Pros : -Promptness…read more We were there waiting before they opened, and doors were opened slightly before 9:30. This is good. -Rapport / courteousness : the **other workers seemed to have more personality. Tiffany is sweet. The other gentlemen joke around and seem to be nice. Cons: -DD has a rude demeanor. She never smiled. Her tone wasn't the nicest, but it wasn't sarcastic or filled with any attitude. -She's rough on the nail (non apologetically at that). Several times there was discomfort. - the ONE nail that needed to be fixed still needs to be shaped to match the other nails. (Crooked nails). Won't be back.

0 's‼ Super Unprofessional. There's no signage with pricing anywhere and when you ask about prices…read morethey aren't clear on how they charge. They're OVERPRICED! The lady that did my nails wouldn't tell me how much was charging until the tips were glued on my nails. She asked what size I wanted I replied medium and she charged me $45 dollars for short nails instead. They charge $5 for shaping the nail which is ludicrous. $15 for simple design. As the lady was doing my nails I noticed she didn't glue down the tips well and when I pointed out politely she seemed irritated. I can she started talking after this point. Plus as she was filing and shaping she was shaving my fingers the entire time and kept apologizing but still kept knicking my fingers. The acrylic literally burned when we got to that point. A guy (the guys she has been talking to) stepped in to do my design and he had to touch up the shape after she polished them because clearly she didn't do that good. He was more professional and even started light conversation. The lady didn't speak to me at all after she asked about the size, price and design. And while he was doing my design I told him it didn't have to be exactly like the picture I showed but similar the lady walked over and said "Oh not exact?!" Sarcastically. I didn't get my pedi bc I was so annoyed by the unprofessionalism and poor work. Then they charged me 4% to use my debit card which I've never heard of. I paid about $66/ $71 including the $5 tip I gave the guy because he was more tolerable than the rude female. My boyfriend looked at my nails and was like I can tell you don't like them, I don't either. You should've went somewhere else. I could've told you not to go there. Then my gel literally started chipping the next day which has never happened to me. Don't go here!!

Elysium Spa made my wife's day!…read more While visiting friends in Texarkana my wife wanted to get the proverbial mani-pedi. Taking a chance, we tried Elysium. When I picked her up she went on-and-on about the service she received and the new friends she made. Her nails looked fantastic and she really wants to go back before we leave town. When I picked her up I met the proprietress, Chi, and was very impressed by her professionalism and friendliness. The spa was immaculate and the decor impeccable. Although it's only based on one trip, I can't help but recommend this spa highly. By the way, in case you're wondering why I wrote this review (instead of my wife): when the spa I chose makes my wife's day...she makes mine!

I live in Los Angeles, where folks pay minimum $80 for a decent haircut, but I can't find anyone there who will give me the cut I'm asking for. Too bad Unique is so far away! When people ask me which Beverly Hills salon I go to, I love to tell them, "Oh, I don't waste my time. I go to Nashville, Arkansas, for my haircuts."
