I purchased my wife 2 dozen roses for our anniversary as a surprise gift and they botched their delivery. First thing they did was call to let us know they were on their way, which, if I would have given MY phone number and not my daughter's phone number, they would have ruined my surprise (since they asked for my wife, instead of me). I have an account with Love Floral, but I checked out as a guest to cover my tracks so the surprise wasn't ruined. They claim they called and didn't get anyone but 2 minutes later they got ahold of my daughter and said they were on their way. The time stamp on her phone said 10:05 am and we are a half an hour away. The delivery was supposed to be around 11:00, but at 11:40 I had to sneak away to call and find out what has happened to my order. They said they should be there any minute. Meanwhile I had to put the rest of my anniversary plans on hold waiting for the flowers to show up. I called back after 12:00 and once again they tried to say nobody was home, but they just had the wrong address and they tried to cover their tracks. At this point I was quite upset. I couldn't hold my wife up any longer from the rest of our day. They said their delivery should be there as they were on the phone with the delivery person. I gave them clear directions and they still missed my house as I watched their vehicle drive the wrong way again at 12:30. I was done with their excuses. I tried, several times, to get them to show up, late or not, with my wife's roses. I gave them directions and attempted to guide them to my home over the phone, and they still just couldn't figure out how to turn right instead of left. They kept asking and pushing me to just cancel the order all together, so after so long I had to go with it. Horrible service and they still haven't refunded my money. You would figure, in the floral business, just how much 2 dozen long stemmed roses would mean on an anniversary, but they didn't seem to realize how important this expensive purchase was to us! You can't claim customer service is important if you don't try everything in your power to satisfy your customer instead of essentially telling your customer to just cancel! It's called a GPS and they should probably invest sometime! They will never get another purchase from me, Price Floral will now have me as their customer. Poop emojis all the way around. read more
