They have been extremely friendly and help me understand the vape kits before I made a purchase. The warranty on the first kit I got was from China, so I just threw it away. The next kit I tried worked great. after some trial and error, I found the replacement filter part that it came with and got it replaced. it works as it should but the vape juice can get a little too hot so I went back for a different brand and they had a smoke kit available. That kit is my new baby! I'm going back for more e-juice and hopefully grab a spare smoke kit too. hopefully, they aren't sold out of the smoke brand kit. Fingers crossed! they have always been courteous and helpful. This place over charged my credit card by about 53.00. I went back the next day and they refused to give me my money back. The owner gave me two "free" Bottles of vape juice then got mad that I still wanted my money back. This place is over priced and the owner is a scum bag in my opinion. I hope he goes back to prison and looses his business. From what I have heard from his dad, he is dishonest with his employees and the public. This place is ungodly expensive and strait out sketchy AF one visit here was one to many for me. All I'm going to say is it's probably alot safer if you just take a monthly trip to utah county and stock up on your vape needs there. read more
