I have long hair that reaches to my lower back. I usually just get it trimmed a couple of times a year. I had haiku style It for me because I wanted to see what she could do. I found I was in excellent Hands as she styled my hair beautifully. When I want to have a different hair style than what I can do at home I will definitely use Hailey. She also textured my hair some to help it lay better. Hailey is usually booked out 6 weeks so keep that in mind. These are my new two favorite salon people!

Update - Consequent to this review, I received a very nice call offering another manicure for free and an explanation that some CND polishes tend to shrink during processing. This made sense to me and totally could be what happened. I did not have time before returning home to take them up on the offer but appreciated very much that they reached out.

If I do I'd bump the place to 5 because of the value. $15 for a cut is more than reasonable. I used to go to The Academy which is a Paul Mitchell training location. I think I spent at least another $5 per cut there and since they were trainees it could take quite a while for the cut to get done. If you want someone to be more engaging with you, pay the extra $20+.
