This is my second time in- I had spotted the new fall cat-eye swatches on our way out last time and couldn't wait to come back to get it! The guy doing my mani/pedi today was very friendly and thorough! Gave a great pedi, not too much pressure like some- it very relaxing! Seems like he may not have had a lot of experience with the cat-eye polish before. It was a bit of a learning curve and more of a process than even I expected! But with some advice from his coworkers I'd say he's got it down! I didn't catch his name but I appreciate his willingness to please and have to say that I REALLY love the final results! Normally I have a great experience here. This time I did not!!! my normal lady Jessica does not do acrylic nails, which is fine so I asked for a random person to do my nails and his name was Danny. All I asked for was getting the acrylics put on a full set and to get them painted. From just looking at them, the paint and everything looks okay but then when I flip my nails to myself, the acrylic is uneven on the inside, the sides are not painted, all of my cuticles are bleeding and I still have glue and nail polish on my nails from when he was working on them. And he didn't do anything to fix them before I left. I asked him to fix them and all he did was file the tops. Don't get full set acrylics with Danny. Charged me $55 and it was not worth it. read more

I paid $65 plus tax due chrome and it looked awful... Three nails chipped within a day, upon returning to get the nails fixed I was treated horribly. I highly recommend this amazing place!! After 4 years of not getting my nails done due to another place giving me a fungal infection that cause my nail to fall off. I finally ended up in this lovely location. I took my little girl who's 5 and was so scared to get her nails done for some reason. Tyler Did an incredible job with not only her nails but making her feel special and comfortable. The whole staff was so attentive and incredible specially with my little girl which means a lot to me. I went in for a fill and was told I needed a new set, I was very hesitant because of the price. But I let him convince me and he waived the cost of "take off" and I didn't want my nails to break later so I agreed. When he started applying acrylic to my own nails I admit I should have said something right then but it's tough to understand the "nail language" they use without misunderstanding so I kept my mouth shut thinking maybe he just did things different. So when he was done and had me wash my hands, he told me (no names here) that the guy would do the ombre painting for me and he left the building. So in attempting to do ombre with the colors I picked out, I was told they were too dark and if I wanted white or black.....I thought he had an idea to do something cool and different so I said white. They do look kind of cool but my color choice was a bright pink where the white is and that didn't happen. After this was all done I went to pay and was told $65, which I questioned him because I didn't get a new set. He told me his boss told him $65 so that's what it was. I paid it with the intent of talking to his boss today but he knew I was unhappy when I asked for the owners business card. Fast forward to today, I called him on my lunch break, he was very rude to me and argued that he told me what I was getting and there were cameras to prove that's what I got. If I had gotten a full set of acrylics it would be $50 plus $15 for the ombre but at least I would have felt like I had a new set like he described in the beginning! I asked for my money back, even said the decent thing to do would be to even offer me half back. They did offer to repaint them for me but I don't want to go back there, I would feel like they were all talking about me in the language I don't understand, so I won't be going back. Update: The proof of what you say will always be my word against yours so you can say all you want as well as I can. Chung (since we're naming names now) was rude and yelling at me over the phone AND talking over me when I was trying to speak with him. My opinion of you and your "Premiere" nail bar is my privilege to say, something of a Freedom of Speech...have you heard of it? You obviously don't get that there was some misunderstanding on both parts, you and me. I wasn't being mean, was giving you my opinion and how I felt. All you did was retaliate by claiming I knew what you were doing when obviously I didn't! read more

Chung always does an amazing job on my nails. I get a powder dip and there's lots of colors to choose from. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. They were able to get us in 2 pedicures same day on a Saturday. Super clean and nice salon with a lot of room. Lots of options for colors and pedicure types. Friendly owner and staff. My pedicure looks great! Excited to try more services.
