They agreed to honour the order (so I thought) but she said again quite loudly in front of the whole shop that the offer was Mon-thurs. I do admit when I'm wrong but this really annoyed me so I got out my phone and found the Twitter page with the offer on and pointed it out to her that it did NOT say Mon-Thurs anywhere on the advert! She scrutinized it carefully and just shrugged her shoulders. Excellent customer service lady..NOT!! When we got home, we found that they hadn't honoured the whole offer as there were no poppadoms provided. To travel all that way and be treated so badly is very poor service. we won't be returning or recommending to others. The prices are acceptable and the service, to be fair, was great. But my food had no real flavour and it didn't have that lightness that you get with something that tastes truly fresh. On a hot summer's day when you've been exercising, you want something that you can sink your teeth into, but still isn't too stodgy... I just didn't get that.
