To the person that took someone else's cell phone and has the nerve to write such a complaint .... How dare you !! You are the one that took someone else's phone. You did the right thing by trying to return to the store and bring it back, but what you should have done is just leave the cell phone there, the place you took it from and its NOT EVEN YOURS !! I don't believe for one minute the person trying to make direct contact with you had any other intentions other than to get her phone back. I have gone to this location several times and have never had the first issue, or any such rude behavior from any stylist. They have always been friendly and helpful and April there has cut my hair several times and I usually ask for her. I will continue to go back, too !! One really undeserving complaint like this really hurts the business and their efforts to try and gain more customers. Its just really a daummed shame when after all....
