After my experience today, I would give them a " F " for quality of service and customer service . They don't take care of their customesr are stand behind their service. I will never get my nails done here ever again!! I had a pic of the nail design I wanted, didn't get what I wanted, he chose to do what he thought would fit me instead of going with what I was paying for "it's ugly so I'm going to do this instead" I could barely understand anything he was saying and he wouldn't slow down to speak. he was judgemental of me being pregnant at my young age. he was very aggressive while doing my acrylic nails. I walked out with coffin shaped instead of square shape. ABOVE my cuticles were cut up and were bleeding bc how aggressive he was with everything. a week later my nails are already lifting and in alot of pain. he seemed like he was just rushing to get to the next people after me instead of taking his time and doing what I asked for. when he was done he didn't even tell me.. his wife came over there ten minutes later and looked concerned at my nails and was wondering why I was still there as to he jus got up and left to go do a pedicure without telling me to go wash my hands and that it was done. I should've never even payed them the 60$ for these painful acrylics. his wife was the only one concerned about how it would actually come out and she wasn't even the one doing them. they are pretty rude and I'd suggest not going here if you don't want to be in pain. read more

I have always loved the service that I received and have grown to enjoy the family vibes in this salon. UNTIL I went in there yesterday with my daughter to get my regular dip nails. Of course I got the person who is new to the salon. Started off on the wrong foot...she didn't do dip. Okay...that's fine. She recommended ombré. That's fine too. Now like I said I've been coming to this place at least one time every 2 weeks to get either my nails redone, get my toe painted, get my daughters nails painted, something. This usually costs me about on average (just for long nails with shape,dip and design the whole Shabang) 40-55 dollars. Let me tell you....what this lady did y'all. So I soak off the dip, she grinds it off , the usual rinse and repeat service. She puts the tips on. Asks me how long I want them. I get them longish. About HALF an inch from tip of my finger up. Nothing crazy like cardi b. You know what she said to me ?? It's gonna be 105 for ombré!!! I bout choked on air. I said oh no baby . I'm not doing anything that costs $105. Now this is JUST ombré no design or anything . I said well how about we just don't do ombré and we just do regular acrylic and I'll pick out a color. She said 95!!!! It's only $10 more for ombré. Do I have stupid written on my forehead? She said she doesn't make the prices her boss does. My lanta y'all! I said I'm just going to pay for my daughters nails and I won't be returning here. She cut the tips off and I did just that. That's absolutely atrocious and uncalled for . I'm severely upset because I loved that place. The whole time Lee was conversing with her so it's not like he didn't know what she was doing or what was going on. So shady and so scammy. I'll miss loan lee that goes by Jessica . She wasn't there at the time probably due to her being pregnant . But I wish her all the best!! You guys lost my service and I will be sure to tell anyone I know not to go there because of this. After having a terrible customer service issue with my regular place, I came here. I had a problem with one of my nails making my toe sore, and explained that to the gentleman that helped me. I received a very gentle pedi, and my toe feels much better! The basic pedi included a lot more services than my usual place for the same amount of money. I left extremely pleased and in a lot less pain. The facility was very clean and well staffed by very friendly people. I would highly recommend this nail salon. Ask for Brian. read more

After being a long term customer paying on average $60 for acrylic nails, they one day decided it'll be $95 for the same service that's always provided. $105 for ombré. Not sure why the price gouging occurred but we will not be back. read more

Well I have always sung praise to Lee's nails but after today, I will never be back we are regular customers. After we got to our chairs to get started a party of 6 walked in with no appointments. Now granted we are in chairs And they are starting on me. For these people my pedicure was rushed and my wax was removed after only a minute. It was still hot. Not worth what I paid for sure. My daughter is a teen, they them made her wait until after they started the 6 without appointments. She sat in cold water and I was done and dry with a upgrade pedi (not that they gave me what I paid for) before they ever started on her. Now she is done, nail polish is thick and clumpy and still has loose skin and dried lotion on. Really? After the last few years of being a customer I can honestly say.... This is by far one of the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The guy that did my feet wasn't too bad, but the lady that did my gel refill on my fingers was atrocious. She was rude and her body language towards me was very disrespectful. I mean I am a paying customer and I wasn't asking for anything outrageous or unreasonable. She did a shitty job on fingers and while she was filing my nails, the machine she was using was hurting me, and when I pull my hand away, she didn't even bother to say sorry. I was going to get my eyebrows done as well, but after that substandard service on my nails, I was not interested. I have never written a review before on anything, but after today's experience at this nail salon, I had to. It's my first and last time there. An unprofessional Asian gentlemen did acrylic clearly not done right, chipped 5 days later. Acrylic usually last least 2-3 weeks, but this one 5 days. I have been going to Johnny every two or three weeks for about a year and a half for dipping powder nails, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. My sister, mother, sister in law, and niece in law all go to Lee's now. They are a sweet family and he does a fantastic job. The place is very busy because I guess the word is out.
