Worse store ever!! Everything is extremely overpriced and expired. The owner don't do anything but just keep raising the prices

Extremely expensive atleast three times normal prices food and cleanliness are not an issue

Had a issue a few days ago where they said my card was declined but my account was charged anyway , management refused to help or accept responsibility and denied the charge . Had to post reviews to get any response at all then they were very rude and claimed they didn't charge anything at all. However the following morning I get two updates w the returned funds . Now two days after I wake up to a declined charge from Lou's after their open hours and when I reached out to manager again they instantly denied any wrong doing or faults with their system . Great little Grocery store, clean & well stocked! Had everything I needed. Has a gas station with one of the best gas prices I've seen!!

This store is a hidden gem. It may not look like anything special but when you are in a pinch and need something they are better than driving 5+miles to the nearest grocery store. It's like a convenient store and small hometown grocery store combined. It's very clean inside and the staff are very friendly. read more

LOU's is LOU's ... it is in the hood.. you may not think there is a hood near league city but there is lol ... and it is bacliff.. but for those of us that live in the hood LOU's is our store ... it is more of a giant giant convenience store I guess .. it has lots of stuff but not a huge selection .. lot of brands are el cheapo brands .. I would probably not buy the produce ... stick to cans and sealed containers lol.. they beer and 3 year old ice cream and the store is kinda run down... ok more than Kinda lol ... but as I said this is bacliff and it is the hood but it is OUR HOOD It is run by an Indian family ... or Pakistani perhaps I have not asked but they are very polite But hey stop by... get you a quart of beer... some milk... Some brand of bread you might not of heard of ... a few lottery tickets and a bong or a pipe ( yep a grocery store that sells bongs ) LUV THE HOOD LOL read more

Lou's has been my "go to" ever since the Corona Virus. I'm 70 and disabled so with that being said, when my options of ordering online at HEB and Walmart for either pick up or delivery crashed, I figured what the heck. I was pleasantly surprised, not only with the name brand selection of items that were available but also the convenience. I parked two slots down from the front door and there were no lines or rude people trying to push you around. I found all the items I needed that the major chains didn't have. The staff was helpful and courteous. My only concern is the parking lot. Be very alert to miss the gigantic potholes - some are so big they should have their own zip code! But all in all, thank you Lou's for serving our hood! read more

Store is not clean anymore. Last time I got gas there, my card was hacked so I do not recommend getting gas there. My brother bought a can of chili there and it had maggots in it- but it was sealed so I guess they don't rotate merchandise read more
