My friends had a great experience here and recommended it to me. The dentist Enrique was great, but overall my experience sucked! The lab is horrible, they lack current modern technology that most offices have. I have had other dental work and they scan your teeth digitally and can create perfect fitting teeth to match the teeth being crowned. They charge you up front before my second appointment, so they kind of have you held hostage with little options other than to wait it out. Circle Dental doesn't have modern technology, they take a mold and send it to the lab and the lab tech does shit work! The two day job took 4 days because the teeth didn't fit and were horrible! The lab tech is a vital part of the office and he lacks training and ability. It took three times and the dentist still had to modify them pretty significantly to get my bite correct. I asked for a discount since I incurred additional expenses staying two extra days (hotel and food), but supposedly the owner is the only one who can issue refund and he was absent, so they put a note in my file for a discount on future work...... We shall see... I don't think I would go back since they don't invest is current technology. read more

Ok, my teeth are not okay and Dr Jorge has ignored my pleas. Now they have a sign up that says 16 year Warranty!! Don't believe it. Dr. George and his teenage dentists have really screwed up my teeth. I have TMJ now. I wake up in pain every morning. Please, please please avoid this place at all costs. A few weeks ago, I ran into one of his employees, his name is Joe, and he said he would take care of me, and talked to Dr. Jorge. Now he's ghosted me. I can't believe that score for this dental office is so low! The people in the group were first rate for me and I couldn't be happier! It started with the hardest working scheduler, Ally who was answering my email inquiry at 9 o'clock at night! I sent emails to multiple groups and she responded right away. The other groups didn't respond for at least a day and one group other took until the following week! Things continued with Abby at the front desk, very welcoming and thankfully bilingual (m Spanish isn't great). Then I met Rigoberto, who took photos of my teeth and gums and started my cleaning and X-rays along with Nathalie. I then met the head of the practice, DDS Jorge Jimenez who examined me and listened to my concerns and questions and then made recommendations for treatment. I knew I needed my bridge in front replaced, and other teeth looked at. They provided me with treatment options from the least amount of work needed to full restoration, in about 7 tiers of work. I knew I didn't want nor could I afford implants to replace the missing front teeth and some molars but I didn't want to have miss matches either. The work we settled on replaced the old bridge, saved two teeth my Illinois dentist had told me I would lose and crowned the upper teeth using 3 bridges and individual zirconia crowns on each lower tooth. I am super happy with the results! Also DDS Rubi Aguirre did a full laser gum treatment that took care of some additional issues that I had. I know I have probably missed some other people that helped, along with the great folks in the lab that built my new bridges and crowns in one night! Two days to a new smile! read more

I've been here twice, a couple years apart. I haven't have any problems from the work the first time, so came back for an implant. The cost in the US is $6K for one which is cost prohibitive for me vs. $2,000 in MX ((including extraction, post, bone graft and crown) plus travel, hotel and food as the crown takes staying overnight 2 nights. The negative reviews regarding the quality of the work scares me but so far all is fine. I haven't gotten the crown on the implant as yet as you have to wait 4 months inbetween but so far, the post is fine. However, during healing, the suture came loose and the only solution was to return there, which is not really doable or convenient at all. Additionally, you get moved from one room/person to another for different things to be done. They don't tell you much about what is going on, and they are speaking Spanish among themselves while the work is being done, or while you are in the chair waiting. All you can do is hope they know what they are doing. HERE'S the PROBLEM. You have to pay upfront and they do not provide an itemization of the charge. I suggest you demand a receipt at the time you pay, especially if you use any cash! I paid with a little cash and the rest on a card (which they charge a 4% fee on). They said I paid $100 in cash when I actually paid $200. Joe at the desk called me a couple days after my appt and said I owed $50 more due to a miscalculation on his part. I reviewed it with him pointing out that I didn't think that was correct. He said he'd look at it and call me back. He never called me back and I made several attempts to reach him. Turns out he overcharged me $50. One time when I called him to follow up, he said he had other patients to take care of. His attitude and lack of follow through is rude and