Don't even know what to say.... I am literally speechless. I have been to this store several times and have ordered from a fabulous SA that was there for shipment. Unfortunately she is no longer there and would not ever call them to order something much less buy in store. I was made to feel like I did not belong and if they turned their backs I would take something. It was actually unsettling and creepy having them follow me all over the store. I had gone in hoping to see the new makeup collection not knowing only a few stores carried it in store. Oh and to the two SAs who hovered and made a comment I maybe older but I am not deaf Nice that Naples has a beautiful outdoor shopping center with high end boutiques but this location needs to understand how to truly service customers. Cannot say how disappointed I was and sad that the service I had come to know was gone. read more

here's an update after two years have passed, they are still just as bad and should be avoided ! Horrible store, don't see how they're still open. Two years ago i spent $8k in two months, and after being treated like a broke second class citizen I complained to their corp office. A week later i received a letter from their legal office in NY stating I had exceeded the purchase limits even though they were happy to take my money at the time and never mentioned the purchase limits and was officially banned for two years. twentysix months later i contacted sales associate Rocio Pena advising her I wanted to purchase a 200ml bottle of cologne. Once i entered the store a different sales associate rudely advised me they could not serve me. I explained the two year ban was over and after consulting with the store manager they graciously agreed to sell me the bottle. During the checkout procedure Rocio Pena stated they did not have any samples or gift boxes even though i was spending over $600. Once I got home I noticed the box had been opened and msgd Rocio Pena about it and she never replied. Never again will I subject myself to this poor service !!! read more

The reviews on this story are terrible, we were very nervous when we showed up to literally open doors. All the reviews with closed doors and appointments only were not true now in 2025. We had a terrific sales lady that took really good care of my wife on her 4th LV purse. So don't get discouraged from the reviews, go there and see for yourself. read more

I brought a handbag in for repair because of its poor quality. Very gently used, it was "shredding," with threads coming off the top and bottom of the bag. The salesperson took it back to discuss it with someone. When she returned, she claimed LV would not fix the bag, and I would be charged for the repair. She also cut off all the hanging threads BEFORE taking the photo so the damage could not be identified. They explained that LV would contact me with a quote for the cost of repair. I never heard back from them. This is not my fist, Louie, which has not worn well. BEWARE: Louis Vuitton's quality has declined, and their service is horrible. There are so many other designer bags that are the same price with better service. read more

The service at LV Naples is professional and thorough. I have been there twice, both times Sabrina was my person, and she has always helped me find exactly what I want. She is friendly and girly and comfortable. The selection of bags changes all the time and she makes sure I see all choices. The bags are expensive but they are lifetime purchases. My original LV Totally MM I used for 11 years so it was well worth the money! To anyone who has never bought an LV bag, I say, " Take the plunge! You'll never regret it!" read more

Sabrina C. was great! She brought me so many bags to choose from. I knew the bag I was looking for but did not have a picture. I described it to Sabrina and she knew right away which bag I was talking about. But then it was the color/material I had to choose next. She was so patient with me and I finally made a decision. I have not opened the pretty box that she wrapped for me yet I was waiting for Mother's Day. Thank you again for all your help Sabrina. I will definitely return if I find something else I want. read more

I recently stared seriously shopping around for my perfect bag so I went to the Naples location to see what they had/check sizing in person vs online and this location did have quite of bit of handbags that I was actually looking for and some varieties I didn't know existed (like this gorgeous mini made of crocodile). As for staff they were nice but very stand-off ish almost like if you were just asking questions and not purchasing at the moment they didn't want much to do with ya. The store was nice, clean, and minimalistic in a good way! read more

I see this location doesn't have the best reviews and it made me a bit skeptical to go since this was my first Louis purchase. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but I was hoping to get an advisor that would take the time to really show me a good amount of options and not just rush me out the door. Thankfully I got just that! Shelleyann, was nothing short of amazing! Right from the start she was very warm and welcoming. She asked me what I liked and if I had any particular products I wasted to see. She really took the time to listen to me (and my husbands bad jokes) and made sure I loved the bag I chose. I am pretty picky when it comes to certain things so I appreciated her patience in making sure I got the pattern and color and size I wanted. The whole experience was really lovely and what I had hoped my first Louis purchase would be like. My husband was in such a good mood he even last minute bought me a cute pair of sunglasses to go with my bag! Thank you Shelleyann. I will definitely ask for her in the future when I purchase my next bag because as she said it does become an addiction! read more

I just moved here and was hoping to connect with someone at the only LV in the area... they told me someone will be right with me, there's one other shopper in store and 5 workers after 10 minutes of no help I left I was really hoping for a keepall td but I'll wait to go back to my hometown. read more

