I go here all the time and love it Sometimes they are so busy but there work well under pressure. They have the best tea and the best chicken salad. They make chicken salad to go too if you want it for your fridge! The pasta salad is good too!

    Everything lol

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! My friend and I got 3 meals, shared everything and had a wonderful yap session here. It was so fun to try all the different variations of chicken salads! So many unique flavors and they're all equally AMAZING! Even ones I thought I wouldn't like, loved! Get a side croissant and just go at it!!! Also, love the free cookies that come with the meal. The perfect sweet ending. 10/10 would recommend, will be back again! Side note* my friend and I yapped until 8:02 and no one ever came to say "heyyyy it's time to leave" THANK YOU for allowing us to catch up and not kick us out. I'm so sorry we over stayed our welcome! But when I realized we were the only ones in there and the time we made like a banana and split lmao. LOVE YOU!

Sampling a few of the flavors!! Yum

I would definitely come again! I got to sample a lot of their chicken salad and must say that they're all pretty good. They have something for everyone. From onion flavored, to savory, Greek, to buffalo, they've got you covered. I like all the ones I mentioned for different reasons. Along with my croissant sandwich, I also brought home 3 small pints for sandwiches and salads during the week. They made my meal prep for the week easy and delicious.

I had lunch here last week as it was near where I was staying and therefore convenient. I understand it is a chain but one I wasn't familiar with. Parking is plentiful in the shopping center it's located in. At the counter and after receiving a taste sample of 2 of its chicken salads, I chose a sandwich of Olivia's old south chicken salad. It's chicken salad with egg and pickle added into the mixture. I got the combo and chose the loaded potato soup and an iced tea from the self serve drink fountain. With tax it was $14.37. The meal was ready in about 5 minutes and included a pickle spear and a small packaged cookie for an unexpected treat. The croissant and chicken salad included lettuce and tomato (which I asked for) and was very good tasting. The Olivia version with the added egg and pickle reminded me of the kind of chicken salad I loved as a kid. The soup was equally good and I was glad I ordered it. The cookie was delicious and that little extra that makes restaurants like this special. During the meal they had nice Christmas music playing in the background. This was a very good meal and I would be happy to return. I will check out the Houston locations and visit them.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. It was my first time here but I had seen some other people's orders so I knew how to order. I went for a scoop of Dixie Chick (which was absolutely DELISH!) with a side of lettuce and tomatoes to make myself lettuce wraps. The service was fast and there's a ton of seating inside and even outside. Highly recommend for a slightly healthier fast food option!

I've been wanting to try Chicken Salad Chick, but he locations close to my house aren't convenient, so I've never been... Until I visited Orlando and was seeking lunch soon after arriving and saw this one a mile away. Since I'd never been, I wasn't familiar with the menu and when I saw how they categorized it, I immediately fixated on the spicy section, which all looked pretty good. Then the young girl working the counter told me I could try samples, so I got a sample of Jalapeño Holly and it was really good! It had a nice kick to it, but wasn't overly spicy. The chicken tasted good and fresh and there wasn't much mayo at all. So, I opted for this on a toasted wheat sandwich. I also tried their pasta salad as my side. I loved the sandwich. I wasn't too partial to the pasta salad, it was dry and flavorless. They have soups of the day and the day I went, they had a poblano soup, so I got a cup of it and that had a nice flavor to it. Their cookie to finish was really good too! I'm so glad I finally got to try them! I was also happy to see that they offered an egg salad menu too!! I definitely will return!

I've known about Chicken Salad Chick for a while and just finally had an opportunity to try it. This place feels both modern and cozy, as though my southern granny made the chicken salad herself. I love chicken salad so I was excited to try all of the different flavors. Thankfully the very nice and patient young lady behind the counter let me sample a few options to help make my decision. I eventually settled on Lauren's Lemon Basil and it was so delicious. Very savory but smooth. I ordered a combo and it came with a really good chicken artichoke florentine soup. My sweet tea was perfectly made with just the right amount of sweetness. The restaurant was cute and clean and everything was reasonably priced. The combo even came with a little vanilla frosted cookie because as every southerner knows, you just need a little something sweet at the end of every meal. Bravo, Chicken Salad Chick.

Absolutely delicious! Such a great lunch location! Service is quick! I love the lemon basil chicken scoop, that's my favorite!

My first visit was to redeem my birthday reward! It was a breeze to order online, redeem my coupon, and pick up my order. I opted for the spicy pimento cheese on a croissant with the baked potato soup. The croissant was very plain, but the sandwich was good overall. I can't wait to try the chicken salad. For the soup, I thought that bacon was low quality. I'd try the soup of the day next time.

    Dining area

Yum! The food was tasty, large portions, lots of options, clean and welcoming dining area, staff was courteous. Will be back for sure!

Had the Box combo, came with 4 fingers which were quite delicious. Also came with fries and some really super delicious coleslaw. Love the ice tea here. It is really good. Glad I gave Canes another try. Hopefully this location will maintain the high food quality standards. This location is new and huge. Got to revisit in a few months to see how it holds up.

I don't usually go out of my way for fast food. But today? I did. I made the trip. I committed…read more Because when it comes to Raising Cane's, I'm usually all in. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.

Raising Canes is a fast casual quick service restaurant serving chicken. This is their specialty. They have a small variety offering chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and the best crinkle cut fries. It's a simple menu but delivers!! We had not been there before so the wonderful guy at the register suggested we order the Box. He said it gives you the best variety. It came with chicken tenders, coleslaw, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast and their signature dip, the Canes Sauce. Their chicken tenders are crispy but not super bready. They were very good. It was a nice thick piece of chicken. The fries were very crispy and the Texas toast was delicious. Their signature sauce is their only sauce. It had a little kick of pepper to it but was a really good sauce for the tenders. It was creamy and really yummy. Overall this was a great place. We don't typically eat fast food much but I think we will be back for a quick meal. Everything was hot and delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly. This location has inside seating as well as a lot outside. They also have a drive thru as well. Really great food! Thank you Raising Canes, we will be back!

So going into to this I was looking forward to it. When arriving the first thing I noticed is the prime location on International Drive. Lots of hotels near by and foot traffic. The second thing I noticed was the drive thru. It's a large size drive thru, which gives me the sense that it will be busy during lunch or prime eating times. The restaurant is on the smaller side. Think the dining room can fit about 40 people. The menu itself is tight and is broken down to four categories: -Combos: The Box: 4 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, regular fountain drink-The Caniac: 6 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, 2 cane's sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, regular fountain drink-The 3 Finger: 3 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, Texas toast, regular fountain drink-The Sandwich: 3 chicken fingers, cane's sauce, lettuce, toasted bun, crinkle cut fries, regular fountain drink-The Kids: 2 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, kids size drink -Talegates: Chicken fingers that come in 25 pieces comes with 8 cane's sauce, 50 pieces comes with 16 cane's sauce , 75 pieces comes with 25 cane's sauce, 100 pieces comes with 33 cane's sauce; each would come with a jug of lemonade, unsweet tea, sweet tea -Drinks: Lemonade, fresh squeezed everyday; Unsweet Tea, fresh brewed daily; Sweet Tea, fresh brewed daily; Half tea & Half Lemonade; Fountain drinks My wife and I each got the box and a unsweet tea. The chicken itself is succulent, it has a nice crispy outside, the chicken fingers are larger than I expected. The crinkle fries were perfectly salted and hot. The coleslaw tasted good too, this coming from someone that isn't a coleslaw fan. The Cane's sauce is absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of it. All in all it was a fantastic experience. The staff were truly nice and informative about the menu. We definitely will be returning.