non-professional and a total turn-off for this business. I finally got someone else on the phone and told them my problem and was referred to Diana, patient coordinator. I emailed her several times but her responses were not helpful. I asked to speak to someone else or the doctor but that did not happen, and the issue has still not been resolved. I gave a 3-star rating only. I wouldn't recommend this dental officer to anyone. They stitched the inside of mouth to my gum and drilled into my tongue which has been swollen and infected for the last nine days. I went there thinking it would cost around $2800 and left there after all the up selling pressure paying $3800 and I then was told I had to pay another 4% because I didn't pay in cash. The people who worked on me were in training. I asked for copies of they're certificates of training and got no reply. I felt like I was on production line which made me feel very uncomfortable. It is very important to me to write this review, for multiple reasons. I sincerely feel that this dentistry office changed my life and certainly not for the good. After trying for months and months to work with them and get something done about the horrific state they left my mouth in, I have given up. I'll highlight just the important facts. After spending over $5,000 on two bridges, both failed. I had 3 serious infections on the left side, came back and was charged AGAIN to remove it and was given a partial that has never worked. I was told after the fact, by multiple dentist - this is not even a partial, it's a placeholder. So, I was left with gaping holes both sides of my mouth.  I contacted them again and again about the bridge being loose, but was continually told it wasn't.  Then the right bridge failed shortly after. After incredible pain that I never, ever want to experience again, I then lost those teeth.  I wish I had never gone there. My mouth hurt all the time, i lost a total of 5 teeth due to shoddy failed workmanship and subpar materials. I experienced two failed bridges and have paid them over $7000.  I was told and saw in writing, that their work was 100% under warranty. Here is the problem with that. I went back, all the way to Mexico, paid for travel, lodging and other expenses, several times, with the severe infection underneath. I was told it was not their fault and there was Not a lack of Seal. The bridge was loose since I had it done, what a joke. I was in Ohio  taking care of my mom till she died. I went to the dentist  there because I was in so much pain and they said the bridge was not at all sealed and loose and gave me antibiotics to get through till I could get back to Circle Dental.  I let them know about that with each thing that happened, yet when I did get there, they refused to cover it. I have countless emails, both from my self and my husband begging them to honor their warranty and give me assistance . I have records of multiple calls. Nothing. Not a single reply. At one point, Ale, an employee stated that this was horrible and she would expedite my case. NOTHING was ever done and I never received even a reply from these losers. Additionally, both of their billing statements from 2020 and 2022 indicate charges for bone grafts; one each visit.  However, my dentist here performed additional x-rays and physical exams to determine if implants could be used as anchors for new bridges (bottom) to be installed. Unfortunately, he could find nowhere where bone grafts had been made. Because of this, I cannot receive implants, as there's not enough bone to support them, thanks to their dental work. Basically, it looks like they lied in order to charge me for treatment not provided. I now will to have to get a removable partial and have to deal with that for the rest of my life. Lying about what treatment is performed on a patient and billing for treatment not performed is absolutely appalling. I have since spent over 4,000 with a new dentist who is compassionately trying his best to remedy the effects from Circle Dentistry. They recommended I have 12 teeth worked on and crowned. To date I cant chew on the left side due to pain. The crowns that needed adjusting on left side were ground/adjusted in my mouth rather than sent to the lab for proper resurfacing so several teeth are rough and feel like sandpaper rather than the smooth porcelain a tooth should have. This sandpaper surface rubs on my inside cheek causing irritation and due to poorly shaped crown they often bite my cheek. The poor installation has also changed my bite. I've been searching for a reputable Dental Office in my hometown in Mexicali for the past month or so. I recently had a friend who is a Dental student told me that I needed a couple of fillings and a cleaning, thats when I started my research. I've visited Los Algodones before but I never consider to look for a Dentist there because I though the prices were going to be extremely high. So after a friend told me about Circle Dental and his main Dr. Jorge Jimenez I decided to set up an appointment. I talk to some of the patients in the lobby and they all were visiting from up