So I have read all these comments and was honestly so worried to shop at this location. I was telling myself that it's best to drive a few hours out and go to a store in Tampa, Orlando or Miami however when I called customer service the Naples store had the most inventory so I took the plunge and went. When I arrived I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable! The atmosphere in the store was so relaxed and multicultural that I felt at ease. I purchased the Neverfull MM in the black empreinte! It is such a beautiful purse and my transaction was quick and easy and my client advisor was amazing her name is Ania, she even offered me water to have on my drive home. So moral of the story is even though some reviews might be bad take the chance because you might have a totally different experience! read more

This is by far the WORST Louis Vuitton store I've come across. I have been an avid collector of LV pieces for years; big and small. When I approached the doors they were locked! And yes the store was open, 4:15 pm. Once met at the door I was I told needed to "have an appointment, and perhaps I would Like to come back another day?".....seriously! What LV store turns business away? After I said no thank you, and that I would make my purchase elsewhere the SA had the audacity to compliment me on my LV bag and bag charm. . read more

Not a Louis Vuitton luxury experience. You must wait for an assigned consultant. Mine was clearly unhappy to help me select a belt. I was at this store looking for sandals for my daughter. I had to wait in line outside in the heat and then escorted by an employee. He didn't say a word except to ask what I was looking for.He then brought me to a section of store that had 2 sandals and pointed at them. When I asked for size he just said 'thats the only ones we have'. I picked up one of the sandals to inspect it and when I put it back he realigned it and made a look of disgust. The whole time he stood by me as if I was going to steal something! I am a physician and probably make 3x what this little salesman makes ,yet he acted like such a rude snob. Will shop at Gucci next time ,when their renovations are done. I get treated much better there and even get offered champagne while I shop! read more

Extremely disappointed with this store. If I didn't love LV I would never step foot in this store again I will actually drive to another LV store even if it's far away. I called this store to ask when they closed & I arrived 45mims before the store closed & the salesperson inside saw us & went to the back room. The door was locked then they opened the door walked out & locked the door. Then they rudely said we are closing early. I was on the phone with customer service who was telling me the store is supposed to be open. LV you need to clean house & hire people that care about the customers coming in to purchase your beautiful bags. read more

They definitely need to hire new staff and a new manager. I've bought multiple purses here and came in recently to buy a gift for someone. I walked around this store for over a half hour with not one employee greeting me or asking if I needed help. Finally I saw a sale lady finishing up with two guys so I went up to her to ask for help and she rudely says, "I'm busy helping those guys" and I said "oh I'm sorry I thought they were leaving" and I look over and the guys walked out the door! And she just walked away from me.. she intentionally didn't want to help me. Then I asked another lady behind a counter for help, who then told me she was busy so finally I said I would like to speak to your manager. Manager comes out and goes "were you looking to speak with a manager?.." I said "yes I wanted to look at some wallets" she actually had the nerve to go ".... ok but why did you need a manager?" She said it in a way as if I was wasting her time. So I politely try to explain to her that I had been in this store for over a half hour trying to get someone's attention to help me. She didn't even make eye contact with me the entire time I spoke to her, just kept looking her her LV iPad and occasionally looking up and looking around at the store. How rude! Finally I said "you know what nevermind, I'll look elsewhere" and so I did. I went across to Gucci, who welcomed me the second I walked in, offered me champagne and got a sale from me. I will never purchase from this LV store again. Not until I at least notice new staff when shopping at waterside. Also side note, no store should ever judge anyone, however, unfortunately that is the world we live in and that wasn't even their excuse. I dress nice, I even had a huge $3k LV bag on me that I bought there previously! And they still treated me like that! Their mistake and they are just plain rude terrible sales associates. Please fire them and start fresh. ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER! I'm really upset I didn't get her name. But appearance wise she has sort of short brown hair and she's a bigger girl (over weight). She needs to definitely be replaced. I'm actually really glad to see all these other bad reviews just like mine. I thought it was just me and didn't understand why they were like that to me but clearly not, just terrible staff. read more

Yesterday I spent the day in Naples and decided to check out the Louis Vuitton store in the area. I noticed that the store was empty and as I was about to walk in an employee stopped me at the door and said "excuse me did we text you?" I was very confused by this question and I explained I just wanted to come in. The employee was very rude and dismissive and said I needed an appointment to walk in. Once again I was very confused by this because the store was empty. I am very disappointed that this employee was so rude and did not try to accommodate me. I own several Louis Vuitton bags and have never experienced this at any other LV store. You would think that a high end store would take pride in their customer service, but this was not the case in the Naples location. read more

Unfortunately, the staff was not very knowledgeable about their products, quality, and inventory. I just left and went to Gucci.

