Yummy Biscoff and vanilla ice cream

Delicious!! Waffles are made fresh and ice cream is yummy. Thank you for bringing a bit of London to WA.

Let us in after close after downtown sounds... Delicious! They also gave us an extra scoop :)

During our day trip in Bellingham, we walked past this shop and were immediately drawn in by the giant waffle cone display outside, so we decided to give it a try. The cone was freshly made and smelled great, and we ordered a single scoop with two toppings. Visually, the dessert looked amazing and was definitely Instagram-worthy. However, the cheesecake bites on top tasted fairly bland and didn't really have much cheesecake flavor, while the cookies and cream ice cream itself was just average. Service was friendly and the overall atmosphere was fun, but in the end it felt more like a place you visit for the presentation rather than the taste--more of a one-time experience for us

Amazing delicious waffle ice cream with so many topping options ! You can smell them from down the street. Service and options were fantastic!

Great service and delicious ice cream. I had their waffle last time and it was great, not too sweet. This time I have got a coffee crunch milkshake and it was creamy and perfect.

Great atmosphere! Love the British vibes! AND THE ICE CREAM IS PEAK!!! Even with tons of traffic the ice cream master moves at top speeds!!! Love from London will receive Love from Americas best!

Such a cute store with such friendly and welcoming staff. Ellie and Selah were in the store when I came in and while they were packed almost out the door with customers they still made sure to greet and speak to everyone and offer assistance. The icecream was great and the customer service was fantastic and I'll definitely be coming back!

I am glad I finally tried this place! They have delicious ice cream, friendly service, and a fun theme! They even have British drinks and candies! The only thing I wish they had was other cone options, and not just the bubble cones. But this was delicious nonetheless!

Vegan chocolate waffle cone with vegan vanilla ice cream and Oreos.

What a hidden gem! Bubble waffles with plenty of flavor options and toppings. They even had vegan options! Everyone was so nice there and very welcoming. The waffle cones were to die for!

Got the custom bubble waffle with Oreos, Caramel, and Cookie Dough. It was BOMB

To kick off our experience we started with the fried pork sticky buns, and they did not last long. The crispy fried crust had a very unique texture, and contrasted wonderfully with the soft warm inside of sticky buns with BBQ pork filing. Next we dug into the Fried Combo, which included Egg Rolls, Potstickers and Crab Rangoon. The Egg Roll & Potstickers were unforgettable, but the Crab Rangoon was the real star of the show. Creamy crab filling wrapped in fried wonton paper, and some sweet chili sauce to dip in. Moving on to the entrees we shared the Beef & Shrimp Fried Noodle plate, and the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi. The fried noodles contained tender beef and succulent shrimp stir-fried with yellow noodles, Cabbage, Shredded Carrot, crisp bean sprouts, and garnished with fresh cilantro. The dish was very flavorful, with all the fresh veggies and spices tying together the noodles, shrimps and beef. Finally the banh mi. I will admit I have never tried a banh mi sandwich, but I am very glad this was my first one. All the vegetables on top provided an excellent crunch and the chicken was very tender with an amazing flavor. I also added picked jalapeño for an extra touch of heat. All in all this is a very great choice for anyone in the mood for some great Vietnamese cuisine. We will definitely be going into the restaurant next time to try something else!