north, Canada, Florida, Washington State, it was unbelievable, and they seem extremely happy with their dental treatment. Today I got there early and had a full assesment and check up. The diagnosis specialist Rigo, told me that indeed I needed some fillings and cleaning. I got the cleaning done and I was terrified because I haven't been to a Dentists since I was 8 years old (I'm 32 ) and it was the best cleaning ever. Rigo was so gentle, so nice and gave me a pill to relax because I was so anxious. That alone gained my full trust in their Dental and overall services. We set up an appointment for May since I work a lot and my schedule is very tight. Don't go here! After spending 4k to get 7 crowns, I went back to get veneers. I was told I couldn't get veneers and need 24 new crowns to fix my bite. Then gave them another 4k by check. They drilled all my teeth down and said I owed another 5k. Said they only take 1 check per procedure and I had to pay cash or card. They ran my debit card and despite confirmation from US bank money was in account it didn't go through on their machine. So I am in a foreign country without teeth and unable to be understood with a swollen face. Begged them to take my check. Told it was against their policy. So do you want to do business with a company that will take out your teeth and leave you unable to communicate in a foreign country?? By the way come to find out debit card didn't work because they never asked for my PIN number!!!!!!!! Also cell phone is spotty in their office. Hard to contact bank and confirm funds for them. And although staff speaks fluent English they only speak Spanish to each other while you are in the chair for hours on end. Very rude. When you ask to speak to the dentist he is either with another patient or unavailable. Alright here goes my first review. Let me start by saying this, I was extremely hesitant regarding getting my teeth done...in Mexico!! I had read all of the blogs regarding traveling to various countries to get dental work done, needless to say, I listened to biased reviews or dentist advising against it and spent close to 15k in Texas to fix my teeth. I started with braces which straightened my teeth but did not for the color, size, and of course my gums. Next, I opted for veneers from my local dentist. If I could curse in my review of them I would however I will refrain from vulgarity and just say I was not satisfied from the moment I left the chair. I'll attach the picture so you can get an idea of what my teeth looked like...after my first set of veneers. Now, during this entire ordeal which lasted for about 3 years, I had been speaking with a young lady name Ale from Circle Dental. She never pushed nor forced me to go with her company. She allowed me to ask question after question even if it was a repeat. After 3 years and two failed smile restoration (didn't have bad teeth) I decided on Circle Dental. Now, I'll be honest. I had cold feet every day. I researched everyone from Sani to Supreme and even reached out. I figured hey if I get there and I don't like the vibe then I'll switch. I even texted Mrs. Ale multiple times in the middle of the night with questions that just popped up on the spot. All of which she answered on more than one occasion. She was never annoyed or acted as such and even encouraged me to do my research. Hell, she even filmed several videos regarding the area, smile restorations, and instructions just to put my mind at ease. She helped me with the entire process from hotel stay to food she even helped with flights. Upon arrival to Los Algodones, I couldn't help but notice everywhere I looked was a dental office. That said, most of which I wouldn't trust my worst enemy's teeth with. Circle Dental picked me up from the border, on a Sunday, dropped me off at the hotel, and made sure I was good the entire duration. FYI don't worry about language, safety, or transportation. Everyone speaks English and about 95% of the people you will meet are from the U.S - and 95% may be low-balling. The office was clean, let me stop. The office was immaculate. They have the prices listed on the wall and of course complimentary WIFI. Everyone present was amazing, spoke English, and work to take care of you. No matter if you're getting a complimentary tooth cleaning or your entire mouth done. Experience and Service: My doctor was the younger cosmetic dentist named Adolfo. I hated him. I AM KIDDING. Homie was extremely nice and patient. Let me reiterate that last part PATIENT. I am big on customer service above all and he had it in spades. He was incredible. EVERYONE was. And he is a perfectionist who took his time and made sure it was to my liking. My mouth hurt like hell and even then, he was there every step of the way. The experience was amazing, and the best part was they worked with me on the price. I had my doubts especially after getting advice from the locals who suggested other places but after seeing my teeth, I think those same people who like me were on the fence chose Circle Dental as well. Lastly, when I got back to the states (TEXAS) I immediately went to