Even though COVID is an issue then why is the store nearest to me (Naples, FL) open and the phone number given but NO ONE answers and there's not even a way to leave a message. My daughter has been trying off and on for a month to get her mother, myself, a LV gift for a big birthday celebration. She's tried to make an appointment, to reach someone on the phone, online, by email.... NO success. I guess either LV is out of business or doesn't need it. The positive reviews I've read are of course before the virus, but still, please don't make promises if you can't come through (accepting money for a LV product). - Very disappointed read more

Gia was a great help to me. Was patient and very accommodating. She even got me to buy perfume. Very down to earth and kind.

Crazy prices but anything for the wife! She had to get another nice purse. Great staff!

After reading reviews, I was slightly terrified to make my first LV purchase at this location. I wanted my first purchase to be a positive experience, so I went ahead and took the risk. My experience was surprisingly a five star. I walked in and (I have to credit the expert client advisor) Susan asked me if she could help me at all. I told her I was looking for a Neverfull MM in the Monogram and she went over to a drawer and took out my dream purse. She told me all the positives of owning a Neverfull and how to care for my bag. This is probably the best customer service I've ever had in a high end shop. She even gave me her card in case I had any questions regarding my purchase. I highly recommend making your first LV purchase at the Naples location! read more

My husband & I went into Louis Vuitton with a very specific item in mind. We are on our honeymoon & as soon as the fabulous young man (Stephen) that greated us, found that out he immediately offered us Champagne. I was not dressed up so saying appearance played into how we were treated is null. I left with my honeymoon remembrance piece. I did not buy a bag, just treated them with the respect that they afforded me. Bottom line. I'll definitely be back and I really wish my home store of Nashville had their attitudes. read more

We arrived to purchase a purse. Salesperson greeted us with an attitude and could not have been more rude. Not only did they not have the purse but we were informed the purse was "tight" and we may want to look elsewhere. Salesperson obviously get paid when they"sell" something. The place is a showcase for the leftover items no-one wants and huckstered by disappointing people. Walked out to car and pressed order on my cell with fed ex overnight delivery tomorrow. Found a bag I wanted in Sarasota store but didn't buy on the spot then when I went back 20 minutes later I was told it was "sold". Didn't believe them but I called 800# and they said Naples store near our home had 2 in stock. Went there and the sales woman was knowledgable and actually OVEREXPLAINED how to take care of the vinyl. So I had an above average experience with the Naples store but I thought the Sarasota store had rude and elitist behavior. Avoid the Sarasota store. read more

Seriously, you people are the absolute worst in customer service. We've been in this store a few times and none of the workers give two shits about you, if you're wearing anything less than business wear. All the workers disregarded my sister and I to help the "better dressed" folks and gravitated towards the Caucasian customers as well. They only "perked up" when I paid for my bag with straight up cash. I had the same bag brought in for a repair back on September 28 and not once did I receive a call, message, or email that my bag was complete. I called customer service before and after Thanksgiving and was told that the bag was complete and in transit. I called back yesterday, December 29 and they still told me that the store has not confirmed that they have received the bag. We went to the store to ask them and AGAIN they helped everyone else after us before offering any assistance to us. When we finally got assisted, the lady came back with the bag and when I asked her why no one bothered to call, she claimed that her assistant tried to call us yet I received no voicemails or emails. I FINALLY got an email while I already had my bag in hand at the store stating that my bag was ready to be picked up. NO SHIT. You people need to get your shit together and get A hard lesson on customer service. You have lost our business and we will be turning to Gucci for any luxury hand bag from now on. If I could give you negative or zero star rating, I'd do it in a heartbeat. read more

Agree with many of the prior reviews. Our sales person was about as snobby as possible. We walked in in shorts and t shirts, not the typical attire for shoppers at that location I guess. That said, the sales person sized my wife for a belt and then proceeded to order the worn size as they didn't have her size in stock. I called LV customer service and was told that I have to call the store directly but they don't answer. I simply cannot believe you have speak to the store and LV customer service can't help me. They have always helped my mom and grandma and my aunt before very well. I am 13 and I purchased a bracelet a year ago with my own money that I saved up myself. I noticed that the monogram on the canvas coated leather was wearing off. I brought it into the Naples store, and they were going to send it in. They said it would take 5-8 days. I never got it back, so I called again, I had a new wait of 4- weeks. It has now been over 3 months, I brought my bracelet in November 2020 and it is mid February 2021 and I just got off the phone with Louis Vuitton Naples and now the metal part of my bracelet is getting replaced when that was not even the issue.
