0 's‼ Super Unprofessional. There's no signage with pricing anywhere and when you ask about prices they aren't clear on how they charge. They're OVERPRICED! The lady that did my nails wouldn't tell me how much was charging until the tips were glued on my nails. She asked what size I wanted I replied medium and she charged me $45 dollars for short nails instead. They charge $5 for shaping the nail which is ludicrous. $15 for simple design. As the lady was doing my nails I noticed she didn't glue down the tips well and when I pointed out politely she seemed irritated. I can she started talking after this point. Plus as she was filing and shaping she was shaving my fingers the entire time and kept apologizing but still kept knicking my fingers. The acrylic literally burned when we got to that point. A guy (the guys she has been talking to) stepped in to do my design and he had to touch up the shape after she polished them because clearly she didn't do that good. He was more professional and even started light conversation. The lady didn't speak to me at all after she asked about the size, price and design. And while he was doing my design I told him it didn't have to be exactly like the picture I showed but similar the lady walked over and said "Oh not exact?!" Sarcastically. I didn't get my pedi bc I was so annoyed by the unprofessionalism and poor work. Then they charged me 4% to use my debit card which I've never heard of. I paid about $66/ $71 including the $5 tip I gave the guy because he was more tolerable than the rude female. My boyfriend looked at my nails and was like I can tell you don't like them, I don't either. You should've went somewhere else. We were told to return for free nails because they did not have enough people to serve us on the day and time of appointments. We went back today and were told they would not honor that because it was not the day after the appointment. I stated we will not return because there were other places to go in town next time. This is such a horrible freaking place. The ppl are rude and pushy and the nails are fucking Ridiculous. They add their own tip to your amount and they are not gentle at all whatsoever. They cut my friend and then shoved a fu king nail UNDER MY REAL NAIL. They lie about prices. And my real nails are freaking butchered. Like I can't get one piece of half the fake nail off bc it is ripping my HALF of my real off. Like split down the middle half. They completely butchered the design that I wanted and didn't file the fake nails right. Everything was jagged and NOT AT ALL THE RIGHT SHAPE. I will never come to this place again. Nor will I ever recommend this place. If I am gonna pay fucking $60 for something it better be MY FUCKING WAY and handled with care. Do not jerk my hand like I'm a fucking toddler. I'd go try to talk to them but it's really fucking pointless bc they don't understand English. Nor will they listen. read more

Slow service and pushy workers. When we got up to leave the a worker surrounded us and yelled at us. We decided to stay but the service was harsh and very painful. Doesn't feel sanitary as well. read more

Bill and his staff do a great job. My favorite place to get Dipp Nails! The pedicure stations are very clean and they use additional measures to Lee things sanitary. I have trouble with ingrown toenails and they are knowledgeable about the proper way t take care of them without making things worse! Trust them! I like to call ahead to save my spot. read more

This nail salon has no operator license posted and the instruments were not placed in sanitary solution after doing my toes which is disturbing. Since the previous owners left, the nail salon has become very distasteful and they hustle you nonstop to spend more money. I asked if they accept credit cards and they said "yes" however when I went to pay and had pulled my card out, the lady in charge came up to me and said they only can take cash because it takes too long for them to get the money from the credit card company. Worst of all they deceived me and consequently I had to leave my drivers license and get cash from an ATM. I filed a report with the state cosmetology board as well. I wish they would get their act together because we only have two nail salons in Hope. read more

I now have fungus in all 10 of my nails!! I really like the staff there, but I have not had a fungus infection in my nails in over 20 yrs and I am very disappointed !!! read more

I asked for acrylic the lady insisted that I get dip after all it was my money after she had but the tips on my nails she processed to use dip but when it was over they were crooked and uneven I don't recommend coming here I got my eyebrows waxed here once and they turned out ok! read more