the dentist and not just to brag. I wanted to get a second opinion. They not only loved my smile but took the name and number as a "referral" for those seeking cosmetic dentistry but can't afford 20k. Several hygienists took pictures of my teeth as if to say they did the work, and several patients took down the number for Circle Dental. I am a Child Psychologist so I make ok money. That said, I am still hesitant when it comes to price and service. I came here for implants. The professionalism and quality of work is impressive. After getting the initial implant work done I returned 4 months later for the crowns to be put in and decided to have my ugly bottom teeth replaced with crowns. I'm very happy with the results! The price is amazing when considering the quality of work. The price is less than 1/4 of US prices. Also their English is perfect so it's just like being at home. The most amazing experience ever, Ali made sure we had a place to stay. This was our first time VERY NERVOUS, around going to another country to get dental work done, we were quoted 22,000$ to get my hubby's dental work done in LA, so we ended up finding circle dental Ernesto was so helpful making our appointments and helping us with any questions, then when we got there, Ale found a Airbnb for us to stay. It was wonderful our car was in a garage and we even packed up our puppies and carried them every where, Ale basically took us by the hand and anything we needed she was on top of it, my hubby had a root canal a extraction and 11 crowns, Dr. Karem was his dentist she's not only beautiful but very knowledgeable and VERY gentle, I had a bridge done a cleaning and a whitening kit. The pictures you see is of an impression I made of my incisors already prepared. . The model made by circle dental is how they ground down my incisors twice. As you can see in photo the back of incisors the crowns don't rest on margins. I have sensitivity and roots are exposed. Denise broke my three part crown and no solution from dental. I took my mother to Dr Jimenez when her 3 unit bridge broke. She was not ready for a partial. Cost paying cash at my dentist for implants was 26k. Mom did not want a new car in her mouth at 78. I began researching Algondes dentists. I reached out to several and Circle was the most professional and provided a cost to replace the bridge extracting the teeth and replace with a five unit bridge using 4 implants. Non bone graphing was necessary and price included the flipper. I happened to be passing through the area on a separate trip. Parked and crossed the border and quickly located Circle Dental. I walked in off the street and asked if I could see an examination room. Without hesitation I was escorted to view several examination rooms and the sterilization room. They were immaculate. They office is much larger than what you see from the lobby. It was from the impromptu visit that I decided that was where mom was going. Dr Jiminez and his staff were courteous, spoke good English and some EEs are Americans from Yuma. The work was done well and with care. The final fitting was done. We stayed overnight in Yuma to be sure no adjustments were needed. None were so we went shopping and headed home. The implant bridge has not given her any trouble and it looks wonderful. She had no pain from. Extractions to fitting. We highly recommend Circle Dental and will plan to use again when dental care needed. 3yrs ago I had $4000+ of dental work done at circle dental in Algodones Mexico. To date that work has resulted in 3 failed crowns and two abscess teeth from improperly done root canals or just plain sub standard workmanship. The year after the work was done I returned with two crowns in hand along with one abscess molar to follow up on Circle Dental's "Guarantee". This is what I found the "guarentee" consisted of... #1 a replacement crown at their cost which was a few dollars less than the original. #2 a small discount on the dental work root canal ect... basicly redoing the sub standard work originally done. #3 Full price if they have to do what they should of done origanally to fix it right. I now go elsewhere after having to pay twice for the same tooth and I am now paying a third time on one tooth to have another dentist fix it right. This is a REAL nightmare story that we all hope would never happen when having dental work done in Mexico. We communicated with Alie and felt pretty secure. My wife and I had decided trust Circle Dentistry with pulling all our our teeth and preparing us for snap in dentures. They said it would be two visits to their office and done. So we had our first visit, waited the four months for the implants to take, made our hotel accommodations and rental car and proceeded to go back for our second and final appointment to have our abutments installed. they called my wife in first. The procedure went fine. She was SUPER HAPPY! Next they called me in .. and two of my implants failed. So a doctor whom I had never seen before had to re drill and install new implants. I left the office with blood splatter on my shirt and needing to come back in four months. After, .. I researched the statistics and 5% of all dental implants fail. We waited the four additional months, but in this time period, two of my wife's implants backed themselves out, and one of my implants broke, and another was stripped.