Don't i repeat DO NOT go 3 hours before closing they will rush on your nails and do anything but will charge full price! I wasted $150 on some ugly nails and when i said i didn't like them while in the shop they told me it's because i got them short smdh !!!! read more

Best pedicure I have had in a long time. They were very thorough and the massage was very nice!

The foot/callus shaver was used all over the tops of my feet and caused bleeding on both feet, however the employee continued shaving the TOPS of my feet. These pictures are from the next morning and I am in extreme pain. I have been going to Bella for over 5 years and have never had this happen. However after this incident I will not be returning. It appears that the man that gave me my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. read more

Wonderful experience! Was greeted by multiple workers as soon as we walked in and were taken care of within 5 minutes upon arrival. The young man who did my nails was very friendly, didn't talk much and took his time making sure my acrylics were taken off and new ones were put on. He did a lovely job and the environment was very peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone especially with my previous experiences at other places in the Tk area. read more

A less detailed list of pros and cons : Pros : Friendly Does a good job for the overall product Apologetic if needed Sanitary (uses new tools out of the pack for cuticles etc) Price isn't too over the top Will fix any imperfections without an attitude. Cons: The following may not be done during acrylic nail application, but this is what I noticed - -My cuticles weren't cut on my nails. -No E oil on nails. Nor hand massage (I don't know if Nail places still do that, but they didn't today ) -I had to ask for my top coat to be applied. She said she was going to do it later (by this time she had sat me in the pedicure chair). She did apply shortly after I asked, though. She might've forgotten. -Rushed service. Times are shown in the review. I should've gotten a plain pedicure. I would've "enjoyed" it just as much. Saved $5 too. I felt nothing deluxe about this rushed pedicure. -scrubbing of the feet- average at best. I'm used to this part being thorough, and she was better at this when they first started - however things have changed. -Sitting ppl in chairs is a perfect strategy for not going anywhere. Ppl waiting in water for 10-20 min. -I sat and waited in the chair while my toes dried, but usually they put your shoes on for you, open up the arm of the chair so you can step down, etc. Nope. This is something minor to some, yet I do full reviews. Seeing that she wasn't coming back , I just went to the front to pay and leave. More detailed review: Sadly, this experience was Very Rushed in comparison to past experiences I've had at Bella. I always request the owner, Kathy, to do my nails because she was the best and every time I strayed from her there, I wasn't fully satisfied. Anyway, the First "massage," the sugar scrub, lasted 1 minute. From 9:57-9:58. This is both legs. Lotion massage. 10:00-10:01. 1 minute both legs. Hot rocks massage: started at 10:02 and ended at 10:03. Both legs. Towel wrap started at 1003 and Ended at 1004. Everybody was running around. At 1006 she put dividers on toes then went to the back and came back around 1008. Another lady came from back there so I figured she took a break from me and went to do eyebrows or something quick with her. She painted my nails and then (10:12 a.m.) She went to do a little girl's toes. Before she left she told me she'd put a top coat on my toes in just a minute. She came back in 3 minutes or so , and I had her fix a nail before she applied that coat to that toe. Then she went back over to the little girl to do her toes while my paint dried. I017- 10:24 (7 min) is how long I waited to get that one toe painted with a clear coat. 1024. 7 min I waited while she serviced someone else. I was not in a rush, but had I been, there would've been a problem. Verdict : This place is getting too oversaturated/ rushed. I didn't enjoy my experience, but my nails look good. I won't be back for a pedicure ever. Maybe a manicure, but definitely not a deluxe pedicure. My advice is to start telling ppl an hour wait instead of rushing those who are trying to enjoy their pedicures. And like I told Kathy, "Slow down. quality over quantity" read more

Quite impressed. I was taken cared of right away and a shellac pedi took about 50 min. They use disposable covers for the tub. They also open a new set of tools per customer. I thought the dude did a good job, and not mediocre. Only downside, the towel used for my massage smelled mildewy.35 was my bill plus tip. I'll be back to try their mani service! read more

I drove in from out of town and called ahead of time to make a manicure appointment for two. We were seated and soaking in the remover. The other person I was with was taken to another station and they got started. I sat there for an hour with acetone on my fingers. Three women walked in and were immediately helped, while I sat there waiting. I got the dipping powder and the top polish is so blemished, seriously every single nail. The files and clippers she used on my nails came straight out of the drawer and didn't look like they had been sanitized. I hope it lasts as long as my other powder manicures have but I don't have high expectations, and I can't wait to get my next manicure that's blemish free. read more

I've always had pretty good luck here with manicures/full sets but today getting a pedicure.. not so much. They were a bit busy which is fine, I expected to wait a few minutes. I was surprised how quick I got a spot only to wait half an hour with my feet soaking in cold water. When the nail tech made it over she was in such a hurry she ran the file over a few of my toes maybe once which is why they are jagged and misshaped. When the top coat got all over a few of my toes she continued to put more coats on top without cleaning anything off. Once she finished I realized she didn't even cover 1/4th of one of my big toes. When I showed her and asked if she could fix it, she brought me back and tried to fix it just adding a little more gel in the corner which only made it worse I paid and left and when I got in the light I saw that nearly every toe was either jagged, had excess gel all over it, or the gel wasn't covering the entire nail. I left anyways because who wants to go back and beg for them to be fixed after already asking once when she clearly saw how they looked when she was done. ‍ read more

This is my second trip but definitely my last! Customer service sucks! Nail tech left me twice to go work on someone else. They didn't listen to me when I asked twice to have my nails soaked off during my pedicure. I was told it wouldn't take long and they'd just get to it after the pedicure. It took as long as I'd expected which means my mother had to wait extra long because she was only getting a pedicure. Nails turned out ok, pedicure was ok. Overall experience would've been ok, except for the customer service experience. read more