They offer a nice selection of milk teas, smoothies and other tea/dessert flavored drinks. My go-to is their Milk Tea Ice Cream, Green Milk Tea and UFO (Coffee +Ice Cream). During phase 1 of quarantine, when their stores were closed, I was actually missing their Milk Tea Ice Cream because there is no other substitute quite like it. I love the distinct taste and delicious creamy texture. They also have great seasonal fresh fruit smoothies. Their pearls (topping) are average at best, but I enjoy the drink itself so much that I forgive them. So, now that Covid Phase 2 has begun, all their orders are done through their app. I normally order in advance (on my phone), wait for a call and then pick it up outside their store. I've done it several times now and it was always puntual and easy. It's definitely a bubble tea spot worth try! Tip: Preloading your card at $40 gives you a free drink. There's a kiosk right at the entrance for easy ordering, or during busy periods, the bobarista can take orders at the counter. There are two parking spots in the back of the building in the alley. Osmanthus Milk Tea, Half Sweet, 30% Ice w/ Boba ($7.45) - This milk tea is excellent. It's fragrant, flowery, and what seems to be a naturally great, almost fruity flavor. I complain a lot about how Westerner-catering shops add artificial, heavy fruity flavors into their milk teas - while this one is fruity, but it works so well in this drink. Everything is thickened and mellowed out a bit by the creamer. Delicious drink and good sweetness level for me (less sweet than the entrees served next door...). The boba served in the drink is a bit on the lumpier side rather than being smooth. It still has a very nice chewy quality, perhaps being a smidgen on the softer side vs. perfect. That might be because of the 30% ice - perhaps if I went with more ice, they would firm up just a tad more? Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 This place is pretty funny - there are signs up all over the place directing customers (and even employees!) on what they can and can't do. Two things I appreciate are 1) the cup is pretty and 2) the straw is not made of paper

I personally tried the cheese foam black tea with mochi and golden pearls which costed close to 10CAD. The cheese foam was slightly salty and pretty creamy, and the taste is much more pronounced when you dip the plain mochi into the drink. The mochi itself was slightly soft though a bit uneven in texture as some parts are chewy and some parts are already a little bit dry. I do like they nicely wrapped the mochi in a plastic bag to preserve the moisture, though I ended up trying it out immediately to get the maximum freshness. The tea itself is flavorful and not too sweet, which is what I intended because I opted for light sugar (30%). The golden pearls were pretty chewy and are the right preferred texture. While I liked the general quality of the drinks, like other reviews mentioned, the price of the drinks are a bit on the higher end but the quality did not really scale up compared to a good boba spot.

It's only now that I look back at the photo I took of the menu that I realize the word Greentea was in the name of the drink so...not so surprising anymore that our drink was green. I honestly didn't taste much Greentea in it though. Mostly I tasted KitKat and Brown Sugar. Didn't taste any kind of Cheesecake flavor in it. It wasn't a bad drink but I think I prefer the fruity drinks that we've had from this place in the past. I think I'd have also preferred this drink to be slightly less sweet than it was. We brought our drinks home and had them while watching a movie. There was a limit on how many of these drinks you could order. Basically, you could only order one. So if someone else in the family wanted a $2.99 Brown Sugar Milk Tea, they would have to have a separate Fantuan account and order from there. Otherwise, "Too Bad. So Sad!" I ordered mine with less ice and 50% sugar. When I came to the shop to pick up my drink, I also ordered an Avocado sandwich to bring home with the drink. My daughter had raved to me recently about this Avocado sandwich. Brought home the drink and sandwich, and shared them both with her. I knew from past experience that the Artisan sandwiches at Tealips were quite good. It had been quite a few years since the last time I had one of their sandwiches, and I don't think they had this Avocado sandwich at the time that I had last ordered one of their sandwiches. The Avocado sandwich was indeed, very good. It's made with Foccacia bread and comes with lettuce, cheese and tomato. The Foccacia bread was soft, and not toasted. Not sure if I'd ever tried plain, untoasted Foccacia bread before. I usually have it toasted. I found that it was still very enjoyable though, untoasted. This worked better for my daughter too as she was having a bit of a sore throat at the time, so the softer bread was better on her throat. The Brown Sugar Milk tea was soooo good! Havn't had a Brown Sugar Milk Tea in quite awhile and this one was really good. Also, it was still plenty sweet at 50% sweetness. Hard to imagine now that I used to order all my drinks at 100% sweetness. No wonder I used to gain weight back in the days when I first started drinking bubble teas and I had them at 100% sweetness!