(I couldn't get it to go in or out). We made accommodations and went back for the fourth time. Prior, I had told Ale in a email that we didn't want anyone working on us but Dr Jimenez. She agreed. So, we accommodations for the fourth trip to Circle Dental. Dr Jimenez was not at the office. My wife was called first. A scared , unqualified worker who kept repeating.. "THIS IS STRESSFUL... this is stressful! ... drilled my wife's gums, installs the new implant and over tightened it and stripped it. So now, she has NO implants that function. I go in next and the amateur Denist working on me ask me.... what are we doing to you? I informed him I have one implant that is holding and one that's broke and one that' stripped. He worked for about an hour and said "your all done" That night, when I took my teeth out to clean, one of my two abutments came out in my teeth. So, my wife and I have one implant holding a quadrant of teeth in .( thank heaven for Polident) not to mention... the seven year warranty..... we paid Circle Dental every visit For their mistakes!! Nothing is warranted unless you have the junk part they put in you. after all this, Ale says she talked to the doctor and he said he will work on us exclusively and he will use UPGRADED parts this time. This would be our fifth trip getting a hotel in Yuma, flying there from California, renting a car. We are number one.... SCARED!! And two,... we are running out of room in our mouths for implants. Not only stay away but RUN in the other way. Pure torture. Unprofessional and a real rough brute. Injured my mouth. Prescribed an antibiotic that injured my bone marrow for life. Ill fitting crowns and implants that broke after a few years. Food gets caught between gums and crown causing discomfort and gengivitis no matter how much you floss and brush. 9/26/19. I had 4 lower incisors to be crowned . The Margins already prepped. Dr. Denise ground teeth down further.Then did an Alginate impression which got too hard and she had to use great force to remove. My 3 part bridge became loose.. I brought this to her attention and nothing .Dr Jimenez never checked her work. Teeth were placed on crooked and not on margins. Went back 12/17/21. Had appointment 10:am. A man came in red faced and coughing profusely and they put him ahead of me. One hour in waiting room and then taken to dentist chair and waited over 5 hours . Dr. Jimenez came in and removed Dr. Denise's work and Ground teeth further which became extremely sensitive. Still no mention of damaged bridge which has 2 broken screws which are not available . Had a crown which was loose and needed to be re glued. He ground down molar and put a crown on crooked. I asked to be compensated . He said come back down and we will fix it . two times messed up . he said if I involve a dentist here in Idaho and have him provide xrays and written reports at an additional expense to me .[subterfuge] He might give me some money back . Circle Dental has cost me over 3,500.00 in damage he has done. While iI was there the second time Dr. Denice and her assistant came in from the room of the sick guy and put her hands in my mouth. said Dr. wanted her to check fit. probably pay back for bringing light to her shoddy work. Made me very sick . When they were grinding teeth water and grindings were not being suck up properly some were being swallowed and some getting on my shirt. I got an serious infection in my intestines and had to get MRI. & CAT scan. It had infected my appendix . Thankfully heavy antibiotics settled infection. These people are not honest . Very sloppy and uncaring. I sent him pictures of crown on crooked and busted bridge screws. I refuse to pay Dr's here to do same. I recently went to this dentist after a recommendation from my wife's coworkers to get a 20 yr old veneer fixed after recently experiencing such sensitivity, pain and tenderness. After first speaking with Ernesto who very extremely helpful and taking the time needed to hear my issue and letting me know most likely what the solution would be, he was spot on! At my appointment the team was very warm friendly and receptive to begin my treatment which was a root canal with laser therapy for better healing, then the next day a new crown so my front tooth would be fully functional again. Dra Maria and Dr Jorge took excellent care of me in making sure I was comfortable enough and to relax even tho I was extremely nervous as tense. I was definitely numb enough and should've brought ear plugs with me lol! Their wasn't a ton of upselling either thankfully and the price I was quoted over the phone remained the same as well w the exception of the laser therapy but compared to the U.S. costs, Circle Dental fixed me up well didn't break the bank! Been going here for the past 10 years. Had implants and crowns. My wife had much more done. Their work is very good.

