Store Front THEY SERVE HAIR IN THE FOOD AND WONT GIVE REFUNDS
Melli B.

DONT DO IT!!! I ordered a Salmon Teriyaki bowl. I sat to eat it and after a few bites I found A LONG STRAND OF HAIR and my hair is in braids so it wasn't mine. First let me say, for two bottles of water and two bowls, I spent $48!!!!! So excuse me if I wanted my money back after finding HAIRRR!!!! Who on earth eats again from the same place that serves you HAIR?!!! ANYWHO, they wanted to fix me another bowl but refused a refund. They kept offering that I eat another bowl while I stood there gagging back so I didn't vomit. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE telling me no way would he offer a refund and would only make me more food. I asked him, would you eat from a place that served you hair in your food A SECOND TIME? All I wanted was my money back. I was in Orlando with a bunch of family and friends and one of our friends walked up looking as if they were about to order so I told MY FRIEND not to order because there is hair in the food and they won't issue a refund. He told me he would have me trespassed for that. Lol! He even went as far as to call security but apparently security has gotten multiple complaints about this place because the security guard said, "oh yeah...he's always like that!" Speaks VOLUMES regarding the customer service (or lack of) Furthermore, the salmon was super dry and fishy and looked NOTHING EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE to the beautiful char grilled salmon in the advertising image. It's not worth it to spend that much money for extremely mediocre food, rude manager that refuses a refund even though it was his staff members hair in my bowl. Shortly after I asked for the refund, a woman came out the rear wearing NO HAIR NET!!! I'm pretty sure it was her hair. I'm gagging as I type this. I find it completely disgusting that there was hair in my meal. I'm just happy I didn't have it in my mouth. Though I had already eaten from the bowl!!! No refunds...there are NO CIRCUMSTANCES THAT A REFUND WILL BE OFFERED SO SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! If you expect to be treated fairly, DONT EAT AT A PLACE THAT WILL NOT HONOR A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY PROBLEM IS THEIR FAULT!

Salmon teriyaki bowl

I order Salmon teriyaki bowl from Uber eats and received a bowl with white rice, lettuce and plain cooked salmon. It was $20. Now... I realize that's ridiculous for any bowl but I accepted it was going to be a bit pricey ordering from Uber and I was ok with that. But the description of this item listed white onions, imitation crab meat, cucumber, edamame, cilantro, ginger, pineapple, jalapeño, sesame oil and sesame seeds... where were those items? Thankfully they were gracious enough to send soy sauce and some sriracha packets or it would been a very dry and disappointing meal. Won't order again.

Great bowl! My fave. Easy to choose and create. Jose and other staff friendly and helpful.

The food court at this premium outlet is 10x better than the one in my hometown. Lots of Asian food and drink selections. I ordered a brown sugar boba tea to cool off from the heat and humidity outside. The drink was made quickly and the service was prompt and friendly. There is plenty of seating in the food court and more outside if you can bear the heat. The brown sugar boba was good! Sweet flavor, cold drink, and soft boba. I would order again. It's kind of expensive at about $10 a drink. I guess that's the price of going on vacation.

Disgusting poke bowl with rotten food inside. Avoid. At. All. Cost. Don't fall for this shit.

There is a reason they don't give refunds because their food is really bad

I was hungry for something healthy. I walked up to order all the staff were really nice. I did a bowl you make on your own. I was not in the mood for raw fish so I asked for fish that's cooked. They got the fish out of a residential hot pot and I had also added chicken. Both were pre cooked I decided to try it out. I got my bowl went and sat down I was really hungry. I took a bite of the fish it was super dry and rancid. I took a smell it was really bad. I took the bowl back after having only one bite. I asked for my money back they called who I would guess was the owner. While I was talking to him one of the workers smelled it and said yes it's bad. The owner said we don't give refunds. I said you have to give me a refund I don't want anything else. He said you have to choose something else. I said no after eating a bite of bad fish I lost my appetite. He said he could not find my order on his register so I got it from my phone with my capital one account and showed him. He kept saying he could not find my order the staff told him I was just at the counter not even 5 minutes ago. He said if he can't find it he was not returning my money. I said I just showed you on my app the name of the place and amount just give me cash. I kept my cool told him I was not leaving without my money. The owner whispered to me not to say anything more that other guest could hear me. People asked me what was wrong in line and I told them. Several people got out of line after hearing all that was going on. The owner asked that I went to the back door through the service door. It was down a hallway around behind the outlet. I got to the back door and 2 of them came to the back door to try and intimidate me. The older one that was the cook told me in broken English "You leave now" and he strangely laughed at me. The other one said we are not giving back your money. These 2 guys need to learn the American culture if something is bad plus rancid you return money promptly. I got the feeling their business is hanging on by a thread and should be closed down. I will be reaching out to the health department and also the outlet management. Beware of this place for health safety. Also note the sign there is a good reason they don't give refunds because I'm sure they get a lot of complaints of bad food.

Poke Bowl so yummy!!

So yummy! Great service. The people were so kind and you can load up your bowl with whatever you want

This was a build your own salmon bowl at one point.

