I will say I did feel relief the next day in my shoulders and neck so he must have done something right. I definitely would not pay their posted prices but the groupon price was reasonable. I was not forced to leave a tip like others stated I think they have new management. I wouldn't mind returning for a foot reflexology but unless I'm on a tight budget I probably wouldn't return for a full body massage.

But, more importantly she feels the muscle tightness, often before I can even tell her! (My speak was not effected by my stroke!) My biggest motivator for Jan's weekly massage (4.5 years, so far) is to relax my tight muscles; but, also to bring more blood & oxygen to my weaker muscles - assisting their strengthening. So, I weekly see my physical therapist to strengthen muscles & to relax spastic areas. Then, I see Jan a few days later to re-align & relax muscles - yet also invigorate! It's been a long process, but my function continues to improve....which ultimately decreases muscle pain. Decreasing pain is a Great Motivator! While some other reviews have complained that massage is too deep or hard, I have always found that the masseuse checks in with me and adjusts the pressure to suit. $60 for a high quality hour massage seems like a real bargain. The place is not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable.