Total horror story. I went to Mexico without any pain in my teeth. Reason I went was one crown and 3 fillings, just wanted to save some money. I came back with permanent pain in all 4 teeth. One of the fillings cracked while I was in the chair (I heard it and told them but they brushed it off), and when I went to my dentist back home she said a whole piece of the tooth had cracked off, which I can see in the x-rays. So now I have to have all 4 teeth redone, including an an extra crown on the one filling that broke so now a simple filling won't hold up anymore. Went to save money, turns out I'll have to spend double my original bill from American dentist. read more

Warning this dentist is dangerous! I had teeth removed, bottom dentures that was never made but paid for and teeth implants placed in by Dr. Jorge "THE OWNER", who put me in life altering and threatening danger. 2yrs after being treated by him, I'm still undergoing major medical treatment IN AMERICA correcting his work. Due to this doctor's inexperience, bad planning, and incomplete assessment of my bone condition, I'm suffering greatly. He drilled into my sinus, by doing so I contracted a life altering infection that traveled to my eye socket. This infection caused my vision to be GREATLY reduced with threats of blindness that can be permanent. I also learned his drilling caused severe damage to nerves and tissue. I suffer with extreme migraines and constant persistent pains around & behind my eyes. I paid for the 6 in one implants that broke and came out within the same WEEK of getting them. I returned several times complaining of pain and how poorly the implants were made. I was told that I have to pay more money to have them corrected or nothing else could be done. This doctor not only disabled me, being a single mom he disabled my my kid from having a quality of life. We now have to depend on others to help us when we didn't need help before. This dentist caused so much heartache, time and waisted money. My deepest regret in life was putting trust that Circle Dentist Group would provide top grade work and stand behind their word of guaranteed satisfaction. I received the total opposite instead. On September of 2019 Went to Circle Dental for crowns to be place on pepaired margins lower incisors. Dr. Denise ground down margins and took impressions top and bottom. She left impressiopn material on to long. had a hard time taking off impression tray and broke my three part bridge. One stripped abutment and broken screws . Next day went back for crown. She put on 4 crowns and Dr. Jimenez never checked her work. Upon arriving home I went to have my bridge tighten down and found out about damage and only one screw was holding. Crowns Dr. Denice put on were slanted and overlapped my margins.. I contacted Circle Dental and explained and sent them a statement from a Dentist. they said to return. In December, 2019 I made an appointment for 10.00:am they guaranteed me this time. When I got there ,I sat in waithng room for one hour,then taken to dental chair At 4:45pm. Dr. Jimenez came in and ground lower incisors again and took impressions. I had a loose crown on my molar and it needed to be reglued on. Instead Dr. Jimenez ground on it and charged me 300.00 more. I mentioned my loose bridge and he said nothing. Instead of putting temporary teeth on prepped incisors assistant put on a foul smelling glob of some kind of putty mixture . It was acrid and I asked what it was and he said it was something like fingernail polish mixed in. delayed another day . Next day came in to Circle and sat down in waiting room. A very sick man came in with a rag over his mouth extrem coughing spell. they took him to a room.. later they took me to a room next to sick man I sat there for a long time .Dr. came in and showed me a model of teeth and said one crown was wrong and come back in an hour. sat in chair again for a long time while they were working on sick man. Later Dr.Denice came in with an assistant and said Dr. said to see if crown fits on prepped teeth . both her and assistant put their fingers in my mouth . They were attending sick man and probably stuck ther fingers in my mouth on purpose because her work had to be redone, possible retaliation. When I returned home lower incisors were sensitive to hot and cold. crown was on crooked. My bridge can no longer be repaired . Sustain UMA 4mm abutments can no longer be obtained and uma Ti. 050 hex screw are obsolete and this bridge cost me $3500.00 and Dr Jimenez said nothing . When I asked for a refund that would only cover 1/2 of my bridge. Dr. Jimenez said I have to go to a dentist get a statement, xrays and his experts would consider a partial refund. I sent him a picture of crown with cuspid maligned. He never made an attempt to correct my loose bridge 2 times I was there. When I got home I became very sick, my appendix became infected. had to have a cat scan and colonoscopy.I was given cyprofloxacn and metronidazole . Now I still have Issues. This clinic offers a lot of lies and roadblocks to discourage a person. I suggest a person read remarks about Circle on Yelp and all other dental tourism sites. read more

