I had surgery on January 10.2024 for replacement of silicone implants. Upon removal of the right…read moreimplant the doctor did a biopsy of a bone protrusion which I did not signed consent for this. Both right and left implants were removed and he wanted me to do a CT scan. CT scan showed a implant on my right side but the doctor did not say anything about a implant nor does his OP report does not reflect placed on the right side. Doctor on 1 week follow up stated there was a fluid collection on the right side. I have since consulted with two other surgeons that that stated the there is a implant on the right side. During the procedure it is noted that his surgical assistant was the front desk person at his office and I question if she is certified to be a assistant. I can provide all documentation if needed.
