here's an update after two years have passed, they are still just as bad and should be avoided ! Horrible store, don't see how they're still open. Two years ago i spent $8k in two months, and after being treated like a broke second class citizen I complained to their corp office. A week later i received a letter from their legal office in NY stating I had exceeded the purchase limits even though they were happy to take my money at the time and never mentioned the purchase limits and was officially banned for two years. twentysix months later i contacted sales associate Rocio Pena advising her I wanted to purchase a 200ml bottle of cologne. Once i entered the store a different sales associate rudely advised me they could not serve me. I explained the two year ban was over and after consulting with the store manager they graciously agreed to sell me the bottle. During the checkout procedure Rocio Pena stated they did not have any samples or gift boxes even though i was spending over $600. Once I got home I noticed the box had been opened and msgd Rocio Pena about it and she never replied. Never again will I subject myself to this poor service !!! read more

Don't even know what to say.... I am literally speechless. I have been to this store several times and have ordered from a fabulous SA that was there for shipment. Unfortunately she is no longer there and would not ever call them to order something much less buy in store. I was made to feel like I did not belong and if they turned their backs I would take something. It was actually unsettling and creepy having them follow me all over the store. I had gone in hoping to see the new makeup collection not knowing only a few stores carried it in store. Oh and to the two SAs who hovered and made a comment I maybe older but I am not deaf Nice that Naples has a beautiful outdoor shopping center with high end boutiques but this location needs to understand how to truly service customers. I brought a handbag in for repair because of its poor quality. Very gently used, it was "shredding," with threads coming off the top and bottom of the bag. The salesperson took it back to discuss it with someone. When she returned, she claimed LV would not fix the bag, and I would be charged for the repair. She also cut off all the hanging threads BEFORE taking the photo so the damage could not be identified. They explained that LV would contact me with a quote for the cost of repair. I never heard back from them. This is not my fist, Louie, which has not worn well. BEWARE: Louis Vuitton's quality has declined, and their service is horrible. I was at this store looking for sandals for my daughter. I had to wait in line outside in the heat and then escorted by an employee. He didn't say a word except to ask what I was looking for.He then brought me to a section of store that had 2 sandals and pointed at them. When I asked for size he just said 'thats the only ones we have'. I picked up one of the sandals to inspect it and when I put it back he realigned it and made a look of disgust. Extremely disappointed with this store. If I didn't love LV I would never step foot in this store again I will actually drive to another LV store even if it's far away. I called this store to ask when they closed & I arrived 45mims before the store closed & the salesperson inside saw us & went to the back room. The door was locked then they opened the door walked out & locked the door. Then they rudely said we are closing early. I was on the phone with customer service who was telling me the store is supposed to be open. They definitely need to hire new staff and a new manager. I've bought multiple purses here and came in recently to buy a gift for someone. I walked around this store for over a half hour with not one employee greeting me or asking if I needed help. Finally I saw a sale lady finishing up with two guys so I went up to her to ask for help and she rudely says, "I'm busy helping those guys" and I said "oh I'm sorry I thought they were leaving" and I look over and the guys walked out the door! And she just walked away from me.. she intentionally didn't want to help me. Then I asked another lady behind a counter for help, who then told me she was busy so finally I said I would like to speak to your manager. Manager comes out and goes "were you looking to speak with a manager?.." I said "yes I wanted to look at some wallets" she actually had the nerve to go ".... ok but why did you need a manager?" She said it in a way as if I was wasting her time. So I politely try to explain to her that I had been in this store for over a half hour trying to get someone's attention to help me. She didn't even make eye contact with me the entire time I spoke to her, just kept looking her her LV iPad and occasionally looking up and looking around at the store. How rude! Finally I said "you know what nevermind, I'll look elsewhere" and so I did. I went across to Gucci, who welcomed me the second I walked in, offered me champagne and got a sale from me. I will never purchase from this LV store again. Not until I at least notice new staff when shopping at waterside. Also side note, no store should ever judge anyone, however, unfortunately that is the world we live in and that wasn't even their excuse. I dress nice, I even had a huge $3k LV bag on me that I bought there previously! And they still treated me like that! Their mistake and they are just plain rude terrible sales associates. Yesterday I spent the day in Naples and decided to check out the Louis Vuitton store in the area. I noticed that the store was empty and as I was about to walk in an employee stopped me at the door and said "excuse me did we text you?" Seriously, you people are the absolute worst in customer service. We've been in this store a few times and none of the workers give two shits about you, if you're wearing anything less than business wear. All the workers disregarded my sister and I to help the "better dressed" folks and gravitated towards the Caucasian customers as well. They only "perked up" when I paid for my bag with straight up cash. I had the same bag brought in for a repair back on September 28 and not once did I receive a call, message, or email that my bag was complete. I called customer service before and after Thanksgiving and was told that the bag was complete and in transit. I called back yesterday, December 29 and they still told me that the store has not confirmed that they have received the bag. We went to the store to ask them and AGAIN they helped everyone else after us before offering any assistance to us. When we finally got assisted, the lady came back with the bag and when I asked her why no one bothered to call, she claimed that her assistant tried to call us yet I received no voicemails or emails. I FINALLY got an email while I already had my bag in hand at the store stating that my bag was ready to be picked up. NO SHIT. You people need to get your shit together and get A hard lesson on customer service. You have lost our business and we will be turning to Gucci for any luxury hand bag from now on. Agree with many of the prior reviews. Our sales person was about as snobby as possible. We walked in in shorts and t shirts, not the typical attire for shoppers at that location I guess. That said, the sales person sized my wife for a belt and then proceeded to order the worn size as they didn't have her size in stock. I called LV customer service and was told that I have to call the store directly but they don't answer. I simply cannot believe you have speak to the store and LV customer service can't help me. They have always helped my mom and grandma and my aunt before very well. I am 13 and I purchased a bracelet a year ago with my own money that I saved up myself. I noticed that the monogram on the canvas coated leather was wearing off. I brought it into the Naples store, and they were going to send it in. They said it would take 5-8 days. I never got it back, so I called again, I had a new wait of 4- weeks.
