So I went back yesterday. It was awful this time I got manicure, pedicure, and face waxed again. For starters I got the pedicure, the lady didn't even let my feet soak the water was still running and she come over rushing, and was very rough and at points painful, even her cleaning my toe nails was painful I had talked my feet back several times. And she didn't even get the calises off my heals. ​Then I move to get my face waxed. They don't have a bed for you to lay on you sit in a chair and lean your head back. Which kills your neck especially getting the whole face. She didn't do my brows the way I wanted again so I told her to think then out, second attempt still wasnt any better, so I just said screw it. I'll just get my nails done maybe that will be right. WRONG AGAIN Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. He sits down. The whole time he bragging about doing nails for 37yrs, well I wasnt paying attention to him, I was just letting him do his thang, then I went to switch hands and I noticed that he was using old nail clippings you know just the top part of a nail because he used the bottom on some one else. I said wtf. Your using someone else's nail clippings he said how do you know I said because I get my nails done a hole. He then begin bragging again on him self and I was so pissed and disturbed by him and the fact that I paid $120 to be rushed, and half assed work, and now he trying to save a freaking penny by using someone else's nail clippings.. Never ever will I go back and by the way the nails turned out shitty as well all different lengths and none of them were straight. Please don't go there I don't care if they have been at that location for 10yrs they suck and are rip offs

The tech that did my manicure and pedicure was obviously going through the motions and barely scrubbed my feet and rushed to get my toes and finger nails polished. He actually started after my nieces services but finished both of my services before theirs were done. The only time he talked was asking if I wanted gel nails which was an up charge which I declined. The final straw was while waiting for my nails to dry he said they were dry and walked off and did not give me slippers. When I asked for them he slapped them down near me and walked off. I then called him back and also mentioned that the polish on my thumbnail was messed up and asked him to fix it. He begrudgingly put on my slippers and simply painted over the messed up nail. From the pictures it is evident that that did not work. I also noticed the polish on my left great toe was also messed up so it wasn't dry. I won't bother to go back to have it fixed and definitely won't return. As I mentioned, my nieces both had a great service which I appreciated since my oldest niece graduates from high school tomorrow.
