I showed her a picture in one of their hair style books about how I wanted my hairstyle. It did not come out anything like what I showed her. The stylist cut way more off than I requested. The first time, I thought that I did not explain myself well enough. The second time, I explained clearly that I wanted my hair to look like the photo when I left. It was nothing like it. I won't be going back. I was used to salons that spent the better part of an hour with me. This is a good family salon...fast paced and reasonable, but not good if you want a designer style. I have no patience with hair stylists who refuse to listen to their customers.