Amazing food! Great people! Sorry you can't see the food I ate it too quickly ‍. If you're in the area definitely check it out.

I was a regular at Brio Italian Grille, they are no longer there. After 20+ years they closed their flagship location at Millenia. I was bummed because I wanted to have dinner there. I never really know how to rate malls because I mean, they are just malls. If they are not visibly…read moredying and hanging on for dear life, they usually have something for someone at some point throughout their time span. The Mall of Millenia falls comfortably in that category. While it is a mall that offers more higher-end shopping experiences, it still has a handful of affordable fashion retailers as well as numerous restaurants and eateries that can cater to just about anyone. Parking is ample - even on BUSY, sale days or holidays. They are home to local favorites like the Apple Store - which is always BUSY no matter the day or time. They are home to the Cheesecake Factory, The Capitol Grille, Earl's Kitchen, P.F. Changs, among other restaurants and eateries. They have, at a minimum, three Starbucks for the Starbucks fanatics. They have numerous notable department stores like Macy's and Bloomingdale's (both at opposing ends). And of course, they house Gucci, Marc Jacobs, YSL, just to name a few of the many luxury brands they have to offer. They have H&M, Urban Outfitters, Aldo, Warby Parker, and just SO MANY places to name. They will also be home to one of my favorite stores, Zara, soon enough - which I cannot wait for. I tend to frequent this mall in the evening to avoid some of the daytime crowds. Staff, from store to store, varies, but for the MOST part, they have been helpful and kind. Some of the higher-end stores do not give you weird vibes when you walk in to just look around - which is always a good thing. There's nothing worse than feeling like you are unwanted in a store. On busy days, the check-out lines can get long depending on the store you are in. However, most of the time, they are staffed well, and you are in and out. All in all, this is a pretty good mall. Did I mention, they have a small postal service area on the ground floor if you need to mail/ship out anything. I really do not have any negative experiences that turned me away from this mall as a whole. Now I've had some negative experiences with staff in certain stores, but again, those moments have been so few and far between. I will continue to patronize this mall. Also, it's pretty close to home - so it is convenient. P.S. I do miss when they were home to Crate & Barrel - it was one of my favorite stores for home décor. However, they left many, many moons ago.

The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.

The refillable mug is valid during your stay, it gives you refills on drinks. For us, it is not a good value. We also are local so we usually bring our own water and drinks with us. However, I would say if you are going to be at your hotel a lot I would say get it. It is pretty expensive and it can only be used at your resort. If you don't mind carrying it around it can be a good value. This location also offers mobile order which we love. You order on your phone and when its ready you go pick it up. This is what we did. My only issue here with that is the mobile pick up is not well marked. In the parks it is clearly marked, but here it was hidden behind the ice cream counter. Maybe we missed it but my wife had to ask someone where to go. We went here for a quick bite on our check in day. We were headed into the park later so we did not want a lot of food. We also wanted to try some of the new chicken tenders that Disney recently announced, we went with that. We ordered with the Gochujang-glazed Chicken Strips Served with choice of Side for $12.99. We were able to upgrade the sides to some newer fries and ended up getting the street corn fries which were Fries topped with Roasted Corn Relish, Cotija Cheese, and Cilantro-Lime Crema. We did the mobile order and it only took about 5 minutes to prepare. We made the mistake of not opening the box to check, so when we got back to the pool, we realized that the fries were not what we ordered. My wife went back to get the correct order and she ended up having to wait some time. She mentioned that the service was not very great and the only friendly cast member was the cashier. She said the other employees were just standing around not really doing anything and also ignore her. The cashier ended up helping her. By the time the correct fries were given to her the chicken tenders were cold. We both felt they could have offered to remake our entire meal. However, the chicken tenders with the gochujang was delicious! We loved it! The street corn fries were fine but they were cold. They were barely cooked and then all the toppings just did not do it any justice. I do feel as though if the fries were hot and crispy, this would have been an A Plus! However, the chicken strips were fantastic! I would recommend trying these and then just getting regular fries. Overall this a good spot. If you are staying at the resort, I would definitely say check it out. One of the most fun things to do at these resorts is the movie under the stars where they play Disney movies. Grab a whole pizza for the family and go watch Disney movies. Perfect night! Most of the employees were fine, I do think they could have been a little friendlier but overall its fine. There is plenty of seating inside and a few outside. You can bring food back to your room or even go and eat at the pool which is what we did. Its a pretty standard Disney quick service.

It was $14.99 and was on sale for $12.99 for a box of 8 I think. They are pretty much a banana twinkie with banana custard. I also bought miso soup packs for those days at work I am hungry an need a quick snack. Lastly my favorite rice crackers bulk sized. They didn't have the viral hot pot set for $20-25? But I did eye a wok pan I saw from a influencer via social media but I did not purchase due to its not needed at that moment. They had a spin a wheel section by the food court - if you spent $50 - $100 - Then you get to spin. I think you spin 1x for $50 and 2x for $100. The prizes are snacks / ramen etc. Nothing big lol. H Mart is more overwhelming to navigate than Lotte IMO. Both are organized asian markets but H Mart is bigger IMO, This place was packed for mothers day. However easy to navigate to get parking.