I was referred to Dr. Jorge Himenez as to the best doctor in Algodones, in addition to the billboards all along the road there. I made an appointment with him for implants in January, and he did a good job placing practically 4 implants within 45 minutes. It was painful, and I was very appreciative of the ladies assisting who took a good care of me. We agreed for me to come back after healing. When I called in May to make a reservation to see Dr. Himenez, Ernesto assured that all was fine. When I arrived it appeared that Dr. Himenez was not there, and as they told me he went to the Moscow Olympic games. It was very sad, but I took time off from work, then had to find a companion to come with me. I could not turn around and go home as I would not be able to get back the work hours I gave away, and then finding another companion would be hard, and I would not drive alone. They assured me that Dr. Basua was a good doctor, and would be able to do exactly the job that Dr. Himenez would do. To make the story short, after a week of work in my mouth, and spending money on the hotel and meals for both, it appeared that Dr. Basua produced something that was not designated for any human mouth. I would like to post a photo here, but do not see an option here for that. I am planning now to write a letter to the Department of Health. AVOID CIRCLE DENTAL!!!!!! This visit was a total nightmare. I came to get a couple crowns and a bridge put on. The bridge wasn't made properly so it didn't fit right after putting it on. After leaving the office I noticed the teeth were loose and moved when I ate or if my tongue rubbed up against them. Food also went inside the teeth when I ate. I had over 24 hours before my flight left so I went back to the office and told them something was wrong and asked them to fix the teeth. The doctor tried to tell me that the teeth weren't loose and that my gums just needed to heal. They sent me home making me feel as if I must be crazy for thinking these teeth are loose. So now I'm a 3 day drive away and my bridge came off and is being held together with a cement kit. I asked them to buy me a plane ticket to compensate me for the inconvenience of it all but they just keep blowing me off saying "our hands are tied". Don't come to this clinic. read more

Went to Circle Dental for past 4 years with good work and experience at that time. This last year, however, I really noticed a difference. Very rushed, sometimes rude, and matter of fact and not at all caring you just spent 5 hours in the chair. I mentioned twice my concern for gums bleeding from the original crowns. They blew me off both times saying I flossed too hard. I went to another group to get help with this problem to find I had a severe gum and jaw infection and was in jeopardy of losing my tooth. The first crowns Circle Group did were not securely sealed to my gums so food trapped there caused the infection and jaw lose. After major gum surgery, and removal of previous bad crowns and root canal, I will not get final crowns for 2 months until infection is healed. Circle Dental is only interested in being a crown and implant assembly line. I need a dentist interested in my dental care, not a money machine. Do not recommend. read more

We thought we'd have work done by clinic owner Jorge Jimenez, DDS, but ended up being treated by another dentist. I have NOT been impressed with the work I had done at Circle Dental in December 2015. I've had to have 2 crowns REMOVED because they weren't fitting properly (too large), the root canals failed (these they did NOT do but I wonder if the work they did made the root canals leak), and I had a massive CYST in my gums which nearly ate through the bone in my jaw. The 3rd crown Circle Dental did is HUGE and has never felt comfortable when chewing on it. It will need to be filed down by my local dentist. And my gums have been swollen and infected ever since having dental work done at Circle Dentist. I would never recommend anyone travel to Mexico for dental work because it's costing me more in the long run. I have requested a full refund from them! read more

The pressure to get more services was like a used car sales lot. They gave me a price for 11 crowns, then only put in 10, but charged me the same. The root canal was literally torture. Although I repeatedly told them my bite was wrong on one if the crowns, they did not fix it correctly. Now I can wait to acrue enough money to see another dentist. I truly wish I had gone elsewhere. The absolute worst that Algodones has to offer! No discounts long wait and horrible staff. With every other office soliciting business and inviting you in you would hope the place you traveled here for would treat you decent. The left me in a temp bridge that was HORRIBLE!! I had this uncomfortable temp bridge that didn't even resemble my teeth for over 24 hours. It looks worst then my teeth did prior to my appointment. I don't even want to rate them 1 star!!
