinking we would be out of there by 6:30-6:45 considering we "should have had our own nail technicians" further to say we got out with both our nails done at 7:15. Horrible service and the owner lady was so rude, and when we told her we were going to let our nails dry in the car because we had somewhere to be she said no you are staying! A year ago this was a great salon. Recently I went here three times and the day after having a gel French tip my nails yellowed and looked burned. They broke off and looked horrible. Had another salon fix them and they do not yellow and are very strong. There is also an older woman that runs it that is extremely rude and clearly is insulting the customers in another language. It was just sketchy because we said we wanted basic pedicures and then after the fact, they charged us for the #3 package because my friend said "all 3" meaning she was paying for all 3.. before we knew that we moved over to get our nails done, and they didn't tell us that French tips were more or removing previous gels were more.. overall it was just a sketchy experience and the nails were average at best. In town for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed a pedi. Although we were able to walk right in and the staff was pleasant the pedicure was mediocre and a bit sloppy. Additionally the polish was very thinned down this nail polish remover which I saw one of the staff add to numerous bottles. Plus the salon is not kept clean, it was dirty and swelled of fake nails (no surprise) and food. My pedi chipped within a few days. Next time I'll try another salon. read more
