Great service, did what I asked, felt comfortable in salon, easy access. I will return again.

The one thing I do only for me... Great experience. They treated me like I mattered & I wasn't a bother. Kim is the owner & she said if anyone didn't take care of me right she would kick their butt. Lol read more

bad service way over priced, the employees ( or family members) talked amongst themselves. Charged $70 for a plain nail clipping, no polish, `to make money to send back to our country' Seems you'd actually work for the people that tip you. I won't go back nor will I suggest to anyone that they don't go! read more

Very nice people, did a excellent job at my hand design nails. I'm proud.Thank you luxury nails!!

Wonderful experience here! They close at 8pm and I called a few minutes after 7pm and asked if they would be able to refill my nails and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and said they can do it and to come on in. I walked in around 7:15 and was immediately greeted and asked if I was the girl who called. I signed in and was immediately taken care of. The building was very beautiful and well kept. Despite them closing in the next hour I was not rushed AT ALL!! It truly was a luxurious experience. I haven't been to a nail salon is Texarkana that has taken care of my cuticles and made my nails feel so nice, this nail salon did just that. My nails turned out beautiful and I will most definitely be returning. read more

I had an amazing pedicure done and it was the best I've had in a long time. The chairs are great and don't beat you into submission. Service was awesome. read more

I've heard of the Lap Of Luxury, well these are the Nails Of Luxury. Cute nail store that we stopped in to just once on many travels back and forth across Arkansas and Texas. Usually heading for New York, or back. Myself and Barbie scoped it out and we asked a lot of questions and the prices are excellent, but then you would expect that around here. The service seems good but according to other reviews, its Hit or Miss, but the likelihood that we will return is fairly high - especially if we are in town. read more

Worst pedicure EVER! She watched a movie on her phone the whole time, except when she did my polish! I asked several times for her to cut the ingrown toenails out, never did! Very rude! I would give zero stars if I could. A rip-off for $65 for gel polish pedicure. I will NEVER return here! read more

services is aweful when doing lashes ima give yall ass a red flag my shit kept coming off smh

Came here because it was the only nail place not booked up but I now know why. Paid $72 dollars for a full set and what she called a pedicure she only cut my cuticles and rubbed my hands for about 2 minutes with lotion and cuticle oil. I even asked was that the manicure and she stated yes I gave you massage and cut cuticle. But I've many manicures in my life and that was not it. Laziest salon pricest salon in town beware SN my nails aren't all that bad just not $70 worth. read more

Awesome job! Best in Texarkana I've had! Closest to natural looking nails I've experienced. Very nice and courteous personnel.

Well, I came in for a pedicure, the lady would not show me the price book. She stated pedicures start at $45 but refused to show me the book. I Do Not feel like I received a $45 job. Owner was not in. I will more than likely Not ever come back b/c I know she was lying about not knowing where the book was. read more

Wanted a pedicure. Ended up spending $45 for a hot stone massage and it was awful. The girl wasn't even paying attention to me. Never long back day ruined. read more

Don't go here. The owner is crazy. She will ripped you off. The service is horrible. Luxury has nothing to do with this particular nail salon. It's actually false advertisement... Nothing luxury about it. Beware of where you go. This place can't be trusted. read more

I will never go here again. I settled on a $35 pedicure after being told several times by 2 employees to get the most expensive. They were so slow that when it came time to have my legs wrapped in hot towels I told them to forget it. I wanted to run out of there by then. The man who gave me my pedicure was so sick he could hardly breathe, was coughing, and should have been at home. Even though he wore a mask, I felt very uncomfortable. Two days after having my pedicure I had to have my nails repolished because of the poor job he did. The polish was thin in some spots and too heavy in others. There were also areas on the side of a few nails that had no paint at all. read more

I always get a great manicure or pedicure at Luxury Nails. They do a fantastic job, and have good prices too. They'll also cater to your group visits. Nice place. read more

Worst place I have ever been too. At first I was told 35 45 and up and up for a pedicure but then was not explained what the difference was between all of them. Then another woman comes in and they tell her 25 35 and up and up. Which was not offered to me for some reason. I then got a shellac manicure. She rushed the manicure so now 2 days later I still have cuticles showing I came in to get my nails redone because on almost all of my nails the polish is peeling up. I have been getting gel nails for years and never has my polish peeled up after two days. The owner of the salon then yelled at me and told me that there's nothing she can do about my nails growing. The nail polish was a result of a shitty and rushed manicure had the manicure not been rushed I would not be having this problem. Definitely don't recommend the worst customer service I have ever received. read more

I have been to this salon several times. At first, they were great. Services are okay but nothing to brag about. They try too hard to up sale. I understand though, it's their living. Just don't have to be so pushy. Not horrible service but not great either. read more
