They have a list of sauces you can choose from for your lettuce and steak. I opted for the 12 oz ribeye off the bone - (£20.95) with bearnaise sauce that came on the side and blue cheese for my lettuce dressing. I ordered my steak medium and although it came more like medium rare, it was still really delicious, tender, and juicy! I also had a try of their lobster mac and cheese (£4.95) that came as a small side extra. SO GOOD! It was my first time trying lobster mac and cheese though it has been on my foodie hit-list for a while so I don't have anything to compare it too, but it was really tasty here at Miller & Carter. They definitely didn't skimp on the lobster either as you got to have a good lobster chunk with every bite! Their sauce was also really good and there was plenty of it so I ended up dipping my fries into it - perfect! --- I highly recommend Miller & Carter to everyone. Yes, the prices are a bit steep (We ended up paying a little over £60 for 2 people) but for a special occasion it's definitely worth it.
