Based on that conversation, I felt confident enough to move forward and travel for treatment. When I arrived at the clinic, I was initially treated very well--everyone was welcoming and friendly, which I appreciated. However, when it came time to go over pricing, I was quoted a completely different amount than what I had been told over the phone. When Noemi checked with Ernesto about the discrepancy, her attitude toward me became rude and dismissive. I even asked to speak with someone else because of how uncomfortable the interaction became. Despite this, I still went ahead and paid for the service. Later, I called Ernesto directly to clarify the situation, hoping for a professional and respectful conversation. Unfortunately, that was not the case. He went on a rant, did not allow me to explain my concerns, and made an inappropriate comment saying, "just because we are Mexican." I immediately told him that I am married to a Mexican and that this was not relevant to my concern. Instead of listening, he continued speaking rudely to me for about 15 minutes. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, specifically from Ernesto and Noemi. It's incredibly frustrating to travel from another country expecting quality care--especially based on positive reviews--only to be treated this way. I had one tooth in the front that was sensitive and the crown came off 3 times in the states. 3 dentists in the states glued the crown on but it would come off again a short time later. She did a little driving and attached another crown. 1 year later and my crown is still intact. 1 visit to Mexico vs 6 visits in the states to fix a crown. You be the judge. I like one visit.

It started with the hardest working scheduler, Ally who was answering my email inquiry at 9 o'clock at night! I sent emails to multiple groups and she responded right away. The other groups didn't respond for at least a day and one group other took until the following week! Things continued with Abby at the front desk, very welcoming and thankfully bilingual (m Spanish isn't great). Then I met Rigoberto, who took photos of my teeth and gums and started my cleaning and X-rays along with Nathalie. I then met the head of the practice, DDS Jorge Jimenez who examined me and listened to my concerns and questions and then made recommendations for treatment. I knew I needed my bridge in front replaced, and other teeth looked at. They provided me with treatment options from the least amount of work needed to full restoration, in about 7 tiers of work. I knew I didn't want nor could I afford implants to replace the missing front teeth and some molars but I didn't want to have miss matches either. The work we settled on replaced the old bridge, saved two teeth my Illinois dentist had told me I would lose and crowned the upper teeth using 3 bridges and individual zirconia crowns on each lower tooth. I am super happy with the results! Also DDS Rubi Aguirre did a full laser gum treatment that took care of some additional issues that I had. I know I have probably missed some other people that helped, along with the great folks in the lab that built my new bridges and crowns in one night! Two days to a new smile!

The lab is horrible, they lack current modern technology that most offices have. I have had other dental work and they scan your teeth digitally and can create perfect fitting teeth to match the teeth being crowned. They charge you up front before my second appointment, so they kind of have you held hostage with little options other than to wait it out. Circle Dental doesn't have modern technology, they take a mold and send it to the lab and the lab tech does shit work! The two day job took 4 days because the teeth didn't fit and were horrible! The lab tech is a vital part of the office and he lacks training and ability. It took three times and the dentist still had to modify them pretty significantly to get my bite correct. I asked for a discount since I incurred additional expenses staying two extra days (hotel and food), but supposedly the owner is the only one who can issue refund and he was absent, so they put a note in my file for a discount on future work...... We shall see... I don't think I would go back since they don't invest is current technology.

My husband, an engineer- and quite methodic about picking a anything medical- decided this office was the winner. We made an appt., only to have to move it up due to an emergency cracked tooth. They fit us in the next day, and we had nothing but A1 experiences since. The office staff was welcoming and thorough. The Dental staff, technicians, and Dr. A. Camacho (Founding Dr.'s daughter, now a dentist also) treated my husband. She was quite thourough in explaining ALL options. And pricing was broken out for each procedure. They did not push the most expensive, but did stress saving the tooth is always the best. We chose to do an implant; as my husband has had alot of crowns gone bad recently (from Dentists in the states) So we chose the implant route. They focused on the pain levels, the lack of infection, and the follow up so this is a healthy and successful implant. While i was waiting in the lobby during the procedures, I had opportunity to meet other longtime patients of Dr. C. 2 Different couples have been coming here for 20-30 years for their work. They currently only accept cash or check. The office is literally across the street from the border. So once you park on the US side, it is 5 minutes to walk to the office. You simply cross the street to leave through the border control. Clean, Safe, Enjoyable, close to many pharmacy options. They speak English quite well, so no worries about not understanding what is going on. And they print out all steps in your dental plan with pricing. HIGHLY recommend.
